37 Bedouin families decided to leave the "Ein Samia" community due to settler harassment

Today, Monday, 37 Bedouin families decided to leave the Bedouin community of Ain Samiya, east of Ramallah, after days of continuous attacks by settlers against them, amid warnings that this would be a precursor to the forced displacement of the Bedouin communities.

The general supervisor of the "Al-Baydar Organization for the Defense of Bedouin Rights," lawyer Hassan Malihat, told Al-Quds.com: "The thirty-seven families decided to leave the (Ain Samia) community, after about 5 continuous days of settler attacks against them," noting that 10 Families had to leave the community completely about a month and a half ago.

Malihat confirmed that all the dwellings in the "Ain Samia" community are threatened with demolition. After receiving previous notifications, the latest of which was the assembly school built from "caravans" and funded by the European Union, indicating that the residents of the "Ain Samia" community are exposed to a new production of the Palestinian Nakba 75 years ago.

The number of the Bedouin community of "Ain Samia" is about 300, comprising more than 50 Bedouin families. They have been living in the community since the sixties of the last century, and their origins go back to the Negev region, where they were displaced from their lands in the Nakba of Palestine in 1948.

On the other hand, Lawyer Malihat called for everyone to pay attention to the issue of Bedouin communities and support them as a governmental, national, humanitarian and moral responsibility, in light of the systematic attack by the occupation forces and settlers, as they are subjected to a clear policy of ethnic cleansing.

Malihat warned that the displacement of the residents of the "Ain Samiya" community would be the beginning of the displacement of other Bedouin communities in the Bedouin communities scattered in the West Bank, where the continuous attacks by the "Tilal Boys" and the "Amana" terrorist settlement movement, which means that this would be a prelude to a new catastrophe for the Bedouin communities. It spreads from Tubas in the northeastern West Bank to Masafer Yatta, south of Hebron.

Malihat stressed that the presence of Bedouin communities protects lands classified as "C" from the danger of settlement, and impedes all settlement projects and plans there.

According to the "Al-Baydar" Organization for the Defense of Bedouin Rights, the Bedouin communities scattered in the West Bank have been subjected, since the beginning of this year until now, to hundreds of attacks by the Israeli occupation forces and settlers, including the demolition of dozens of homes and facilities.

Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant said Monday evening that his forces are capable of repeating the attack they carried out in Gaza against Islamic Jihad leaders in other arenas.

Gallant said at a security conference at Reichsmann University that his forces managed to surprise the Islamic Jihad movement during the recent operation.

In a related context, Galant accused Iran of smuggling weapons to the West Bank and Gaza Strip, and trying to establish agents at the northern and southern borders, among others, to attack Israel.

He also accused it of expanding its influence in the Mediterranean and elsewhere, and using civilian ships that it turns into military ones in order to attack Israel.

Sinan Ogan announces Erdogan's support in the second round of the Turkish presidential elections

Ultra-nationalist Sinan Ogan announced Monday that he will support outgoing President Recep Tayyip Erdogan in the second round of the presidential elections in Turkey on Sunday.

"I ask the voters who voted for us in the first round to vote for Erdogan in the second round," said Ogan, who won 5.2 percent of the vote in the first round.

Erdogan won 49.5% of the vote, and his Social Democratic opponent, Kemal Kilicdaroglu, won 44.9%, a difference of 2.5 million votes.

Ogan said, "Our negotiations took place on the following principles: fighting terrorism, setting a timetable for the return of refugees, and strengthening the institutions of the Turkish state."

His result illustrates the sudden surge in the Conservative vote. The question remains: Which candidate will go to the 2.8 million votes that Ogan won, because part of his electorate intended not to vote for Erdogan, who has been in power for twenty years.

France condemns allowing settlers to return to Homesh

France condemned the decision of the Israeli occupation authorities to allow settlers to return to the evacuated "Homesh" settlement site, south of Jenin.

France confirmed that this decision contradicts international law, and called on the Israeli government to retract it, expressing its concern about the extremist Israeli Minister of National Security, Itamar Ben Gvir, storming the Temple Mount for the second time, yesterday, Sunday.

France recalled the necessity of preserving the historical status quo of the Holy Places in Jerusalem, stressing the importance of the special role played by Jordan in this regard.

It called, once again, on "all actors to refrain from taking any unilateral measure that would lead to an escalation of tensions and violence, especially against civilians," adding that establishing a credible political horizon for the Palestinian-Israeli conflict has become urgent, on the basis of the only solution that allows A just and lasting peace between Israelis and Palestinians, which is the two-state solution.

Saudis proudly followed the "historic moment" of their citizens' launch into space

In a tent in the north of Riyadh, a large number of Saudis gathered after midnight last night to follow the "historic" moment of the launch of the first Saudis, including a woman, to the International Space Station.

Among the attendees, Saudi Jawaher Al-Sabhan with her five children, who were waving their country's flags, as the countdown began for the launch of the "Falcon 9" rocket produced by SpaceX, carrying Saudi astronauts Ali Al-Qarni and Rayana Barnawi, the first Saudi woman to launch into space.

Al-Sabhan, 34, who wore the traditional black veil, told AFP, "I love space and exploration in general, and I would love for my children to know the space and the details of its travels and the advantages of its exploration."

In the large, air-conditioned tent specially built for the occasion, Agha shouted.

Al-Sabhan added, "I loved that my children watch this historical moment, so that patriotic feelings grow in them," while her sons Moaz (11 years) and Afnan (9 years) wore the flag of their country.

"I feel proud and proud. I have indescribable feelings," she added excitedly.

The audience hung in front of a large screen, which showed a live broadcast of the launch ceremony of the special mission organized by the American company "Axiom Space", and many children were among the attendees.

As the countdown to launch ended, the announcer of the ceremony said, “Saudi Arabia is launching into space.” There were cheers and applause, as many were recording the rocket's ascent into space on their mobile phones.

Among them is the marketer Musaed Muhammad (32), who described it as "a big dream come true."

"This is a moment that reflects the future of a nation that wants to achieve the impossible," said the young man, who wore the traditional white dress, emotionally.
The space flight is part of the kingdom's conservative strategy to improve the country's image.

The kingdom established the Saudi Space Authority in 2018 and last year launched a program to send astronauts into space.
Saudi Arabia had sent one of its citizens into space in the past, as Saudi Prince Sultan bin Salman, son of Saudi King Salman, participated in an American mission in 1985.

On Sunday night, Prince Sultan, the first Arab and Muslim to participate in a space flight, was the most prominent attendee at the gathering organized by the Saudi Space Authority.

"We are witnessing a historic moment," Prince Sultan told AFP.

He continued, "I reflect on my experience in space many years ago, and I am happy that Saudi Arabia has returned once again to space," and continued, "God willing, this is just the beginning."

Pictures of Barnawi and Al-Qarni, dressed as astronauts, graced billboards in Riyadh.

The crew of the space mission also includes Peggy Whitson, a former astronaut at the US Space Agency (NASA), who has gone to the International Station three times before and will lead the mission, and American businessman John Shoffner, who will lead the vehicle.

This crew will spend ten days aboard the International Space Station, which is expected to arrive on Monday around 13:30 GMT.

The four crew members are supposed to conduct about twenty tests during their stay, one of which is related to studying the behavior of stem cells in weightlessness.

Bernawi's launch into space reflects the great openness that Saudi society is witnessing, as women were not even allowed to drive cars even less than five years ago.

"It is a great pleasure and honor for me to be the first Saudi female astronaut," Bernawi, who studied science, told a press conference this week.

"It is a great opportunity to represent my country, to represent its dreams," she added.

A few minutes into the mission, Saudis were already widening the circle of their dreams.

"The next step is to ascend to the moon, God willing," said the Saudi youth, Abdullah Al-Otaibi, as he followed closely the details of the launch.

"RainAir" returns to profits in the midst of the influx of passengers and high prices

Irish airline Ryanair returned to profit, supported by a "strong recovery in traffic" and also by a rise in fares as passengers continued to flow despite inflation.

The low-cost carrier's net profit reached 1.4 billion euros in the 2022/23 financial year, after posting a loss of 355 million a year earlier, while operating costs rose by 75 percent, it announced Monday.

"We've seen a very strong rebound in post-Covid traffic," said Ryanair director Michael O'Leary.

"People have been locked up for two years" due to the COVID-19 lockdowns and "they wanted to go back," O'Leary added.

Today, Ryanair's turnover has doubled to 10.8 billion euros, and passenger traffic has increased by 74 percent to nearly 170 million passengers. Prices are up 10 percent from their pre-Covid levels.

“European demand for leisure travel this summer looks strong,” said Ole Anibaba, analyst at Third Bridge. “Despite the impact of inflation on consumer spending, European consumers continue to prioritize travel over other forms of leisure.”

"RainAir and other airlines have warned that the era of ultra-low fares may be coming to an end. They are preparing customers for a possible price increase," he added.

And “Rain Air” returned to achieving profits in the first three seasons, but the company made it clear that it remained in the red during the fourth quarter alone, with a loss of 154 million euros.

The company plans to implement the largest flight program in its history this summer, including more than 3 thousand daily flights, and hopes to increase the number of passengers by 10 percent this year to reach 185 million.

"The periods that witness a decline in traffic, especially in winter, constitute a real test for Ryanair. To fill its planes, (the company) may have to offer discounts" at this time of the year, Ole Anibaba said.

Electronic wolves

Amnesty International, Security City, revealed in a report it published this May about the latest technological systems used by the Zionist regime to enhance its comprehensive monitoring of the occupied Palestinian people, who are subject to the supervision, control and punishment of this fascist security system. Zionism through the military checkpoints deployed in the occupied Palestinian West Bank, namely: the red wolf system, the blue wolf system, and the wolf pack system.

The electronic Red Wolf system is the most recent of these systems, as it is being used at the present time by the Zionist colonial soldiers in the city of Hebron specifically.

His mechanism of work is based on filming and wiping the faces of Palestinians passing through the racist security checkpoints without their knowledge or even asking for their permission.

And the Zionist security databases must be supplied with the biometric information of the Palestinians, who are the subjects subject in this case, by providing each colonial checkpoint with more than fifteen thousand images capable of conducting an electronic graphic representation of all the faces passing or detained at the checkpoint.

As for the Blue Wolf system, it is an electronic application that is installed by the Zionist soldiers by downloading it on their smart phones, which ultimately ensures the process of photographing and monitoring all Palestinians passing through the checkpoints, including children and the elderly, so that this fictitious data contributes to the development of the security database on which the security apparatus relies. The colonial Zionist persecution and pursuit of the Palestinians.

As for the wolf pack system, it relies primarily on the information and data provided by both the red wolf and the blue wolf, in order to eventually ensure its acquisition of the largest database on most Palestinians in the occupied West Bank, and the harnessing of the latest and most accurate technological techniques in the world of comprehensive surveillance by the Zionist security system. .

It expresses the extent of the latter's obsession with referring the Palestinians to mere information and a database, the aim of which is to strip the human and moral emotional powers from both sides of the Kalamian entity, that is, the binary of the oppressor and the oppressed, the colonizer. As the removal of these characteristics aims primarily at facilitating the surveillance, persecution, marginalization and confiscation operations practiced by the oppressive colonial being against the oppressed colonial being within the general context established by the Zionist colonial apartheid system, which only leads to the dismantling of the humanity of the Palestinian and the use of these electronic wolves by the security system. Zionism in persecuting the Palestinians, and also aims to give guidance to the agency and deputation, that is, to establish the desired distance between the discourse of the oppressive colonizer and his alleged moral and human conscience, in a way that guarantees that the discourse of oppression, outcastism, and awakening will not be violated.

The Zionist conception during the shows of persecution, discrimination and holocausts that afflicted the Jews in central Europe on the one hand, and Nazism and fascism on the other hand, so that the electronic wolf in this case becomes an electronic deputy and agent that does not have the slightest conscious or moral sponsor during its pursuit and liquidation of the Palestinian national team without realizing the dominant and ruthless colonial being The illusion of this false moral distance, against his will, is the reflection of the victim's features, as if they were in the images and faces of the submissive columnic beings that his frenzied electronic wolves collected for them.

In Jerusalem and settlement policy and 278 Nakba

Emad Afif Al-Khatib

Emad Afif Al-Khatib

The latest Israeli statistics on the "population" of the city of Jerusalem show that the Jews make up 61%, while the Palestinians make up 39%, and that the increase rate among the Palestinians exceeds 3%, while the increase rate among the "religious" Jews exceeds 4%. The Israeli entity gives demographic superiority a top priority, which is reflected in its policies aimed at ensuring its control over the Palestinian land.

After the "setback" of 1967, Yigal Allon presented his proposal (the Allon Plan) for Israeli control over more than two-thirds of the West Bank lands through the establishment of "settlements" and "military installations" in specific areas in the West Bank and around Jerusalem and along the Green Line that included Jewish demographic facts. There was no political settlement with Jordan. Although the Israeli government opposed the plan at the time, what emerged later was its adoption of a settlement policy that expanded and took on security, political and ideological dimensions.

In the period 1967-1977, the Israeli Labor Party governments established 32 settlements in the Jordan Valley and around the city of Jerusalem, until the number of settlers reached four thousand. During the rule of the Likud Party (1977-1984), he immediately adopted Ariel Sharon's plan aimed at expanding settlements in all open areas in the West Bank to encircle Palestinian communities and separate them from the "triangle" area. During the same period, the pace of settlement accelerated after the World Zionist Organization and the Israeli government adopted in 1979 the Drobles plan to strengthen settlement throughout the West Bank and Jerusalem and establish its infrastructure in a way that prevents the establishment of communication and integration between Palestinian communities that could establish a future interdependent political entity. With the end of the Likud rule in 1984, the number of settlers increased ten times compared to their numbers in 1977. Even later, in the period 1984-1992, with the formation of a consensus government between the Labor and Likud parties, the pace of settlement accelerated and their numbers increased by about 65%, as they continued to increase during the period of Yitzhak Rabin's government. (1992-1995) at an annual rate of 8%, although this same period witnessed the signing of the Oslo Accords between the Palestine Liberation Organization and the Israeli government, and with it the establishment of the Palestinian National Authority and its institutions.

Many studies on the development of the Israeli settlement policy to this day suggest that what established the foundations for strengthening Israeli settlement after 1993 is what the Oslo agreement produced in terms of dividing the lands of the West Bank into three regions. The Palestinian National Authority was granted limited powers in two regions, while the third region remained outside the control of And the powers of the Palestinian Authority, even though it constitutes more than 60% of the area of the West Bank. Today, after 30 years of witnessing the signing of the agreement, it is clear that Israel unjustly unleashed its settlement policy to end any hopes of establishing a Palestinian state.

Statistics show that with the beginning of the year 2022, the number of settlements established in the West Bank reached 278, between “settlement” and “outpost” inhabited by 465,400 settlers, three times the number in 1993. The same statistics show that settlers in the West Bank constitute 14% of the total. The total "population", bearing in mind that the current Israeli Minister of Finance presented the current government's plan to support the settlement policy with an amount of 175 billion shekels to expand settlements and increase the number of settlers.

This month, as we commemorate the "Nakba" of 1948, more than 278 "Nakba" forcibly displaced our people appear before the eyes of the international community and its legitimacy, which daily proves its hypocrisy and inability to deal with the long-standing tragedy of a people. In the absence of national and Arab strategies, the steadfastness and sacrifices of the Palestinian people remain what reinforces hope for the end of distress.

Chinese Communist Party Title: "Collective Security"

Alaa Al Rooster

Alaa Al Rooster

Opinion Writer

The Communist Party of China is the vanguard of the Chinese people of all walks of life, and the purpose of the establishment of the Communist Party of China is to serve the people wholeheartedly and honestly. The CCP is a political party that strives for the people. It puts the people first with the goal of achieving their happiness and aspirations in life.

For example, the CCP has achieved "five-year integration" (integration of economic, political, cultural, social and ecological construction), as well as the "four comprehensives" (achieving the building of a well-off society in an all-round way, deepening reform in an all-round way, and advancing state governance Comprehensively in accordance with the law, comprehensively strictly governing the Party). Accordingly, the purpose of establishing political parties is to build state institutions with the aim of achieving people’s happiness and desires, and then “collective security” will be achieved, and stability and prosperity will prevail, and thus affiliation with the state and its institutions that care for the people will be achieved, and this is what happened in the experience of the Chinese Communist Party from its founding in 1921 until today.

This is what prompted me to write this article, so I asked myself: The People's Republic of China was founded under the leadership of the Chinese Communist Party in 1949, and the Chinese Communist Party was able, despite all the political, social, economic and cultural challenges, to achieve during 74 years achievements and experiences that we never expected or imagined, and we are now living Realistic experience, which is the success of socialism with Chinese characteristics in theory and practice, and the reason behind this is to enhance self-confidence, strengthen oneself, and stick to the origin with innovation.

On the other hand, there are militant political parties in the Arab countries that are more than 80 years old, and have not achieved their social, economic, political and civil programs to this day, and their people are still living injustice, oppression, occupation, colonialism, dispersion, rivalry, division and fighting, so why?
Here, it is necessary to put the hand on the real wound, which is not sticking to the original in light of the innovation and progress that has taken place. The state belongs to all, and the people are the basis of the state. Reform and renewal are based on merit, the promotion of harmony between nature and man, the continuous pursuit of self-improvement, the display of noble morals, and the commitment to promises. Accordingly, we need to establish self-confidence in our history and culture, and adhere to the principle of "making the past serve the present and making the new emerge from the old."

"Collective security" is missing in the Arab region, which is still in a state of geopolitical instability to this day.

On the other hand, there are forces and currents that are still betting on others from the Western colonial and imperialist countries, in adopting their political, social, economic, cultural, civil and other programs, in order to achieve stability, prosperity and the advancement of institutions and societies, and this has not been achieved and will not be achieved. It is unreasonable for us to adhere to development programs in all fields for the advancement of institutions and peoples, and their source is colonial and imperialist countries, which have colonized the Arab region for more than 100 years, and are still seeking to extend their influence and control over the region’s goods and wealth, without regard for their progress or development, as well as the commitment to keep the countries of the region in A state of disharmony, division and fighting, with the aim of destabilizing the stability and prosperity of the region and its peoples. As an inevitable result, those colonial and imperialist countries will undoubtedly seek to thwart the efforts of the Chinese Communist Party, which has succeeded in achieving the "collective security" of the Chinese nation, in pursuit of stability and prosperity, the "collective security" of other peoples, especially in the Arab region.

required in Arabic

With the Arab summit convening in Jeddah, the Arabs are required to take the initiative and benefit from the experience of the Chinese Communist Party in achieving "collective security" and exchanging experiences, information and achievements, with the aim of achieving "collective security" for the Arab peoples and countries. The Chinese Communist Party, with its leadership, government and people, do not have any colonial or aggressive culture towards others, like other Western colonial and imperialist countries, and therefore benefiting from the experience of the Chinese Communist Party is a national interest par excellence, we must build on it immediately, because China and the Chinese Communist Party are not accustomed to Or occupies or thinks of occupying any Arab region, for they are not like others, who praise the principles of democracy and human rights while they are enemies of man and his rights, killing and displacing millions, and destroying countries and peoples, in order to enhance their unilateral influence, and their imperial and colonial control over others, so why bet on them and their experiences To this day!

Palestinian wanted
We, as Palestinians, are also required to stop betting on the position of the imperialist and colonial countries in the pursuit of self-determination and salvation from the oppression and scourge of the occupation. Those countries support the occupation and want to manage the conflict to buy time, in order to allow the occupying state to impose a fait accompli, and thus pass the imperialist colonial scheme with the aim of losing rights. and Palestinian political goals.

Likewise, we are required to build an immediate strategic relationship with the Chinese Communist Party, with the aim of exchanging experiences and information, and benefiting from the experience in achieving the “collective security” of the Chinese nation, in light of the challenges that China has gone through during the past decades, and to stop using Western and imported models and systems for construction. , whose source is colonial and imperialist countries that do not want good for us, seeking help and sticking to the Palestinian origin for a better present and future, and extending a hand to seek help from the friendly and ally country "China" to benefit from its effective and constructive partisan experience.

"Collective security" cannot be achieved without adhering to the initiative, and showing courage and determination, in order to build a state of strong institutions capable of liberating from the occupation, its scourges and oppression first, and then achieving "collective security" for the people and achieving their happiness, and this requires immediate critical review from all political spectrums and social programs to achieve that end.

The war on Gaza and the six assassinations

Hussein Al-Batsh

Hussein Al-Batsh

Opinion Writer

There is no doubt that the Islamic Jihad movement presented a major military, political and media battle over the course of 5 days that won the admiration of the street, specialists and followers. However, there is a question asked by many, which is how did Israel manage to assassinate six of the senior leaders of the jihad and its military decision-makers before and during the battle ?!

The first assassination, which included three senior leaders, came as a surprise and treacherous from the Zionist enemy, as it dealt a blow to Commander Jihad Al-Ghannam, Commander Khalil Al-Bahtini and Commander Tariq Ezz El-Din, days after a truce agreement was sponsored by international parties following a military escalation waged by the resistance factions in Gaza in response to the martyrdom of the leader in Jihad. Khader Adnan is in Israeli prisons, and these leaders had returned to their semi-normal lives after the cease-fire understandings.

Israel took advantage of this situation to launch a military strike on the three leaders in their homes, and we cannot consider this a security success, as Israel did not succeed in reaching them except by treachery after they returned to their homes according to the truce understandings, and this confirms that the security measures that the targeted leaders were taking prevented access. To them during the implementation of the operation to respond to the assassination of the martyr Khader Adnan, so Israel waited for their return to their homes after reaching a truce agreement, and then pounded it on them and their families to ensure their assassination.

As for the three assassinations of commanders Iyad al-Hassani, Ali Ghali, and Ahmed Abu Daqqa during the battle of "Revenge of the Free," they came while they were carrying out mobile field work that required them to stay in contact in various ways with the field commanders. In every war, such field commanders are at risk of being assassinated because they are forced to be on the ground in the midst of the fire, and Israel has already succeeded in assassinating some of them during the battle of "Saif al-Quds" and the 2012-2014 wars.

Thus, the assassination of these three leaders confirms that they were in their positions in the heart of the battle despite the great dangers, and they did not abandon their field responsibilities to take refuge in a shelter that would hide them, and this in itself is something promising.

Everyone hoped that Israel would not succeed in any assassination or achieve any achievement, but for every war a price is paid to an enemy who has an upper hand in the field of technology and its security and intelligence applications, and there is no doubt that the course of that battle will be the subject of study by security and military officials in Islamic Jihad to avoid granting Israel Any chance of achieving a security or military achievement against the leaders of the resistance in the future.

Despite this, Israel has failed in terms of security in striking the military capabilities of the "Quds Brigades", the armed wing of the Islamic Jihad Movement, and has failed to assassinate or strike dozens of groups in various regions of the Gaza Strip, although Israel's goal throughout previous wars was to destroy the missiles fired by those forces. The groups arrive in Tel Aviv.

Its success in monitoring and targeting these groups was close to zero, according to the statements announced by the Al-Quds Brigades and the resistance factions. .

With this, the Al-Quds Brigades succeeded in a great security success in protecting its military, missile and human capabilities that were assigned to prepare for the battle and carry out the launch missions, and they actually demonstrated this success when they carried out a missile strike on Tel Aviv a few minutes before the ceasefire took effect.

It is no secret that every war has a price, and the price of this war was the blood of the leaders of the al-Quds Brigades and their families in defense of the cause for which they lived.

Palestinian factions condemn the crime of the occupation in Balata camp

Today, Monday, Palestinian factions condemned the Israeli occupation's crime in Balata camp, south of Nablus, which led to the death of 3 citizens and the destruction of a number of homes.

And the "Fatah" movement confirmed in a statement that this crime will not discourage our people from continuing their national struggle, in order to extract their rights and establish their independent, sovereign state with Jerusalem as its capital.

She called on the international community to intervene immediately, stressing that the international silence gives the occupation pretexts to continue its crimes against our people.

In turn, the "Hamas" movement said, "This heinous crime will not affect the morale of our people, who rose up to respond to the crimes of the occupation and victory for Al-Aqsa Mosque and the sanctities that are subject to desecration and Judaization, and that the heroic run-over operation in Hawara on Sunday evening is the first response, not the last."

And she stressed that the escalation of the occupation’s crimes and their multiplicity of forms makes the account bill with the occupation open, as our sanctities are a red line, and violating them will not go unanswered.

For its part, the Islamic Jihad Movement affirmed that the occupation's crimes will increase the determination of our people to continue their path paved with the blood of the martyrs along the blessed land, and that the resistance is ready to avenge and avenge this pure blood.

And called for an escalation of resistance action, so that the occupier knows that the blood of the martyrs is the main engine on the path of freedom and salvation.

In turn, the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine said, "This crime confirms the futility of the options of the defeated occupation, as it repeatedly tried the policy of assassinations, and the result was that the resistance intensified, and the resistance fighters insisted on continuing their resistance."

"It also confirms the bankruptcy of the extremist Israeli government," she added.

For its part, the Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine considered that the fascist occupation government would not have been able to continue with this intrusion had it not been for the continued adherence of the Autonomous Administrative Authority to the Oslo Accords and in coordination with the occupying state through the understandings of the Aqaba-Sharm El-Sheikh path, and its failure to implement the decisions of Palestinian legitimacy.

She said: "The verbal condemnations, denunciations, denunciations, and the begging of the international community to the point of groveling in order to intervene to deter the occupation, have not and will not work unless the elements of the Palestinian force are mobilized, a struggle strategy is followed, an end to the division, and the restoration of internal unity in line with the state of unity on the ground among the activists of the popular resistance." leading to framing the popular resistance by forming its unified leadership.

How long will we keep begging the world?

In a new challenge not only to the Palestinian side, but also to the Arab and Islamic world, and the world as a whole, the occupation government held its weekly session in the tunnels it dug under Al-Aqsa Mosque, just as the Minister of National Security Ben Gvir stormed Al-Aqsa Mosque at the head of a group of settlers for the second time since he became a minister in Netanyahu government.

In addition to all this challenge and provocation, Netanyahu attacked what was related to President Mahmoud Abbas's speech at the United Nations General Assembly, regarding the Palestinian, Arab and Islamic city, claiming that it was the capital of Israel before France, London and Washington.

This persistence of the occupation in escalating the Holy City is an inevitable result of the weakness of the Palestinian, Arab and Islamic positions on the city of Jerusalem, and the impunity of the occupying state for its crimes against the Palestinian people, their land and their sanctities, encourages them to persist in harming Al-Aqsa Mosque and all other Islamic and Christian holy places not in Jerusalem Alone, but in all parts of historic Palestine.

All these challenges and others would not have taken place had it not been for the American and Western colonial support of the occupying state, and the provision of protection for it from the sanctions that the international community may impose on it as a result of its crimes, which have long reached the level of war crimes that are held accountable and punished by international courts, foremost of which is the International Criminal and War Crimes Court. .

In the face of all this, statements of denunciation and denunciation are no longer useful for what the occupying state commits daily against our people, its land, and all its properties and sanctities. sanctions and encourage them to violate them in order to protect their interests in the region and to prevent the establishment of true Arab unity on the ground.

The Palestinian side has no way to confront these crimes and violations, except to end the devastating division and restore national unity to face these challenges. Without the fragmented Palestinian situation, the occupying power and the settlers would not have been able to do what they are currently doing as part of their attempts to continue the Judaization of the Holy City and tighten the screws on the Jerusalemites to force them to leave.

Enough appeals to the international community to protect our people from the occupation, because this society, as long as America is at its head, the majority of its countries fall into a deep slumber, as long as the owners of the issue are divided and have no power to confront this brutal occupation. Today, at this stage, it is power that controls the world, and the weak do not find any place for themselves in this universe that is governed by the law of the jungle.

There is no room for the Palestinians and the Arabs but to use their influence and strengthen themselves, not only to force the occupation to back down from its crimes, but also to have an influence in the world and its decisions.

The Arab person is the guarantee for facing the challenges of the age and building a promising future for the Arabs

The Arab Summit No. (32), which was held in Jeddah, ended its work last Friday, corresponding to May 19, with the recitation of the final statement (Jeddah Declaration) by the Saudi Foreign Minister Faisal bin Farhan, and the Secretary-General of the League of Arab States, Mr. Ahmed Aboul Gheit, in A joint press conference was held at the summit venue.

Many Arab and non-Arab observers who specialize in following up the Arab summits and interpreting their outcomes believe that the outputs of this summit may be the most important among the outcomes of the previous (31) Arab summits.

For its part, this article believes that the importance of this summit lies in the strategic context surrounding its convening, and in its implications that it practically announced the end of more than a decade that the Arab world lived under the title of the Arab Spring, which contributed to the fall of a number of Arab republics and resulted in the killing and displacement of millions of Arab citizens, and finally in Its outputs and promising approaches for a better future for the Arab nation, especially for the younger generations.

In terms of the strategic context surrounding the convening of the summit, it is evident that its convening coincided with the arrival of the state of transformation of the international as well as the regional system to its climax, especially after the outbreak of the Russian-Atlantic war on Ukrainian soil more than a year ago. It is true that the new system has not yet stood on its feet, but Its features have become clear, and that the old regime, which greatly oppressed the region of the Middle East, especially Palestine and its citizens, has not ended yet, but it is reeling and losing its influence and the world's confidence in it.

Accordingly, it was clear, in the interventions of the Arab leaders or in the text of the Jeddah Declaration, that despite the challenges involved in the state of transformation taking place in the international system, this transformation, on the other hand, includes a package of opportunities that the Arab leaders must invest in to transfer the Arab world from a hiring nation It belongs to others, to a nation that is a partner in building the international and regional systems, especially since it is a nation that possesses human, economic, cultural and civilizational elements, in addition to its geographical location, which makes it a master in its territory and an active and decisive pivotal pole in the international system.

In this context, the summit hosted the Ukrainian president and allowed him to deliver a speech at its opening session, and then the Saudi foreign minister announced that the summit would receive messages of blessing and congratulations from both the Chinese and Russian presidents, the most prominent rivals of Washington and the West, as indications that the Arab world is at a time when it is positioned In addition to the forces seeking to change the unipolar system and replace it with a multipolar system, the Arab world will be one of its poles and its main influences, but it remains the owner of an independent vision driven by interest.

As for practically announcing the end of the black decade, it was very clearly represented in the Arab League Council’s decision on Syria’s return to the Arab League, or the latter’s return to Syria despite the objection of Washington and some of its allies to this decision, and then in the presence of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad at the summit. After an exclusion of more than a decade.

This auspicious return of Syria to its place in the Arab Organization, especially since it has returned with its position, alliances, principles and affiliation, shows the Arab League's explicit admission (albeit late) of the failure of America and its Arab partners (states and political organizations) and non-Arabs to overthrow the Syrian state and its regime. And transforming it from a pivotal, nationalist Arab state into a state that is not only dependent on the West, but also hostile to Arab countries and political forces that still adhere to their visions that Israel is nothing but a Western military occupation and settler-colonial project for Palestine led by America and Britain.

In addition to her frank and consistent speech that the purpose of the occupation of Palestine and the displacement of its population and the creation of Israel in the region, is through it to dominate the Arab world and transform it within a long and complex process, from a region that is considered the cradle of civilizations, cultures and religions, and has always been a pioneer in the paths of advancement and development of nations throughout history, to A region that can only serve as a breeding ground for terrorism, violence, extremism, backwardness and ignorance, in terms of controlling the minds of Arab citizens before controlling their rich and diverse resources, and the strategic location of their homeland that controls the water and land passages that connect the East with the West.

In terms of outputs, it was evident in the text of the final statement (Jeddah Declaration), as the statement, unlike the final statements of previous summits, drew a road map led by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (which is considered a precedent in the history of Arab summits) to achieve the goals and objectives that were declared explicitly and which constitute a dream for Arab citizens from ocean to the Gulf.

These purposes were included under the unofficial title of the summit (renewal and change), and then in its adoption of the approach to security, stability and sustainable development that begins with the human being as a prerequisite for protecting the state and its institutions and as a vital necessity for renaissance and building the future, as the text shows that the terms security and sustainable development compared to the previous five summits The Jeddah summit was the most frequent terms throughout the text, as the term security was repeated 16 times throughout the text, while the term sustainable development was repeated 12 times, while the final statements of the five summits that preceded the Jeddah summit were completely devoid of this term sustainable development.

It was remarkable that the text of the closing statement this time, compared to the previous summits, was devoid of the term terrorism, as the term terrorism was repeated 4 times at the Algiers Summit 2022, 16 times at the Tunis Summit 2019, 20 times at the Dhahran Summit 2018, and 14 times at the Summit. Dead Sea 2017, which in itself is not without significance.

As for the Palestinian issue, it is true that it was included as a first item in the text, and there is nothing new in that, as this is its position in all the closing statements of previous Arab summits, but it is remarkable this time that the Palestinian issue was mentioned as one of the main factors for stability in the region, as it was not The text confirms that it is the key to stability in the region, and while we do not exaggerate that it is truly the key to stability in the region, even if the factors of stability are multiplied, the Palestinian people hope that the meaning implied in considering it the key factor for stability in the region is the motive and the engine of Arab policies in the post-summit stage Especially when the Arab countries began to present their written pleadings to the International Court of Justice, which will consider next October the nature of the occupation of the territories of the promised Palestinian state, according to the Palestinian President's explicit request from the summit.

Finally, the foregoing is nothing more than an analytical reading of the facts and outcomes of the summit. Its share of the truth may be as much as its share of error. Here some may argue that it is a wishful and dreamy reading of the summit and its outputs, especially since the bold will is absent from the Arab leadership, and this is undoubtedly a legitimate argument, but This does not negate that there is an opportunity for the Arabs at the present moment, which they must invest until their last breath in order to assume the place they deserve among the nations.

Historic mission.. The launch of the first two Saudi astronauts into space

On Sunday, a rocket launched on a special mission organized by the American company "Axiom Space" to the International Space Station, with a crew that includes the first two Saudis, one of whom is a woman.

The SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket, carrying Rayana Barnawi and Ali Al-Qarni, launched from the Kennedy Space Center in Florida, USA.

The crew also includes Peggy Whitson, a former astronaut at the US Space Agency (NASA), who has gone to the International Station three times before and will lead the mission, and American businessman John Shoffner, who will lead the vehicle.

This crew will spend ten days aboard the International Space Station, which is expected to arrive on Monday around 13:30 GMT.

"It is a great pleasure and honor for me to be the first Saudi female astronaut and to represent the region," Bernawi, who studied science, said in a press conference this week.

She confirmed that she is excited to talk to children from the International Space Station. "Seeing their faces when they see astronauts from their region for the first time is very interesting," she said.

In his normal life, Al-Qarni works as a military pilot. "I had a passion for exploring the unknown and contemplating the sky and the stars," he said, considering that "this is a wonderful opportunity for me to pursue this passion and fly among the stars this time."

Saudi Arabia sent one of its citizens into space in the past, while Saudi Prince Sultan bin Salman participated in an American mission in 1985.

But this new space flight is part of the kingdom's conservative strategy to improve the country's image.

The kingdom established the Saudi Space Authority in 2018 and last year launched a program to send astronauts into space.
The four crew members are supposed to conduct about twenty experiments during their stay, one of which is to study the behavior of stem cells in weightlessness.

They will join the seven astronauts aboard the International Space Station, three Russians, three Americans, and Emirati astronaut Sultan Al Neyadi, who last month became the first Arab citizen to walk in space.

This mission, called "AX-2", is the second to emerge from a partnership between the US space agency and "Axiom Space", which offers similar space flights for millions of dollars.

The company provides training for novice astronauts, renting transportation and facilitating their stay in space.

A first mission called "AX-1" (Ax-1) transported in April 2022 three businessmen and former astronaut Michael Lopez-Alegria to spend two weeks on the International Space Station.

Some of the astronauts on the International Space Station indicated that they had to dedicate some of their precious time to caring for these tourists.

For Axiom Space, these missions are a first step towards its ambitious goal of building its own space station, which is supposed to launch its prototype at the end of 2025.

Its structure will be connected to the International Space Station, before it is separated from it and becomes independent.

NASA plans to stop working at the International Space Station by 2030, and send its astronauts to private stations.

Russia finally pledged to extend the period of work on the International Space Station until 2028, after it threatened to withdraw from it after the start of the war in Ukraine, which raised questions about the continuation of the station.

Like the United States, the station's other international partners, Japan, Canada and the European Space Agency, are committed to continuing operations on the International Space Station through 2030.
