The exchange of fire continued on Sunday between the Israeli army and Hezbollah, as Israeli artillery bombed the outskirts of several towns in southern Lebanon, and also targeted sites with bombing carried out by warplanes, while Hezbollah targeted Israeli sites and forces in the border region and in the Upper and Western Galilee.

During the night and dawn hours, Israeli warplanes attacked Hezbollah targets in several different areas in Lebanon, according to what the Israeli army spokesman said in a statement.

Hezbollah carried out various attacks with marches and missile barrages against the Israeli army forces and their border military sites and in the Upper and Western Galilee, in response to the Israeli attacks that targeted villages and civilian homes in southern Lebanon.

Tensions have been increasing on the Lebanese border for weeks, while threats from both sides continue to expand the circle of clashes, with exchanges of fire and bombing between Hezbollah and Palestinian factions in Lebanon and the Israeli army.
