وأكدت هاستينغز أن الضرر الذي أصاب 54 مدرسة يقوض حصول الأطفال على التعليم، كما يحُول الضرر الذي لحق بـ6 مستشفيات و11 منشأة من منشآت الرعاية الصحية من تقديم الخدمات الصحية، بينما أدى نقص الوقود وتدمير شبكة الكهرباء إلى وصول التيار الكهربائي بواقع 4–6 ساعات يومياً في المتوسط في جميع أنحاء قطاع غزة.

وأعلنت منسقة الأمم المتحدة الشؤون الإنسانية قبل أيام أنها رصدت 18 مليون دولار من الصندوق الإنساني للأراضي الفلسطينية المحتلة، إلى جانب مبلغ إضافي قدره 4.5 مليون دولار أعلن عن تقديمه منسق الإغاثة في حالات الطوارئ مارك لوكوك.

لا شك ان عقد المؤتمر الوطني لمناهضة الفصل العنصري والنتائج التي خرج بها من خلال بيانه الختامي سواء على الصعيد الداخلي الفلسطيني او على الصعيد الخارجي هما من الاهمية بمكان خاصة في ضوء المرحلة الراهنة التي تشهد تصعيدا احتلاليا دمويا ضد شعبنا وأرضه وممتلكاته ومقدساته وفي مقدمتها المسجد الاقصى المبارك.

كما ان اهمية عقد المؤتمر ونتائجه تأتي متزامنة تقريبا مع الحكومة الاسرائيلية القادمة والتي ستكون من اكثر حكومات دولة الاحتلال يمينية وعنصرية ومتعطشة لدماء الفلسطينيين ، مع تسلم المتطرفين في هذه الحكومة لمناصب وزارية ، هدفهم من خلالها تضييق الخناق الضيق اصلا على شعبنا سواء في الاراضي الفلسطينية المحتلة عام 1967 ، او على فلسطينيي الداخل عام 1948.

فالتوصية بضرورة تشكيل تحالفات وطنية وعربية ودولية لمحاربة النظام العنصري الاسرائيلي ، وبلورة استراتيجيات يشارك فيها الكل الفلسطيني لمواجهة «الأبارتهايد» الاسرائيلي وفي مقدمتها المقاومة الشعبية التي تشارك فيها كافة جماهير شعبنا في الداخل والخارج، وغيرهما من التوصيات هي ضرورية ، بل كان من المفروض ان يتم اتخاذها منذ سنوات ، لأن المجتمع الاسرائيلي منذ ما يزيد عن عشرين عاما او اكثر وهو يميل نحو اليمينية بكل الوسائل والتي لا تعترف بحقوق شعبنا الوطنية فوق ارضه ، بل انها تعمل بكل الوسائل والسبل من القيام بعمليات تطهير عرقي بحقه من خلال الممارسات والجرائم التي ترتكب بحقه والزعم بأن هذه الارض اي ارض فلسطين هي لليهود ولا حق للفلسطينيين فيها وعليهم الرحيل عنها ان عاجلا ام آجلا.

وكان على المؤتمر ان يوصي ايضا بالطلب من الامم المتحدة العودة عن قرارها بعدم اعتبار الصهيونية شكلا من اشكال العنصرية، والذي كان قائما لحين ما زعم بأن دولة الاحتلال على استعداد للسلام ، وتبين من خلال مؤتمر مدريد واتفاقات اوسلو رغم انها انتقصت وتنتقص من حقوق شعبنا الوطنية الثابتة ، بأنها، أبعد ما تكون عن السلام، بل ان هدفها هو فرض الاستسلام على شعبنا، ولكن هيهات ان تنجح في ذلك ما دام شعبنا يقاوم وصامد فوق ارضه التي لا ارض له سواها ولا وطن له سوى فلسطين.

والشيء الاهم من كل ما ذكر سابقا هو ان يتم تنفيذ هذه التوصيات وتجسيدها على ارض الواقع ، الى جانب دعم صمود شعبنا، خاصة في مدينة القدس ، حيث تهديدات الحكومة اليمينية المقبلة بتقسيم الاقصى مكانيا بعد تقسيمه زمانيا، وعدم الاكتفاء بهذه التوصيات ، بل العمل ايضا على استعادة الوحدة الوطنية التي تتطلبها ليس فقط المرحلة المقبلة التي ستشهد تصعيدا دمويا احتلاليا، بل ان الوحدة الوطنية هي الطريق الوحيد لتحقيق المنجزات والانتصارات والسير بالقضية الوطنية نحو بر الامان.

ولنا في الوحدة التي جسدتها منظمة التحرير في اعقاب هزيمة عام 1967 ، خير مثال على ذلك، حيث انجزت هذه الوحدة الكثير من المنجزات على طريق الحرية والاستقلال الناجزين.

قال الرئيس أبو مازن بعد اتصال هاتفي مع زميله الفرنسي ان الوضع الحالي في الاراضي الفلسطينية لا يمكن السكوت عليه ولا احتماله ولا بد من اتخاذ اجراءات لمواجهة التصعيد الاسرائيلي وكل ممارسات الاحتلال التي تدمر كل احتمالات التسوية والسلام.

الوضع لا يمكن السكوت عليه فعلاً ولكن ليس من اليوم ولكن منذ سنوات عديدة ونحن نرى الاحتلال يلتهم الارض ويقيم المستوطنات ولا يعترف بإقامة دولة فلسطينية ووصل الحد بأحد قادتهم العنصريين وصف الرئيس بـ «الارهابي السياسي» وكأنه هو وأمثاله دعاة سلام واحترام القوانين وفي منتهى التسامح والتساهل السياسي، مع ان الكل بالعالم يعرف من هم الارهابيون السياسيون ومن هم الذين يحتلون الارض ويعملون على تهجير اصحابها، ولكن وكما نقول بأمثالنا الشعبية «القوي عايب والضعيف خايب».

واذا كان الرئيس يؤكد ان الوضع لا يمكن السكوت عليه فإن التساؤل الذي يتكرر لدى سماع كل أمثال هذه الاقوال ما هو رد فعلنا وما هي الاجراءات التي علينا اتخاذها للخروج من هذا الوضع الذي لا يمكن السكوت عليه، وان كنا نصف الداء وصفاً مؤلماً فما هو الدواء لمعالجة ذلك؟ والجواب عند القيادات ولا نقول القيادة الواحدة لأن لنا أكثر من قيادة، وعلى هذه القيادات ان تبادر مجتمعة الى اتخاذ ما يلزم وأول ما هو لازم وواجب وفي منتهى الاهمية هو انهاء هذا الانقسام المخزي ونحن في هذه الاوضاع التي لا يمكن السكوت عليها، وبعد ذلك اجراء انتخابات رئاسية وتشريعية لكي يختار الشعب قيادته لمواجهة التحديات المصيرية التي تواجهنا، وبدون ذلك ستظل التصريحات والتعليقات من القيادات مجرد حبر على ورق وكلام في الهواء.
ان المواطن وهو يرى الانقسام بكل ممارساته وتداعياته يحس بالألم وفقدان الثقة بكل ما يسمعه من تصريحات ومواقف لا قيمة لها. فيا أيها الجالسون والراقدون على كراسي الحكم استيقظوا واتقوا الله في شعبكم وارضكم ومستقبلكم لأن التاريخ لا يرحم والشعب قادر على اسقاط كل المتجاهلين لسماع صوته ومطالبه سواء أطال الزمن أم قصر ..!!
بايدن قادم ... فهل يحمل شيئاً أم مجرد كلام !!
من المقرر ان يزور الرئيس الاميركي المنطقة منتصف الشهر القادم وسيلتقي الرئيس أبو مازن في بيت لحم كما سيلتقي رئيس حكومة الاحتلال وعدداً من قادة دول عربية مختلفة.
وحسب تقارير صحفية فإن بايدن يهتم بالدرجة الاولى بخفض أسعار النفط خاصة لدى زيارته السعودية، وسيزور مستشفى في القدس الشرقية ويعلن عن تقديم مساعدات للفلسطينيين، ولكن لم يتحدث أي مصدر أميركي عن اية مواقف سياسية له خلال زيارته للمنطقة، وبالتأكيد فإنه سيتحدث عن ذلك خلال لقائه ابو مازن والقادة العرب الآخرين وبدون اعلان عما يفكر أو يهتم به رسمياً وقبل الزيارة.
ان الزيارة تبدو مهمة ولكن يجب عدم التوقع كثيراً لأن اهتمامه بإسرائيل و«القبة الحديدية» التي دفع مليار دولار من اجل تمويل شراء الصواريخ لهذه القبة التي تعتبر من اهم مراكز القوة الاسرائيلية.
مأزق الوضع الداخلي الاسرائيلي
اسرائيل التي هي قوية عسكرياً ومسيطرة الى حد كبير، تبدو من الداخل دولة مهترئة ومنقسمة ويتنافس فيها القادة على السلطة والنفوذ.
وقد قال رئيس حكومتها نفتالي بينيت «ان اسرائيل تقف أمام حالة اختبار حقيقي وحالة من الانهيار، واتهم المعارضة بقيادة نتنياهو ببث السموم والفوضى، وقال لقد وصلت اسرائيل قبل عام الى واحدة من أصعب لحظات الانحطاط التي عرفتها على الاطلاق».
يجب ألا يخفى على أحد هذا الوضع وان يدرك من يعنيهم الأمر هذه الحقيقة وان قوة اسرائيل تكمن أساساً في ضعفنا وانقساماتنا وخلافاتنا الوطنية والعربية ...!!
