The Palestinian leadership decides to stop contacts with the occupation
The Palestinian leadership decided to stop all contacts and meetings with the Israeli side, and to continue to stop security coordination.

And the leadership decided, according to the statement, which was read by the official spokesman for the presidency, Nabil Abu Rudeineh, to invite the secretaries-general to an emergency meeting, to agree on a comprehensive national vision and unite the ranks to confront and confront the Israeli aggression.
The leadership affirmed the right of our people to defend themselves, and that the task of the authority with its various institutions is to protect the Palestinian people, and to put all its capabilities for this purpose, and everyone must shoulder their responsibilities in this field, with an emphasis on adherence to international legitimacy and international law.
Abu Rudeineh said: In light of the Israeli lack of commitment to the Aqaba and Sharm el-Sheikh understandings - the leadership announces that these understandings are no longer useful and no longer exist.
The leadership also decided to immediately go to the UN Security Council to implement Resolution 2334 and the resolution on international protection for the Palestinian people, stop unilateral measures, impose sanctions on the occupying state, and call on the International Criminal Court to expedite the decision on cases referred to it.

In light of the latest ongoing developments, the brutal attack today on the camp and city of Jenin, the attacks on Palestinian cities, villages and camps, the settlers’ terror, the barbaric arson in Turmusaya, Umm Safa and Orif, and before that in Hawara and other locations, the fall of dozens of martyrs and hundreds of wounded, and the continuous violations of The occupying power and the extremists of Al-Aqsa Mosque, and the decisions taken by the occupation government regarding accelerating settlement, measures of racial discrimination and economic constraint, and derogating from its obligations under the signed agreements, resolutions of international legitimacy and international law, and in light of the lack of international response to deter Israel and provide protection for our people, we salute To our heroic people in Palestinian villages, camps, and cities, who stand up with their bare chests to the occupation army and settler terror, we decide the following:
1- Calling the Secretaries-General for an emergency meeting, to agree on a comprehensive national vision and unite the ranks to confront the Israeli aggression and respond to it.
2- Cessation of all contacts and meetings with the Israeli side.
3- Continue to stop security coordination.
4- The continuation of the popular committees in defending cities, villages and camps, and all Palestinian agencies and bodies must take their role in the task of defending the Palestinian people.
5- The Palestinian leadership affirms the right of our people to defend itself, and that the task of the Authority with its various institutions is to protect the Palestinian people, and to put all its capabilities for this purpose, and everyone must shoulder their responsibilities in this field, with an emphasis on adherence to international legitimacy and international law.
6- In light of the Israeli non-compliance with the Aqaba and Sharm el-Sheikh understandings - the leadership declares that these understandings are no longer valid and no longer exist.
7- Adhering to the Palestinian national constants and to the Palestine Liberation Organization as the sole and legitimate representative of the Palestinian people, adhering to international legitimacy, and continuing to work for the State of Palestine to obtain its full membership in the United Nations, and to obtain more international recognition of it.
8- The immediate direction of the UN Security Council to implement Resolution 2334 and the resolution on international protection for the Palestinian people, to stop unilateral measures, and to impose sanctions on the occupying power.
9- Calling on the International Criminal Court to expedite the decision on the cases referred to it.
10- Calling on Palestinian families to file cases before the International Criminal Court (ICC) against the Israeli occupation forces for the massacres and killings they carried out against their innocent civilians.
11- Demanding the cessation of Israel's membership in the United Nations due to its failure to implement Resolutions 181 and 194.
12- Bringing cases against the occupying state for the crimes it committed, which it bears responsibility for during its occupation.
13- Raising lawsuits against Israel for the massacres it committed, the destruction of villages and the displacement of the Palestinian people during the Nakba period.
14- An immediate call for the ongoing international commission of inquiry in the Human Rights Council to investigate and refer its findings regarding the responsibility of the occupation for these massacres and acts of terrorism to the International Criminal Court and the Security Council.
15- Completion of joining the rest of the UN and international organizations.
16- Filing cases against America and Britain because of the Balfour Declaration and requesting recognition, apology and compensation.
17- Legalizing the relationship with the US administration.
18- Movement on the Arab, Islamic and international levels in order to support the Palestinian position.
