In the hours after midnight, infantry units and military vehicles deployed to the gold market in the center of Tulkarm, blocking the movement of vehicles and citizens, interrogating a number of them on the spot, and forcing them to leave the market under the pretext of a curfew.

The camp is under a tight siege, accompanied by the seizure of dozens of homes and their conversion into military barracks.
On Nablus Street and around the traffic circle, occupation forces reinforced their presence at military barracks they had set up inside residential buildings after forcibly evicting their owners. This coincided with the destruction caused by their bulldozers to the street after closing off sections of it with earth mounds.
Meanwhile, the Tulkarm Education Directorate announced the resumption of in-person education in schools in the city and suburbs starting Sunday, April 6. This follows arrangements with the Ministry of Education and Higher Education, the Tulkarm Governorate, and supporting parties to ensure the smooth running of the educational process.
This decision comes two months after the transition to e-learning was triggered by the ongoing Israeli aggression on the city and its two camps, which has resulted in the deaths of 13 civilians, including a child and two women, one of whom was eight months pregnant. Dozens more have been injured and arrested, and more than 4,000 families have been forcibly displaced from the Tulkarm and Nur Shams camps, along with dozens of families from the city's northern neighborhood.
The aggression also caused widespread destruction to the infrastructure, including homes, shops, and vehicles, which were completely and partially demolished, burned, vandalized, looted, and stolen. 396 homes were completely destroyed and 2,573 partially destroyed in the Tulkarm and Nur Shams camps, in addition to closing their entrances and alleys with earth mounds.
