Al-Kaila: The occupation violates international humanitarian laws in front of the whole world

The Palestinian Minister of Health, Dr. May Al-Kaila, "The Israeli occupation authorities escalate their violation of international humanitarian laws daily through their escalating attacks against medical and ambulance crews, obstructing their work, and depriving patients of their access to the necessary treatment."


And she added, in a statement today, Monday, "The whole world witnessed, at dawn today, how the Israeli occupation forces obstructed the work of paramedics and ambulances, in Balata camp in Nablus, while they were carrying out their humanitarian duty to transport the wounded and provide them with treatment."


Al-Kaila confirmed that the Israeli occupation forces and settlers impede, on a daily basis, the movement of health personnel, paramedics, and ambulances within and between cities, in addition to impeding the movement of patients and depriving them of obtaining the necessary treatment.


She stated that the Council of Arab Ministers of Health called on the international community and human rights organizations, yesterday, Sunday, for the need for urgent and immediate intervention to stop the violations of the occupation against health workers, paramedics, treatment centers, and patients, and the need for every patient to obtain his full right to treatment in the necessary time, and that this is a right guaranteed by him. All international humanitarian laws.
