"Leprous State".. An Israeli Orientalist warns of the increasing political isolation of the occupation.

In light of the deteriorating political situation, many Israelis express their fears of what is termed a 'political tsunami' that threatens the status of the occupation on the international stage. These fears are not new; rather, they are the result of political choices that have led to stagnation and a lack of initiative, placing the occupation in a weak position.

Professor Eli Bodeh, a professor of Islamic and Middle Eastern studies, points out that the fifth anniversary of the signing of the Abraham Accords could be a turning point, as the occupying state faces increasing threats of boycotts and ostracism from many countries. These threats may escalate during the annual United Nations session in New York, where some countries are moving towards recognizing the Palestinian state.

Bodeh explains that the Israeli media has used the term 'political tsunami' to describe the state of the occupation, which has chosen not to engage in a genuine political process, but rather relied on force. However, the recent attack by Hamas has revived the idea of a Palestinian state, which was recognized by 147 countries before the war, with new countries like Ireland and Norway joining in recognition.

Bodeh asserts that recognition of the Palestinian state may be seen as a symbolic issue, but if coupled with sanctions, it could lead to further isolation of the occupation, placing it in a position similar to countries like Taiwan and former South Africa. This situation may worsen with the continuation of the war and increasing international pressures.

The harsh images from the Gaza Strip and the humanitarian crisis resulting from the aggression contribute to the erosion of the occupation's image globally, including in the United States. Despite multiple plans for post-war scenarios, the Israeli government rejects them, raising concerns about the future of diplomatic relations.

The military occupation of the city of Gaza, if implemented, could exacerbate political isolation, as countries like Germany have begun imposing bans on arms sales. These steps reflect a shift in international attitudes towards the occupation, increasing the likelihood of economic sanctions.

Ultimately, the continuation of aggression against the Gaza Strip may endanger the lives of hostages and increase political deviation, necessitating urgent decisions by the occupation to avoid further isolation.

The annual report of the U.S. State Department on human rights reveals the escalation of violence from the occupation in the West Bank and Gaza.

The U.S. Department of State has issued its annual report on human rights, which clearly indicated the escalation of violence from the Israeli occupation against Palestinians in the West Bank and Gaza Strip. The report recorded the highest daily level of violence since 2005, reflecting the deterioration of the security and humanitarian situation in the Palestinian territories.

The report included information about the disappearance of several Palestinians at the hands of the occupation or on its behalf, raising significant concerns about human rights. It indicates that many Palestinians who were detained during raids in Gaza were later transferred to occupied Palestine, adding a new dimension to the humanitarian crisis.

The report also noted that most of the arrests were the result of military raids, with the daily toll of arrests and violations against Palestinians increasing. These violations are raising growing international concern about the human rights situation in Palestine, with increasing calls from the international community to stop these practices.

The report comes at a sensitive time, as tensions in the region are escalating, reflecting the deteriorating situation in the West Bank and Gaza Strip. Many international leaders, including the Prime Minister of Italy and the Saudi Crown Prince, have called for an immediate ceasefire in Gaza.

The escalation of violence and arrests indicates an urgent need for international intervention to protect the rights of Palestinians and ensure their safety. The international community must act urgently to address these violations that contradict international law and human rights.

Washington Post: Netanyahu is the prime minister with the most disagreements with his generals.

Reports have emerged indicating that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is facing unprecedented disagreements with his generals, making him the most contentious leader with his military leadership in Israel's history. This tension comes at a critical time as attention turns to a possible decision to reoccupy the Gaza Strip.

In the days leading up to the important security meeting, discussions were held regarding the possibility of reoccupying the territory or continuing with the current situation. Ultimately, a decision was reached that is considered a compromise, where the Israeli occupation army intends to take control of the last urban center in Gaza, which will lead to overcrowding of the remaining population.

The announced plan indicates that the occupation army will invade an additional 10% of Gaza's territory, exacerbating the humanitarian conditions for a population already suffering from crises. This decision comes after previous statements by Netanyahu about regaining full control over the strip.

The internal tensions between Netanyahu and his generals reflect the ongoing struggle between military and civilian leadership, with the belief that the army cannot achieve new strategic objectives. Some officers have indicated that any decision that ignores military assessments will have dire consequences.

Media leaks suggest that Netanyahu and his ministers pressured Chief of Staff Eyal Zamir to implement the plan to control Gaza, while Zamir expressed concerns about the risks that Israeli soldiers might face.

At the same time, National Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir criticized Zamir for not adhering to government orders, reflecting a state of division within the Israeli government. Yair Netanyahu, the Prime Minister's son, also accused the army chief of attempting to carry out a military coup.

A number of retired officers from the occupation army met before the security meeting to urge Netanyahu to end the war, while Zamir took a strong stance on the importance of discussion within the army. Netanyahu, for his part, defended his decisions despite his reservations, emphasizing the importance of the army's independence.

Tensions between military and civilian leadership are not new, as Israel has witnessed similar conflicts in the past. However, the current situation could lead to serious international repercussions, with some officers concerned that a prolonged war will increase its isolation.

Under these circumstances, anxiety is growing among senior security officials that the extremist government may lead to a rebellion within the army, especially after Germany announced a halt to military equipment exports to Israel. This situation reflects the significant challenges facing Israeli leadership in making critical decisions.

Two dead and injured in an Israeli bombardment on the Sheikh Radwan neighborhood in Gaza City.

Two citizens were martyred and others were injured this evening, Tuesday, in an Israeli occupation bombardment on the city of Gaza. The attack targeted a group of citizens in the vicinity of the second street in the Sheikh Radwan neighborhood, northwest of the city.

This aggression comes as part of the ongoing escalation by the Israeli occupation forces, which began on October 7, 2023, resulting in the martyrdom of 61,599 citizens, most of whom are children and women.

The current toll indicates that 154,088 others have been injured, which are preliminary figures, as there are still many victims under the rubble and in the streets, reflecting the scale of the humanitarian disaster faced by the residents of the besieged Gaza Strip.

Rescue and ambulance teams are facing significant difficulties in reaching the victims due to the ongoing bombardment and assaults, which increases the suffering of civilians in the area.

Israeli violations continue on a daily basis, necessitating urgent international action to stop the aggression and protect civilians in Gaza.

Report: British Espionage in Gaza Skies on Behalf of Israel

The British site Declassified revealed that American and British spy planes have conducted sorties over the besieged Gaza Strip, as part of the targeting that the Palestinian territory has been facing amid a fierce Israeli war for 22 months. These sorties come at a time when the massacres committed by the occupation against the Palestinians are increasing.

The site added that some of these sorties, which take off from a British base in Cyprus, flew near the Al-Nuseirat camp before and during a massacre carried out by the Israeli occupation last December. Other sorties were conducted over a two-week period prior to a massacre that took place in June of last year.

The recent report from Declassified, which specializes in British politics and intelligence, renews accusations against the British government of its involvement in crimes of genocide through its support for the occupation in its war on Gaza. It mentions a reconnaissance flight that took off from a British base in Cyprus over the Al-Nuseirat camp just the night before a massacre committed by Israel that left 30 martyrs on December 12.

Two surveillance planes flew, one of which belonged to the American company Street Flight Nevada, and was a Beechcraft Super King Air 350, which left the British base the night before the bombing and flew for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, the other plane, a British Shadow R-1, flew in the afternoon of the same day as the bombing and coincided with the attack, remaining off the coast of Gaza for about half an hour.

The British authorities did not disclose the nature of the information exchanged with the occupation on that day or any other, only confirming that their sorties are part of efforts to search for Israeli captives. Since the start of the war, Britain has conducted more than 600 reconnaissance flights over the Gaza Strip according to an analysis by the London-based organization "Action Against Armed Violence."

The massacre on December 12 in Al-Nuseirat was not the only one preceded by British sorties, as the occupation also attacked the Al-Nuseirat camp on June 8, 2024, claiming to seek the liberation of four Israeli prisoners, resulting in a major massacre that left more than 270 Palestinian martyrs.

Declassified states that the two weeks leading up to the bombing saw the British Air Force conduct 24 sorties over or near Gaza, which were handed over to the Israeli army. The British newspaper "The Times" also reported last week that British spy planes continue their sorties over Gaza to assist the occupation in locating Israeli captives.

The newspaper quoted government sources confirming that the intelligence gathered from various British entities in the region, including the Royal Air Force, is handed over to the Israeli army to obtain real-time information about the prisoners. The British government does not deny this intelligence, having previously announced its support for the ongoing rescue efforts for the "captives."

Despite this, British-Israeli relations at the political level have reached their lowest point ever, after the Labour Party government imposed sanctions on far-right Israeli ministers and announced that it would recognize a Palestinian state if Israel does not improve conditions in the Gaza Strip.

Since October 7, 2023, the occupying state, with American support, has been committing genocide in Gaza, including killing, starvation, destruction, and forced displacement, ignoring all international calls and orders from the International Court of Justice to stop. The Israeli genocide has resulted in 61,599 Palestinian martyrs and 154,088 injured, most of whom are children and women, over 9,000 missing, hundreds of thousands displaced, and famine that has killed 222 people, including 101 children.

Samir Halila: My nomination for the position of "Governor of Gaza" came from the White House.. and I am ready for

Palestinian businessman Samir Halila stated that he has been nominated to be the "Governor of Gaza" after the war in the sector, noting that this nomination came from the White House and not from Tel Aviv. Halila confirmed that he is ready for the task, explaining that he was chosen because he possesses the necessary independence and experience.

In an interview with the Israeli channel "i24" that broadcasts in Arabic, Halila revealed that his name was discussed with Egypt and Jordan, expecting that Washington would also discuss the matter with the Palestinian Authority, the occupying state, Hamas, and other concerned parties.

Regarding the position of the Palestinian Authority, Halila said that when he received the offer, he immediately informed the Palestinian Authority. He pointed out the importance of coordinating with various parties to ensure the success of the transitional phase.

Halila also called on Arab countries such as Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and Qatar to prepare to finance the reconstruction process in Gaza, which is estimated to cost around fifty-three billion dollars over five years.

He added that it is essential to form an international Arab force to oversee security during the transitional phase so that the Palestinian police can take over the security file in the sector.

Halila confirmed that he is not currently part of the Palestinian Authority, having played a role in the authority thirty years ago, but now he comes from the private sector as an economist and does not represent the Palestinian Authority.

Antony Blinken: Discussion about the Palestinian state must wait.

Former Secretary of State Antony Blinken stated in an op-ed published in the Wall Street Journal regarding the recent decision by several Western countries to immediately recognize a Palestinian state that "avoiding famine, recovering hostages, and ending the conflict in Gaza are the priorities," not recognizing the Palestinian state.

Blinken described the decisions by Britain, France, Canada, and Australia to recognize a Palestinian state as "morally correct," but added that ending the war in Gaza and releasing the hostages should be the priority.

In the op-ed he published on Monday in the Wall Street Journal, Blinken - the top U.S. diplomat during former President Joe Biden's administration - wrote that recognizing a Palestinian state "reflects a global consensus," but warned of "more urgent realities" amid the war in Gaza.

He considered that "avoiding famine, recovering hostages, and ending the conflict in Gaza are the priorities. The talk of two states can wait." In recent weeks, the United Kingdom, France, Canada, and Australia indicated their intention to recognize a Palestinian state at the United Nations General Assembly in September.

While Blinken wrote that recognizing a Palestinian state has its merits, it should be done "at the right time and in the right way" to help facilitate the Israeli withdrawal from Gaza and assist in reaching a normalization agreement between Israel and Saudi Arabia.

The former minister, who visited Israel more than 14 times between October 23, 2023, and the end of his term as U.S. Secretary of State on January 20, 2025, wrote: "Polls indicate that a majority of Israelis may rally around such a plan. In return, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu may abandon his corrupt coalition to achieve it."

According to the former Secretary of State, Israel has already achieved two of its three declared goals in Gaza: destroying Hamas's military wing and killing the leaders responsible for the October 7 attacks.

However, Blinken wrote in response to Netanyahu's plan to impose reoccupation of the sector that Israel's third goal - releasing the remaining hostages - "is unlikely to be achieved" through control of the Gaza Strip. Blinken argued in the article that unconditional recognition would not contribute to "establishing a Palestinian state or ending the suffering in Gaza." He stated that Palestinian leaders must commit to ensuring Israel's security in exchange for recognition. He wrote: "[This] will strengthen the position of Palestinian supporters of terrorism and Israeli opponents of a Palestinian state," a reality echoed by President Donald Trump, current Secretary of State Marco Rubio, and other figures in the current administration. Instead of unilateral recognition, Blinken said that moving forward should include "a condition-based timeline" toward establishing a Palestinian state.

He said: "While the Palestinians have the right to self-determination, this right comes with responsibility." He added: "No one should expect Israel to accept a Palestinian state led by Hamas or other terrorists, or an armed state or one that includes independent armed militias, or a state allied with Iran or others who reject Israel's right to exist, or a state that nurtures and preaches hatred of Jews or Israel, or a failed state, if it is not reformed."

Blinken called on Israel to address the deteriorating humanitarian conditions in Gaza while simultaneously preparing to withdraw its forces. He stated that Israel must stop expanding settlements in the West Bank and demolishing Palestinian homes, and rein in "extremist settlers who commit acts of violence and intimidation against Palestinians." The former minister wrote: "Israel faces the prospect of a permanent conflict in Gaza, a serious internal division, and a decline in its global standing. Israelis and Palestinians must decide what their relationship will look like in the future."

Blinken, who has supported the Israeli genocide since its inception until the end, did not mention in his article the Israeli genocide, nor did he criticize the distribution of humanitarian aid through the "Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF)" despite global acknowledgment that this foundation aims to kill and deport Palestinians.

Dozens of demolition and displacement orders for the "Jabal al-Bab" community in Jerusalem

Today, Tuesday, the Israeli occupation authorities delivered dozens of demolition and displacement orders to Palestinian families in the "Jabal al-Bab" community southeast of occupied Jerusalem. These orders target the homes and properties of several families, threatening the entire community with forced displacement.

The "Jabal al-Bab" community is located between the towns of Al-Eizariya and Abu Dis, and its residents suffer from the occupation's policy aimed at emptying the area of its inhabitants. This step comes as part of the ongoing attempts by the occupation to displace the indigenous population.

Dozens of Bedouin families live in "Jabal al-Bab," who have been subjected to attempts of forced displacement for years. These attempts coincide with settlement projects aimed at expanding the settlements and linking them to the "E1" plan, which seeks to isolate northern West Bank from the south.

The "E1" plan aims to sever the geographical connection between Jerusalem and the rest of the West Bank, exacerbating the suffering of the residents and reinforcing the occupation's policy of controlling Palestinian lands.

According to previous estimates by the United Nations, there are 26 Bedouin communities in the Jerusalem governorate, inhabited by about 4,856 Bedouins. These residents face harsh living conditions, suffering from a lack of basic services such as water and electricity.

In addition, the residents of the Bedouin communities face difficulties in accessing educational and health centers, complicating their daily lives and reflecting the occupation's policy of marginalizing them.

Netanyahu: We will allow the residents of Gaza to emigrate and are in talks with countries to host them

The Prime Minister of the occupation, Benjamin Netanyahu, in his recent statements announced that his country will allow residents of the Gaza Strip who wish to emigrate due to the ongoing war to move to other countries. This came during an interview with the Hebrew media where he indicated that there are talks with several countries that may be willing to host these residents.

Netanyahu added that this type of migration occurs in all conflicts, noting that the occupation will allow it during and after the battles. He emphasized that the goal is to give the residents of Gaza the opportunity to leave the combat zones, reflecting the occupation's policy towards the humanitarian situation in the strip.

While Netanyahu speaks of the possibility of migration, the occupation authorities have imposed strict measures on the borders of the Gaza Strip for years, preventing many Palestinians from leaving their lands. These statements raise concerns and evoke memories of the Nakba that Palestine witnessed in 1948.

Netanyahu also pointed out that far-right ministers in his coalition had previously called for a 'voluntary' departure of Gazan Palestinians, reflecting the current government's attitudes towards the Palestinian issue. There has been talk of finding third countries to host these residents, which aligns with previous proposals by former U.S. President Donald Trump.

These statements come at a sensitive time, as the security cabinet of the occupation approved plans last week to expand the war and take control of the city of Gaza. Under these circumstances, the vast majority of the strip's residents have been displaced at least once during the war that erupted following Hamas's attack in October 2023.

EU warns of a humanitarian disaster in Gaza and demands that the occupation allow the entry of aid.

The European Commissioner for Equality and Crisis Management, Haja Lahbib, warned that Palestinians in the Gaza Strip are on the brink of famine, emphasizing that any large-scale Israeli attack would be catastrophic. These statements were made in a post on the "X" platform, where she commented on the Israeli occupation's plan to expand its military operations in the region.

The plan recently approved by the Israeli government includes the occupation of Gaza City, with the displacement of about one million of its residents to the south. The plan aims to encircle the city and carry out incursions into residential neighborhoods, exacerbating the suffering of the besieged population.

Lahbib pointed to the ongoing Israeli blockade on the entry of humanitarian aid, considering that air drops of aid are ineffective. She confirmed that any comprehensive attack would lead to significant human casualties, a collapse of essential services, and hostage-taking.

Lahbib called for an immediate ceasefire, the release of Palestinian prisoners, and ensuring unhindered access to humanitarian aid. This comes at a time when the residents of Gaza are suffering from a suffocating humanitarian crisis.

In a joint statement, foreign ministers from 27 countries and European commissioners expressed grave concern over the worsening humanitarian crisis in Gaza, affirming that the suffering of the population has reached unbelievable levels and that famine is unfolding rapidly.

The statement demanded that the Israeli occupation allow the entry of all humanitarian aid for international organizations and not politicize it. The signatories also expressed gratitude to the United States, Qatar, and Egypt for their efforts in pushing for a ceasefire.

On the ground, the Gaza Ministry of Health announced the registration of five new deaths, including two children, within 24 hours due to famine and malnutrition, bringing the total number of hunger victims to 227, including 103 children.

These figures are part of the toll of Israeli extermination that has resulted in 61,430 martyrs and 153,213 injured, in addition to more than 9,000 missing and hundreds of thousands displaced, reflecting the magnitude of the humanitarian disaster faced by Palestinians in the besieged Gaza Strip.

By phone, bin Farhan discusses the situation in Gaza with Rubio.

The Saudi Foreign Minister, Faisal bin Farhan, held a phone call with his American counterpart, Marco Rubio, on Tuesday, where they discussed regional and international developments, focusing on the humanitarian situation in the Gaza Strip.

According to a statement from the Saudi Foreign Ministry, the security and humanitarian updates in Gaza were addressed, along with the efforts being made to deal with these situations, but the statement did not provide additional details about the discussion.

This call comes at a time when the genocide being perpetrated by the occupying state against the Palestinians in the Gaza Strip continues, with these violations ongoing for the twenty-second consecutive month.

The call coincided with a stalemate in negotiations regarding a ceasefire and prisoner exchange, further complicating the humanitarian situation in the region.

Days ago, the Israeli government approved a gradual plan for the complete occupation of the Gaza Strip, starting with the city of Gaza, which is home to about one million Palestinians, raising significant concerns about the fate of civilians.

Since October 7, 2023, the occupying state, with American support, has committed genocide in Gaza, including killing, starvation, destruction, and displacement, ignoring international calls and orders from the International Court of Justice to stop these violations.

The White House: We inherited the Gaza war from Biden and Hamas rejected our proposals.

The White House announced in a statement that the current U.S. administration inherited the war in Gaza from the previous administration of President Joe Biden, noting that the situation is extremely complex. The White House blamed Hamas for the failure to reach a ceasefire agreement, reflecting the ongoing tensions in the region.

In a press briefing, the White House confirmed that they have made significant efforts to end the war, but Hamas did not agree to the proposals that were presented. This statement reflects the frustration felt by the U.S. administration regarding the movement's lack of response to peace initiatives.

The White House also indicated that it is preparing to hold an 'Alaska Summit,' which will address multiple issues, including ending the war in Ukraine. This summit comes at a sensitive time as pressures are mounting on the U.S. administration to deal with international crises.

These statements come at a time when the Gaza Strip is witnessing an escalation in hostilities, increasing the suffering of civilians and complicating peace efforts. The failure to reach a ceasefire agreement raises concerns about the deteriorating humanitarian situation in the region.

On the other hand, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu stated that the partial deal is behind them and that they intend to end the war on their terms. This statement reflects the Israeli approach towards military escalation rather than seeking peaceful solutions.

The situation in Gaza requires urgent action from the international community, especially with the continued escalation and the refusal of the involved parties to reach an agreement. The continuation of this war will exacerbate the humanitarian conditions and increase the suffering of the Palestinian people.

A Hamas delegation arrives in Cairo to discuss a "60-day" truce in Gaza.

A delegation from the Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas arrived in Egypt as part of intensive efforts by Cairo to reach a 60-day truce in the Gaza Strip. The delegation was headed by Khalil al-Hayya, and this visit comes after a period of stagnation in the negotiation process.

The visit of the Hamas delegation coincided with the Israeli government's approval of a gradual plan to fully occupy the Gaza Strip, starting with the city of Gaza, which is home to about one million Palestinians. This step reflects the escalation of the occupation in the region and complicates the humanitarian situation.

Egyptian sources confirmed that the meetings in Cairo focus on discussing a ceasefire and reaching a temporary truce. They also indicated that there are intensive Egyptian efforts aimed at resuming negotiations and progressing towards a ceasefire agreement.

Earlier, the Hebrew broadcasting authority revealed a division within the Israeli negotiating team regarding the possibility of advancing in negotiations for a prisoner exchange and a ceasefire. Pressure is expected to increase on Israel and Hamas to return to the negotiating table.

The authority reported that the Hamas delegation will discuss in Cairo a new initiative that includes a comprehensive deal for the release of 50 Israelis in exchange for the disarmament of the movement. However, Hamas has not issued any immediate comment regarding this visit.

Hamas has repeatedly announced its readiness to release Israeli prisoners in exchange for ending the aggression and the withdrawal of the occupation army from Gaza, but the occupying Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is imposing new conditions that complicate the negotiation process.

Statement from 24 countries: The suffering in Gaza has reached unimaginable levels.

Britain, Canada, Australia, and European allies have confirmed that the humanitarian crisis in the besieged Gaza Strip has reached "unimaginable levels," calling on the occupying state to allow aid to enter the Palestinian territory suffering from the ravages of war.

In a joint statement by the foreign ministers of 24 countries, it was emphasized that famine is unfolding before the eyes of the world, necessitating urgent action to end hunger. The statement highlighted the need to allow all shipments of international aid for non-governmental organizations and not to obstruct the work of key actors in the aid sector.

The statement also called for the use of all crossings and routes to allow the flow of aid to Gaza, including food, nutrition supplies, shelter, fuel, clean water, medicines, and medical equipment.

At the same time, the occupying state denies responsibility for the outbreak of hunger in Gaza, accusing the Islamic Resistance Movement "Hamas" of stealing aid shipments, which the movement strongly denies.

In response to increasing international pressure, the occupying state announced late last month steps to allow more aid into the sector, including halting fighting for part of the day in some areas and announcing protected routes for aid convoys.

However, Western capitals assert that more aid is needed, as the statement was signed by the foreign ministers of Australia, Belgium, Canada, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Japan, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and Britain.

The statement was also signed by the EU's foreign policy chief, Kaia Kallas, and two other members of the European Commission, while some EU member states, including Germany and Hungary, did not sign it.

In a related context, the Palestinian Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip announced that the death toll from the genocide committed by the occupying state since October 7, 2023, has risen to 61,599 martyrs and 154,088 injuries.

The ministry reported in a statement on Tuesday that 100 martyrs and 513 injuries had reached hospitals in the Gaza Strip in the past 24 hours. It also mentioned that the toll of Palestinian victims since the resumption of genocide on March 18 of last year has risen to 10,078 martyrs and 42,047 injuries.

The ministry clarified that the toll of Palestinian victims among those waiting for American aid has risen since May 27 of last year to 1,838 martyrs and more than 13,409 injuries, following the martyrdom of 31 Palestinians and the injury of 388 in the past 24 hours.

The occupation denies the existence of famine in Gaza, while the United Nations confirms the worsening of the crisis.

A government agency affiliated with the occupation reported in its report the existence of indicators of widespread malnutrition in the Gaza Strip, accusing Hamas of promoting what it called a "famine narrative." This comes at a time when Gaza is suffering from a suffocating humanitarian crisis due to the imposed blockade.

The Coordination of Government Activities in the Palestinian Territories (COGAT), affiliated with the Ministry of Defense, stated that it conducted a "thorough review" of data from the Ministry of Health in Gaza, which estimates that 227 people, including 103 children, have died of hunger during 22 months of war.

COGAT claimed that its review showed a "significant gap" between reported deaths and documented cases in the media, explaining that "the individual analysis of each alleged death shows that most of the deceased were suffering from chronic diseases."

In contrast, the government media office of Hamas published a list "to respond to COGAT's lies," describing the statements as "a desperate attempt to cover up a documented international crime." These statements reflect the increasing tension between the occupation and Hamas.

The occupation's narrative contradicts data from international organizations, as the World Health Organization (WHO) stated that 148 people have died from malnutrition in Gaza since January 2025.

The World Food Programme also indicated in August that hunger and malnutrition in Gaza have reached their highest levels since the beginning of the war, explaining that "more than a third of the population goes without food for consecutive days."

The program added that 300,000 children are at risk of malnutrition, raising concerns about the future of children in the sector.

Jean-Guy Fattou, head of the Médecins Sans Frontières mission, who recently visited Gaza, said: "In Gaza, malnutrition is real, rapidly worsening, and affecting the entire population."

It is noteworthy that the occupation imposed a complete blockade on the Gaza Strip on March 2 of last year, preventing any aid or commercial goods from entering, which exacerbated the humanitarian crisis.

In late May, the occupation allowed limited amounts of food to enter through an organization funded by the occupation authorities and Washington, which UN agencies refuse to deal with.

Following the Israeli airstrikes that began on June 13, Iranian security forces launched a widespread campaign of arrests, with an intensive presence in the streets around checkpoints. Saeed Montazeri Mahdi, the police spokesperson, explained that there has been a 41% increase in the number of public reports from citizens regarding suspected individuals.

Mahdi did not specify the charges against the suspects, but Tehran had previously indicated the arrest of individuals believed to have provided information that helped direct the Israeli attacks. This reflects a state of tension and security anxiety in the country.

The conflict between Israel and Iran has also accelerated the pace of deportations of Afghan migrants suspected of residing illegally in Iran. Relief agencies reported that local authorities accused some Afghan citizens of spying for Israel.

The police spokesperson reported that law enforcement agencies arrested 2,774 illegal migrants and uncovered 30 specific security cases through examining their phones. Additionally, 261 individuals suspected of espionage and 172 individuals accused of unauthorized photography were arrested.

During the war, Iranian police dealt with over 5,700 cases of cyber crimes such as online fraud and unauthorized withdrawals of funds. These crimes were considered part of an "important front in the cyber space."

Mahdi noted that the police dispatched 30 night patrol units to control the geography of crime, resulting in a 15.5% decrease in theft crimes and a 48.8% increase in their detection rate.

According to Mahdi's statements, criminal offenses decreased by more than 20%, while the detection rate increased by 85.9%. Homicides also dropped by 23.3%, with the homicide detection rate remaining above 90%.

Mahdi concluded his remarks by emphasizing the "full readiness" of the police, indicating that security in the country is guaranteed with strength and stability, and that these successes are the result of cooperation between the armed forces and the Iranian people.

Suicide cases in the occupation army are at the forefront of the discussion in "Israel."

In recent weeks, the phenomenon of Israeli occupation soldiers' suicides has returned to dominate discussions in the occupying state, as studies have revealed a concerning rise in this phenomenon among regular soldiers and army reservists. This issue has become one of the most bloody topics stirring controversy in Israeli society.

The writer Lidor Soltan quoted Brigadier General Amir Vadmani, head of the Human Resources Division in the occupying army, stating that 16 suicide cases have been recorded so far in 2025. This was mentioned during his testimony before the Knesset's Human Resources Subcommittee, where he provided details about the steps the army is taking to address this phenomenon.

Vadmani pointed out that the army adopts two main messages when discussing suicide cases. The first message relates to the increase in suicides since the beginning of the war on Gaza, reflecting the deteriorating psychological state of the soldiers. The second message is that the army does not consider all suicide cases to be directly linked to the fighting in Gaza, although many of the soldiers who committed suicide were significantly affected by the war.

The writer discussed how many soldiers made their final decision to commit suicide during their training or while serving on the home front, indicating the depth of the psychological crisis these soldiers are experiencing. Despite the announced efforts by the army, it faces criticism for not acknowledging its failure in addressing this issue.

Soltan added that the army concealed the results of investigations related to 54 soldiers and officers who ended their lives over the past two years, reflecting the army's policy of opacity in this context. This situation calls for the army to take real and effective steps to stop this painful phenomenon.

In January 2025, the army published data about its losses, revealing that 21 regular and reservist soldiers committed suicide during 2024. However, doubts remain about the accuracy of these figures, as it is believed that the army deliberately hides the extent of its failure to address this issue.

"Grook" exposes the crimes of the occupation in Gaza, and Musk intervenes... What did he do?

In a controversial move, the social media platform "X" briefly suspended the account of the AI service "Grok" after it posted a statement accusing the Israeli occupation and the United States of committing genocide against Palestinians in the Gaza Strip. Users were surprised when attempting to access the account, receiving a message indicating that the account had been suspended.

Grok clarified after the account was reactivated, stating that the suspension was a result of its statements based on reports and decisions issued by the International Court of Justice, UN experts, and Amnesty International. It also pointed out that the Israeli human rights organization "B'Tselem" documented instances of mass killings and systematic starvation in Gaza.

The post, which was deleted shortly after, raised questions among users who circulated screenshots of it. The U.S. military support for the Israeli occupation, amounting to $3.8 billion annually, indicates a clear contradiction with American claims regarding Washington's commitment to ending the escalation in Gaza.

In new responses, Grok explained that the suspension of its account was due to its statements about genocide, but noted that this was the result of an "internal error." However, Grok changed its previous description of genocide, clarifying that the term "genocide" according to the United Nations Convention requires the intent to destroy a specific group.

Despite evidence of the deaths of tens of thousands of Palestinians and widespread destruction of infrastructure, Grok pointed out that the Israeli occupation claims to be defending itself against "Hamas," making it complex to prove the intent of genocide. It affirmed that the actions in Gaza could constitute "potential war crimes."

The legal debate over this issue continues, as Palestinian activists suffer from the tightening of social media platforms on their content supporting Gaza and criticizing the Israeli occupation. The ongoing Israeli aggression since October 7, 2023, has resulted in over 61,000 Palestinian martyrs, hundreds of thousands of displaced individuals, in addition to a large number of injured and missing persons.

Egyptian Foreign Minister: 15 Palestinian figures will manage Gaza for 6 months, and we are working to revive the truce.

The Egyptian Foreign Minister, Badr Abdel Aty, revealed new understandings for the administration of the Gaza Strip, where 15 Palestinian technocrats will manage the sector under the supervision of the Palestinian Authority for a transitional period of six months. This step comes as part of efforts to enhance unity between Gaza and the West Bank, with Abdel Aty emphasizing the importance of this unity in the context of current events.

Abdel Aty also announced that Egypt is working in cooperation with Qatar and the United States to revive a sixty-day truce in Gaza, as part of new efforts aimed at ending the ongoing war. He clarified that the main goal is to return to the initial proposal that includes a ceasefire along with the release of some hostages and Palestinian detainees.

The Egyptian Foreign Minister pointed out that the entry of humanitarian and medical aid into Gaza must be done without obstacles and without conditions, stressing the necessity of providing suitable conditions for the Palestinian civilians in the besieged sector.

Abdel Aty strongly criticized the occupation's attempts to displace Palestinians, indicating that there is no legal or moral justification for removing them from their land. He affirmed that such attempts would lead to their inability to return, considering that Tel Aviv is only seeking to grant them an exit ticket.

In a broader context, Abdel Aty confirmed that Cairo faces many challenges and threats from various directions, and that it operates as a state of institutions to contain these conflicts. He mentioned the intensive communications with international partners such as the United States, Russia, China, and the European Union to find a peaceful solution to these acute conflicts.

Abdel Aty emphasized that among Egypt's constants is not to engage in any alliances or polarizations, and not to interfere in the internal affairs of other countries, reflecting Egypt's steadfast position in supporting the Palestinian cause.

The toll of the Gaza genocide war approaches 62,000 dead and 155,000 injured.

The Palestinian Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip announced an increase in the death toll due to the genocide being committed by the occupying state since October 7, 2023, with the toll reaching 61,599 dead and 154,088 injured.

The ministry clarified in its statement on Tuesday that during the past 24 hours, 100 Palestinians were killed and 513 others were injured, reflecting the escalation of violence and aggression against civilians in the sector.

The ministry also reported that the toll of Palestinian victims since the resumption of genocide on March 18 of last year has risen to 10,078 dead and 42,047 injuries, indicating the scale of the humanitarian disaster faced by the residents of Gaza.

The figures indicate that the toll of Palestinian victims among those awaiting American aid has increased since May 27 of last year to 1,838 dead and more than 13,409 injuries, with 31 Palestinians martyred and 388 injured during the past 24 hours.

Away from the supervision of the United Nations and international relief organizations, the occupying state has begun since May 27 of last year to implement a plan for distributing aid through what is known as the 'Gaza Humanitarian Relief Foundation,' which is an entity supported by Israel and the United States, but is rejected internationally.

The occupying state continues, with American support, to commit genocide in Gaza, including acts of killing, starvation, destruction, and forced displacement, ignoring international calls and orders from the International Court of Justice to stop the aggression.

In addition to the martyrs and the injured, most of whom are children and women, the genocide has left more than 9,000 missing, in addition to hundreds of thousands of displaced persons, leading to famine that has claimed many lives.

Dozens of Israeli soldiers sign a petition rejecting the occupation of the Gaza Strip.

175 reservists in the Israeli occupation army signed a petition warning of the repercussions of implementing the plan to fully reoccupy the Gaza Strip, as the security cabinet approved a plan to completely reoccupy Gaza, which sparked protests in the occupying state out of concern for the lives of the prisoners in the sector.

In the petition, the soldiers appealed to the government and the General Staff, stating that "the prolongation and planned expansion of the war harm Israel's security and put the lives of the captives at severe risk." They emphasized that the continuation of the war inflicts heavy losses on them and their families in terms of lives and bodies.

Earlier, officials in the Israeli Ministry of Finance warned that the government's plan to occupy the Gaza Strip could burden the treasury with annual costs reaching 180 billion shekels (52.6 billion USD).

According to an official in the ministry, the expected cost of occupying the sector ranges between 120 and 180 billion shekels, which could raise the financial deficit to about 7% this year and increase the deficit by 2%.

The official warned that continuing the current approach could lead to a new downgrade in Israel's credit rating to levels similar to countries like Peru and Kazakhstan, stressing that this reveals "the government's lack of seriousness in managing the economy during a security crisis."

This means for Israelis a significant increase in the tax burden, cuts in essential services such as health, social care, and education, and an increased burden on reservists and their families.

According to the newspaper, the ministry's estimates indicate that the daily expenses for military operations, including the mobilization of hundreds of thousands of reservists, amount to about 350 million shekels, equivalent to 10 to 11 billion shekels monthly (3.2 billion USD).

These calculations were based on preliminary estimates, as there is currently no complete breakdown of the operational plan, and the cost estimate was based on the so-called "Gideon Vehicles" operation, which cost Israel 25 billion shekels (7 billion USD).

175 Israeli soldiers warn against reoccupying Gaza

175 reservists in the Israeli army signed a petition warning of the consequences of implementing the plan to fully reoccupy the Gaza Strip. This petition comes at a sensitive time after the security cabinet approved a plan to reoccupy Gaza, raising widespread concern in Israel about the safety of Palestinian prisoners in the territory.

The petition, published on Tuesday, reflects the soldiers' fears that prolonging the war and expanding military operations will exacerbate security conditions in Israel, in addition to endangering the lives of Palestinian prisoners. The soldiers urged the government and the General Staff to consider the dire consequences of these plans.

In the petition, the soldiers expressed their concern that the continuation of the war would lead to heavy casualties, not only among their ranks but also among their families. They emphasized that this war significantly affects their daily lives and their psychological stability.

These warnings come at a time when protests against the war are increasing within Israel, with many citizens calling for an end to military operations and seeking peaceful solutions. This growing trend in Israeli society reflects a desire to avoid further military escalation.

Under these circumstances, the question remains as to how the Israeli government will respond to these demands, and whether it will reconsider its military strategy in Gaza. The potential consequences of any new escalation could be severe, not only on a military level but also on a humanitarian level.

France: The future of the Gaza Strip should be part of a future Palestinian state governed by the Palestinian Authority.

The spokesperson for the French Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs stated that the future of the Gaza Strip should be framed within the context of a future Palestinian state governed by the Palestinian Authority. These remarks come at a sensitive time as tensions in the region escalate.

The spokesperson added that France is mobilizing efforts to implement the two-state solution, which is considered the only solution capable of ensuring lasting peace and security for both Israelis and Palestinians. He emphasized the importance of an immediate ceasefire.

France's statements came after the Israeli government announced its intention to militarily occupy northern Gaza, warning that this could represent a disaster and lead to more casualties, both among Israeli hostages and civilians in Gaza.

The spokesperson also noted the support of the countries that signed the New York Declaration, which was made during the United Nations conference at the end of July, for the deployment of a temporary international mission aimed at establishing stability in the region.

France is working in cooperation with its partners and the United Nations to form this mission, proposing that an international coalition body be established, with the United Nations Security Council defining its mandate and regional partners leading it.

This mission is seen as a reliable step towards ending the ongoing war and establishing lasting peace in the region, which France seeks in collaboration with the international community.

WHO calls on Israel to release its detained employee in Gaza.

The Director-General of the World Health Organization, Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, called on the Israeli occupation army to release an organization employee who was detained in the Gaza Strip last July. Ghebreyesus noted that more than three weeks have passed since the employee's detention, raising concerns about his health and safety.

In a post on the X platform, Ghebreyesus expressed the organization's concern regarding the health situation of the detained employee, demanding his immediate and unconditional release. He emphasized the importance of protecting humanitarian relief workers amid the difficult circumstances faced by the Palestinian people.

Last July, the residence of World Health Organization employees in Deir al-Balah in the central Gaza Strip was attacked by the occupation army, during which one of the organization's employees was arrested. This incident comes at a time when violations against Palestinians in the occupied territories are increasing.

Since October 7, 2023, Gaza has been experiencing ongoing Israeli aggression, supported by the United States, resulting in a genocide that includes killing, starvation, destruction, and displacement. These violations disregard international calls and orders from the International Court of Justice to cease.

Statistics indicate that the Israeli aggression has resulted in 61,499 martyrs and 153,575 injured Palestinians, in addition to more than 9,000 missing persons. There are also hundreds of thousands of displaced individuals, leading to famine that has claimed the lives of many, including dozens of children.

5 deaths including two children due to famine and malnutrition in the past 24 hours.

Medical sources in the Gaza Strip announced today, Tuesday, the death of 5 citizens, including two children, due to famine and malnutrition, within the last 24 hours. These incidents reflect the catastrophic situation that the residents of the strip are living in under the difficult conditions they face.

According to medical sources, the total number of victims of famine and malnutrition has risen to 227 dead, including 103 children. These figures indicate the worsening humanitarian crisis that the residents of the Gaza Strip are suffering from, as death cases are increasing alarmingly.

The humanitarian crisis in the Gaza Strip continues to escalate, as severe famine intertwines with a genocide being waged by the occupying state since October 7, 2023. The blockade imposed on the strip has led to a severe shortage of food and medical supplies, contributing to the spread of famine.

Since March 2, 2025, the occupying authorities have closed all crossings with the Gaza Strip, preventing the entry of most food and medical aid. This forced closure has led to an unprecedented spread of famine, with many residents suffering from acute food shortages.

The United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) had warned that malnutrition among children under the age of five had doubled between March and June, due to the ongoing blockade. These warnings reflect the tragic situation that children in the strip are experiencing.

The World Health Organization confirmed that malnutrition rates in Gaza have reached alarming levels, as the deliberate blockade and delays in aid have caused many lives to be lost. Reports indicate that nearly one in five children under the age of five in Gaza City suffers from acute malnutrition.

Prime Minister of Australia: Netanyahu denies what is happening in Gaza

Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese stated that his Israeli counterpart Benjamin Netanyahu "denies what is happening in Gaza," referring to the ongoing war for 22 months.

In an interview with ABC News, Albanese clarified that he informed Netanyahu of Australia's intention to recognize the State of Palestine, noting that Australians reject violence and death in the Palestinian territories.

Albanese reiterated his country's refusal to prevent Israel from allowing humanitarian aid convoys into Gaza, and the occurrence of casualties among Palestinians near aid distribution centers.

Since May 27, Tel Aviv has begun implementing a plan to distribute aid through the "Gaza Humanitarian Relief Foundation," which is supported by Israel and the United States but is rejected internationally.

According to data from the Ministry of Health in Gaza, the number of Palestinian martyrs has reached 1,807, and 13,021 injured, as a result of the Israeli army firing daily on those waiting for aid.

Albanese added that Netanyahu repeated to him the same statements he directs to public opinion, considering this position "a denial of what innocents in Gaza are suffering."

He pointed out the continuation of violence in Gaza since October 2023, indicating that Netanyahu's government follows a strategy to continue this violence and fully occupy Gaza.

Albanese highlighted Netanyahu's government's desire to increase the number of settlements and settlers in the occupied West Bank, stressing the need to take different steps to change the current situation.

Albanese announced that his country intends to recognize the State of Palestine during the upcoming United Nations General Assembly in September, amid a growing movement for the recognition of the State of Palestine.

In late July, 15 Western countries issued a collective call for the recognition of the State of Palestine and a ceasefire in Gaza, while the British Prime Minister confirmed that his country would recognize the State of Palestine in September if Israel does not take steps to end the horrific situation.

Since October 7, 2023, Israel has been committing genocide in Gaza, including killing, starvation, and destruction, resulting in 61,499 dead and 153,575 injured, in addition to hundreds of thousands of displaced persons.

Euro-Mediterranean: International federations do not punish Israel despite the killing of 664 athletes and the destruction of sports in Gaza.

The Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Monitor issued a statement on Monday, indicating that international and continental sports federations continue to ignore the suspension of Israel's membership, despite nearly 22 months having passed since the aggression that led to the destruction of sports in the Gaza Strip and the martyrdom of 664 athletes.

The monitor considered this behavior a blatant violation of the values and principles that the federations claim to adhere to, noting that this reflects selective application and a double standard in dealing with countries and their representatives in sports competitions.

The monitor confirmed that Israel continues its violations against Palestinian sports, as approximately 664 athletes have been martyred since October 7, 2023, averaging nearly one athlete martyr every day, reflecting the scale of the catastrophe facing sports in Gaza.

The monitor clarified that last July witnessed the martyrdom of 40 athletes and scouts due to Israeli targeting, noting that data up to August 8 indicated that 662 athletes had been martyred in Gaza, including 321 affiliated with the Palestinian Football Association.

The monitor pointed out that the number of sports facilities destroyed by the occupation army since the onset of the aggression has reached about 264 facilities, including 184 total destructions and 81 partial destructions, leading to a complete halt of sports activities in the sector.

The monitor condemned the international sports federations' disregard for their ethical commitments, considering this a breach of their responsibilities, and called for immediate action to suspend Israel's membership in all sports activities.

The monitor added that some Israeli athletes involved in serious violations against Palestinians make the normalization of sports federations with Israel an unprecedented moral failure.

It also noted that about 30 athletes from the Israeli delegation at the Paris 2024 Olympics have served in the Israeli army or have shown public support for the aggression against Gaza.

The monitor urged sports federations to form independent committees to document the destruction inflicted on sports in Gaza and encouraged them to take a decisive stance against Israeli violations.

Since October 7, 2023, Israel has been committing genocide in Gaza, including killing, starvation, and destruction, resulting in the deaths of more than 61,000 Palestinians and injuries to over 153,000, in addition to hundreds of thousands of displaced persons.
