Azzun needed to win by 5 goals from its rival, Nuseirat, to win the title.

The match and coronation were attended by many legal, official and sports personalities, led by Abdul Salam Haniyeh, Assistant Secretary General of the Supreme Council, Jamal Abu Youssef, President of the Handball Federation, Riyad Salim, President of Azzun Club, Iyad Kulab, President of Nusseirat Services Club, and Iyad Al Maghari, Mayor of Nusseirat Municipality.

The half remained on its strong start between the two teams, who presented a high technical performance and a distinguished level befitting the Palestine Super Final, to tie again 7-7. Nuseirat counterattacked through Al-Ghoussein, Musleh and Islam Abu Dalal, so the first half ended with Azzoun advancing, with a score of 11-14.

In the second half, Azzun took control of the match, and led attacks from both sides and the depth with the launch of Al-Sawalha, Jawabreh and Ahmed Radwan, with his intention to come out winning the half and make the difference with the first match, and Nuseirat responded, who tended to play defensively, and changed his goalkeeper Mahmoud Al-Mabhouh to reduce the danger of his opponent and emerge victorious on aggregate.
