The opening ceremony took place in the presence of the Secretary-General of the Palestinian Scout Association - the leader of the study, Counselor Moataz Sayej, the head of the Scout and Girl Guides Authority, Commander Mahfouz Qahoush, the head of the Ramallah and Al-Bireh Governorate Commission, Commander Naim Khourieh, and members of the Commission, Commander William Bahbah, and Leader Hanan Abu Qubeita.


The Secretary-General of the Palestinian Scout Association conveyed the greetings of the President of the Palestinian Scout Association, Lieutenant General Jibril Rajoub, who commends the establishment of such studies, which aim to develop the knowledge and skills of the learner to help lead the scout unit, and to prepare new leaders within the groups, who are able to spread the message of the scout movement.


He added that the study bore the name of the martyr Shereen Abu Aqleh, and it is a message of sacrifice and belonging, in her testimony was to convey the truth and convey the suffering of the Palestinian people, and we as scouts carry the slogan of the World Scout Organization for a better world, and this is what drives us to be responsible and carry a national belief and belonging to our scout movement And for Palestine.
