Blinken and Netanyahu issue death sentence on the exchange deal..

The negotiations on the exchange deal, which occupy the world every time its files are opened wide, have reached a dead end, in light of the American insistence on standing by the Israeli conditions and demands imposed by Netanyahu, which increase the complexity, as the mediators failed to convince Netanyahu to abandon his demands, which spread an atmosphere of pessimism, to the point of statements from Arabs concerned with the negotiations, that there is absolutely no need for a new summit in Cairo, as the Times of Israel newspaper quoted Arab officials: There is no point in holding another meeting in Cairo unless the United States pressures Netanyahu to back down from his new demands and amend its proposal accordingly.

Blinken caused great damage to the negotiations after announcing Netanyahu's acceptance of the American proposal, and Israeli media considered him "amateur, naive and lacking in understanding", because he spread an atmosphere of optimism "for internal American reasons related to the Democratic Party conference."

The American proposal that Netanyahu agreed to regarding the Philadelphi Corridor included withdrawal from the corridor in the second phase of the deal. However, Hamas and Egypt rejected the offer and demanded during the Cairo talks to withdraw from the Philadelphi Corridor in the first phase.

Israel said that Egypt conveyed a message to the Israeli mediators stating that you have nothing to look for on the axis and there are no tunnels inside the Egyptian borders. Despite this, Netanyahu insists on staying and not withdrawing the army from the Philadelphi axis, as the Prime Minister's Office said that no understandings had been reached with Egypt regarding the Philadelphi axis. Netanyahu's office also denied last night that the Israeli Prime Minister had agreed to the withdrawal.

Netanyahu's repeated refusal to reach an exchange deal and his indirect support from Blinken, has put the exchange deal in jeopardy, and on the verge of a death sentence, for which both the United States and Israel bear full responsibility.
Since the first round of negotiations, the Palestinian resistance has presented its just demands, which express the desire of our people who seek to lift the injustice, siege, displacement, and comprehensive and complete aggression against them, and to get rid of oppression. These demands require the occupation army to withdraw completely from the Strip, but Netanyahu is not interested in that, and his only concern is to shed more Palestinian blood and increase the level of pressure on our people in the Strip and the south, which will inevitably increase the pace of confrontation in the north during the next few hours and days, so that Netanyahu, with the support of Blinken, issues the final death sentence on the exchange deal, and directs the region towards further escalation, which may explode this time and get out of control.

The prisoner exchange negotiations have only put more pressure on Hamas, to force it to accept what is on the negotiating table, with the threat that this round will be the last, and that the consequences of its failure will be dire, in attempts to tease out Hamas’s position, with a terrible American enticement with an unprecedented tone of optimism, as if the agreement is in Biden’s pocket, but things are still the same, without any amendments, and from here an important question is raised on the table, will the return to negotiations at the end of this week be meaningful and useful.

The only answer to this question is to see practical measures taken by the occupation army withdrawing from the Netzarim and Philadelphi axes. Then there could be serious positions. Otherwise, the purpose of the negotiating maneuver led by Israel and the United States is to gain more time to slaughter more of our people.
