Hezbollah targets Israeli military buildings and equipment with drones
Today (Tuesday), the Lebanese Hezbollah announced targeting modern spy equipment and buildings used by Israeli soldiers with drones and appropriate weapons.
Hezbollah said in three separate statements this afternoon, "This afternoon, the Islamic Resistance fighters targeted the newly developed espionage equipment installed on a crane in the vicinity of the Dovev barracks with suicide drones and hit it directly, leading to its destruction."
He added, "In response to the enemy's attacks on the steadfast southern villages and safe homes, the Islamic Resistance fighters targeted buildings used by Israeli soldiers in the Natu'a settlement with appropriate weapons."
He continued, "The Islamic Resistance fighters targeted the espionage equipment at the Abbad site with suicide drones and hit it directly."
Lebanese military sources told Xinhua News Agency that "Israeli drones and warplanes launched 8 raids today on 5 towns in southern Lebanon."
Ite added, "These raids resulted in the injury of four people, including a military cadre in Hezbollah."
It added, "An Israeli drone targeted a civilian car traveling on the road to the town of Al-Majadil, affiliated with the city of Tyre, in southern Lebanon, with two air-to-ground missiles."
The sources added that "the raid resulted in the injury of the car driver, who is a Hezbollah military cadre, and the injury of two people who happened to be at the scene, and the burning of the car."
A civil defense vehicle transported the injured to a hospital in Tyre, according to the sources.
The sources said, "In a separate incident, a Lebanese civilian was injured in an airstrike carried out by an Israeli warplane on the town of Sheheen, affiliated with the city of Tyre, west of southern Lebanon. He was transferred by ambulance to a hospital in the city of Tyre."
The official National News Agency reported that "a hostile drone targeted the Majdal Plain, east of Tyre, and Israeli warplanes raided the center of the town of Adaisseh."
It added, "An enemy drone also carried out a raid targeting an open area between the Dabsha and Ali al-Taher sites on the eastern outskirts of Nabatieh al-Fawqa, but the missile did not explode."
Hezbollah and the Israeli army have been exchanging fire since October 8 against the backdrop of the ongoing war between the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) and Israel in the Gaza Strip, amid international fears that the confrontations could escalate into a full-scale war.
