The Palestinian government denied on Wednesday that Prime Minister Muhammad Shtayyeh sent a memo to Qatar to air his objection to their contribution to a fourth power station in the Gaza Strip.
The office of Prime Minister Muhammad Shtayyeh said that the headline on local Palestinian local websites is "incorrect news."
