Last night, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu underwent surgery to implant a pacemaker.
And it was reported from Sheba Hospital - Beitel Hashomer, that Netanyahu is in good condition and that he will remain in the hospital for observation. The Israeli Arabic-language radio station Makan also reported it.
In a videotape, Netanyahu said that he is expected to leave the hospital during daylight hours today to arrive tomorrow, Monday, at the Knesset to vote on the bill to reduce the argument of reasonableness.
The Israeli government ministers decided to appoint Minister of Justice Yariv Levin as Acting Prime Minister.
The sessions and talks in which Netanyahu was scheduled to participate today have been postponed, including the government session and a discussion with Army Chief of Staff Herzi Halevi about the refusal of hundreds of officers and soldiers to serve.
