Establishing a new settlement outpost near Ramallah
In the early hours of Thursday morning, the Israeli occupation forces set up six mobile homes, "caravans", on the lands of al-Laban al-Sharqiya, south of Nablus, on the road connecting the cities of Nablus and Ramallah.
Local sources reported that the occupation bulldozers bulldozed land in the area located on the road south of Al-Laban Al-Sharqiya and Sinjil, to prepare it for the establishment of the settlement outpost, and it is owned by the citizens Musa Al-Abd Aweys, Abdel-Rahim Nubani, and Ahmed Mahmoud Aweys.
It is noteworthy that the area surrounding the towns of Sinjil, Turmus Aya, and Al Laban Al Sharqiya is besieged by more than seven settlement outposts adjacent to the hills of the three towns, in addition to the settlements of "Eli", "Ma'ale Levonah" and "Shilo", thus forming a huge settlement bloc in the middle of the West Bank, which is considered separator between north and south.
