Are the people complicit in the silence of the regimes regarding the crime in Gaza

The issue of the silence of Arab regimes regarding the Zionist crimes in Gaza raises many questions about the responsibility of the people in this silence. Some believe that the absence of popular movement is due to the repression practiced by the regimes, making the people appear as pawns without will.

Historically, Arab peoples played an important role in shaping life, having witnessed periods of popular movement that forced the regimes to respond to their demands. But today, there seems to be a gap between the awareness of the people and their ability to influence.

In the 1950s and 1960s, Arab regimes responded to the demands of the people, but over time, the means of repression increased, leading to a decline in popular movement. However, we must ask: Have the people lost their ability to influence?

Social media emerges as a powerful tool in the hands of the masses, but the question remains: Has the Arab people used it effectively to support the issues of the nation? The comparison between the number of followers of trivial content and the number of followers of important issues reveals a decline in public awareness.

Global events, such as the revolutions in Sri Lanka and Bangladesh, record popular successes in confronting corruption and injustice. How can Arab peoples remain silent in the face of the occupation that starves our people in Gaza?

If the regimes possess repressive means, the people also have counter means, but these must be invested correctly. The historical awareness of the people is what enables them to change reality.

In the end, the question remains open: Is the fault in the ruler, the ruled, or in both? The people must reevaluate their role and responsibilities in confronting the occupation.

Macron comments on the occupation policy of starving Gaza residents.. how did he describe it?

French President Emmanuel Macron discussed the tragic situation in the besieged Gaza Strip with the Emir of Qatar, Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, noting that starving an entire population is a crime that must stop immediately. These statements come at a sensitive time, as Palestinians face harsh conditions due to the blockade imposed on them.

In the context of the discussion, Macron emphasized the importance of cooperation with Qatar to ensure the success of mediation efforts and to prepare for the upcoming two-state solution conference scheduled to be held in New York on the 22nd of next month. This step reflects France's commitment to contributing to a peaceful resolution of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.

On the other hand, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu criticized Macron's call for recognizing Palestine as a state, considering that this call fuels the "fire of anti-Semitism" in France. Netanyahu sent a message to Macron expressing his concern about the impact of this step on relations between France and the occupying state.

The French presidency responded to Netanyahu's statements, asserting that linking France's decision to recognize the state of Palestine with acts of anti-Semitic violence is based on misconceptions. It emphasized that violence against the Jewish community is unacceptable, but anti-Semitism should not be exploited for political purposes.

Additionally, the Minister Delegate for European Affairs, Benjamin Haddad, pointed out that France does not need to receive lessons in combating anti-Semitism, stressing that French authorities have always been highly mobilized against this phenomenon. These statements come amid a rise in anti-Semitic acts in France following the terrorist attacks that occurred on October 7, 2023.

At the end of last month, Macron announced that Paris would recognize the state of Palestine in September, which angered the occupying state. Several other countries have also announced their intention to recognize the state of Palestine, reflecting a shift in international positions regarding the Palestinian issue.

It is worth noting that 145 out of 193 member states of the United Nations have recognized or declared their intention to recognize the state of Palestine, reflecting increasing international support for the Palestinian cause.

In conclusion of the discussions, Macron emphasized the need for serious efforts to achieve peace in the region, stressing that recognizing Palestine as a state is a necessary step toward achieving this goal.

Canada expresses its horror at the Israeli bombing that targeted a hospital in Gaza.

Canada condemned the Israeli bombing that targeted Al-Nasser Hospital in Gaza on Monday, which resulted in the martyrdom of at least 20 people, including five journalists. The Canadian Ministry of Foreign Affairs emphasized that "Israel is obligated to protect civilians in the combat zone."

In an official statement, Canada expressed its horror at the attack carried out by the Israeli occupation army, noting that such attacks are unacceptable. The raid targeted journalists who were doing their job in covering the events, highlighting the dangers faced by the media in conflict areas.

Among the martyrs was journalist Abu Daqa, who worked with several media outlets and was martyred while covering the events. Her last words expressed faith and hope, reflecting the courage of journalists in the face of danger.

According to the government media office, the number of martyred journalists has risen to 245 after this crime, highlighting the systematic targeting of Palestinian journalists and media personnel by the occupation army.

The International Federation of Journalists and the Arab Journalists Union called for condemnation of these systematic crimes, holding the occupation and the countries supporting it responsible for committing these violations.

The government media office urged the international community to take immediate action to stop the crimes of the occupation and protect journalists, stressing the need to prosecute the perpetrators of the occupation in international courts.

This is the second targeting of journalists in less than a month, with a previous targeting incident in August, reflecting an escalation in attacks on journalists in the Gaza Strip.

Since the beginning of the aggression on Gaza on October 7, 2023, the Israeli occupation army has committed massacres against civilians, resulting in the martyrdom of more than 62,000 Palestinians, with increasing numbers of injured and missing persons.

Hebrew channel: The army leadership approved the bombing of "Nasser Hospital" in Khan Younis.

Hebrew sources reported that occupation soldiers participated in the massacre that took place at Nasser Hospital in Khan Younis, confirming that the attack was approved by the high military command. This acknowledgment comes despite Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's regret over the incident.

Channel 14 reported that the forces involved in the attack confirmed that the operation was planned and pre-approved, raising questions about the moral and legal responsibility for this aggression.

In an attempt to justify the attack that resulted in the martyrdom of 20 people, including 5 journalists, the channel claimed that a Golani reconnaissance unit discovered an advanced camera on one of the hospital floors, which they considered a justification for launching the attack.

Netanyahu expressed his regret over the incident, noting Israel's appreciation for the work of journalists and medical staff, but this regret does not reflect the reality of the tragic conditions faced by Palestinians.

The Israeli army admitted to bombing the hospital, but tried to evade responsibility for the martyrs, stating that it targeted the vicinity of the hospital without mentioning civilian casualties.

The Chief of Staff of the Israeli army, Eyal Zamir, ordered a preliminary investigation into the incident, but previous experiences indicate that these investigations are often merely attempts to evade responsibility.

The Israeli occupation has committed a massacre against Palestinians for 23 months, during which 246 Palestinian journalists have been martyred, raising concerns about the targeting of journalists in conflict areas.

The attack on Nasser Hospital is the second of its kind in less than a month, as the occupation targeted 6 journalists last August, highlighting the escalation of assaults against media personnel in Gaza.

Since October 7, 2023, Gaza has been subjected to comprehensive aggression that has resulted in the martyrdom of 62,744 Palestinians and the injury of 158,259 others, underscoring the scale of the humanitarian catastrophe afflicting the region.

This ongoing aggression is accompanied by a suffocating humanitarian crisis, as residents suffer from severe shortages of food and medicine, threatening the lives of thousands, especially children and women.

The West Bank.. Israeli settlers open fire on the outskirts of the village of Sinjil.

Israeli settlers opened fire on the outskirts of the town of Sinjl, north of Ramallah in the occupied West Bank, on Monday evening, targeting the local Palestinian protection committees, without any injuries or damage reported. This incident comes at a time when assaults against Palestinians are increasing in various areas.

Eyewitnesses confirmed that the local protection committees in the town of Sinjl monitored gatherings of dozens of settlers on the lands of the town of Al-Mazra'a Al-Sharqiya, where the settlers fired randomly at citizens in the protection committees, reflecting the rising tension in the area.

A report by the Wall and Settlement Resistance Commission indicated that settlers carried out 466 assaults in the West Bank during July, resulting in the martyrdom of 4 Palestinians and the forced displacement of two Bedouin communities consisting of 50 families. These figures reflect the extent of the assaults faced by Palestinians.

In a related context, the Israeli army and settlers have escalated their assaults in the West Bank, including East Jerusalem, where they killed at least 1,016 Palestinians and injured about 7,000 others, in addition to the arrest of more than 18,500 Palestinians. These figures reflect the catastrophic situation that Palestinians are experiencing under occupation.

Since the beginning of the aggression on the Gaza Strip on October 7, 2023, the occupying state has committed mass atrocities against Palestinians, resulting in more than 62,000 martyrs and 158,000 injured, highlighting the urgent need for international intervention to stop these violations.

Israeli assaults on Palestinians continue amid international silence, raising questions about the role of the international community in protecting human rights in the occupied territories. The situation requires urgent action from international organizations to end these violations.

International experts: Journalists around the world are complicit in Israel's crimes against their colleagues in Gaza.

The crimes committed by the occupation against journalists in the Gaza Strip continue, as six more journalists were martyred on Monday, including Al Jazeera photographer Mohamed Salama, in a bombing that targeted Nasser Medical Complex in Khan Younis. This incident comes less than a month after the martyrdom of Al Jazeera correspondent Anas Al-Sharif, highlighting the dangerous situation faced by journalists in the region.

International experts confirm that the responsibility for the continuation of these crimes does not rest solely on governments, but also includes the international journalistic community that has chosen silence out of fear for its interests. Janine Di Giovanni, the executive director of the War Crimes Accountability Project, points out that 246 journalists have been martyred over 22 months, reflecting the international community's failure to protect journalists.

During her participation in a television program, Di Giovanni criticized the silence of international journalists, considering that this silence reflects their preference for personal interests over the lives of their colleagues. She also faced a violent backlash for criticizing this behavior that violates international laws.

Jodie Ginsburg, the executive director of the Committee to Protect Journalists, confirmed that every journalist in Gaza has become a target of the occupation, pointing to the contempt shown by the occupation's Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu for the lives of journalists, reflecting the occupation's sense of impunity.

Ginsburg expects this Israeli behavior to escalate unless accountability is enforced, making Gaza the most dangerous place for journalists in the world. She also points to the double standards with which the international community deals with these crimes.

Dima Smaro, the executive director of Skyline for Human Rights, confirmed that Gaza has turned into a deadly area for journalists, and that countries punishing those who criticize the occupation are complicit in these crimes.

Di Giovanni calls for punishing the occupation in the same way that Russia was treated, warning that the continued killing of journalists without accountability will lead to a deterioration of the situation for journalism in conflict areas.

Ginsburg emphasizes that defending the lives of journalists is not because they are different, but because they are civilians conveying essential information to people. She considers that what journalists provide is no less important than what doctors offer.

Despite the pressures faced by international courts, global public opinion remains capable of influencing, prompting some countries to change their positions regarding the behavior of the occupation.

The occupation attacks calls for the establishment of a Palestinian state, claiming that they ignore its security concerns.

The Israeli attacks on international efforts aimed at recognizing the Palestinian state continue, as the occupation considers these efforts a threat to its security. This position is highlighted in the statements of Kobi Mikhael, a researcher at the Israeli Institute for National Security Studies, who referred to a conference held at the United Nations at the initiative of France and Saudi Arabia, which aims to pave the way for the recognition of the Palestinian state.

In the conference held last July, 19 countries participated, and the stated goal was to enhance recognition of the Palestinian state in the upcoming September. However, Mikhael believes that the final statement of the conference reflects a disconnection from reality, considering it an achievement for Hamas, which interprets the return of the Palestinian issue to the international agenda as a result of the flood attack on October 7.

Mikhael points out that the participating countries in the conference have different motivations, as France seeks to enhance its role and influence in the Middle East and has a historical commitment to the Palestinians. The final statement also included a reference to Resolution 194 concerning the right of return for Palestinian refugees, reflecting a critical stance towards the occupation.

The writer also criticized the recommendations that called for the establishment of a United Nations peacekeeping force, considering that they ignore the historical failure of peacekeeping missions in the region since 1967. He believes that these recommendations do not enhance the future of the Gaza Strip or the establishment of a democratic Palestinian state.

In the end, Mikhael sees that the document resulting from the conference expresses a concerning disconnection from reality, as it ignores historical lessons and clings to the spirit of the Palestinian victim. He considers that the recommendations to deploy peacekeeping forces and assign them the responsibility of securing borders are nails in the coffin of the initiative, meaning it may have died at birth.

Israeli media: Netanyahu is looking to bypass Zamir to support a deal regarding Gaza.

Disagreements are increasing within the Israeli government regarding the plan to occupy the city of Gaza, as Israeli sources reported that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is considering a proposal to bypass Chief of Staff Eyal Zamir. This comes after Zamir called for reaching a deal instead of proceeding with the plan to occupy Gaza.

Reports indicate that close associates of Netanyahu are advocating for the appointment of a commander superior to Zamir, due to his refusal to occupy the city. They believe that Zamir is not aggressive enough, which increases the pressure on Netanyahu to make more hardline decisions.

At the same time, Channel 13 reported from military leaders that the Chief of Staff will not accept the appointment of a commander above him, reflecting a state of tension within the military establishment. There appears to be a clear division among military leaders on how to handle the situation in Gaza.

On the eve of the anticipated meeting of the security cabinet, Netanyahu criticized military representatives and accused them of exaggerating concerns about the military operation. This criticism reflects dissatisfaction with military performance and strategic planning.

On the other hand, Zamir warned that occupying Gaza could pose a significant risk to the lives of Israeli hostages, calling for the acceptance of the proposal from U.S. envoy Steve Whitehead. He also noted that military pressure could lead to casualties among Israeli soldiers.

Altercations and disagreements are increasing between Israeli army leaders and government ministers during security meetings, reflecting a state of instability in military and political leadership in Israel.

The United Nations Secretary-General, António Guterres, strongly condemned the bombing carried out by the Israeli occupation of the Nasser Medical Complex in Khan Younis, which resulted in the martyrdom of many civilians, including healthcare workers and journalists. This attack comes at a sensitive time as Gaza suffers from a continuous escalation of aggression.

In an official statement, Guterres said, "The recent horrific killings highlight the grave dangers faced by medical teams and journalists while performing their vital work amid this brutal conflict." These statements reflect the growing international concern regarding the safety of civilians in conflict areas.

Guterres also emphasized the necessity of respecting and protecting civilians, including medical teams and journalists, at all times. He called for a "swift and impartial" investigation into these killings, pointing to the importance of accountability in such incidents.

He noted that medical teams and journalists must be able to perform their essential duties without interference, intimidation, or harm, in full compliance with international humanitarian law. This call comes at a time when these individuals are under significant pressure in conflict zones.

Attacks on medical facilities represent a blatant violation of international laws, and there must be clear consequences for those who commit such acts. Guterres urged the international community to take effective steps to protect civilians and ensure that such incidents do not recur.

In conclusion, Guterres stressed the importance of collective action to protect human rights in conflict areas and the necessity for a clear international commitment to safeguarding civilians, especially under the harsh conditions faced by the residents of the besieged Gaza Strip.

The Vice President of the International Court of Justice is accused of bias towards the occupation and faces sharp criticism.

The Ugandan judge Julia Sebutinde, Vice President of the International Court of Justice, has sparked widespread controversy following her recent statements in which she claimed that "divine providence relies on her to defend Israel and its government." These remarks were made during an event at a church in the Ugandan capital Kampala, causing shock among international law experts.

Sebutinde, who was the only judge to oppose the interim measures against Israeli occupation in January 2024, has reiterated her pro-occupation stance even after the court, by a majority of 15 judges, deemed the Israeli occupation of Palestinian territories "illegal." These positions have drawn criticism even from within Uganda.

The report indicated that the judge is accused of relying on unreliable sources for her opinions, as a study conducted by a Palestinian researcher showed that 32% of her opposing legal opinion is "copied" from pro-Israel articles. This raises doubts about her integrity as a judge.

Legal experts criticized Sebutinde's statements, with Michael Baker describing them as "utterly unwise," pointing out that a judge's position alongside a specific party undermines the principle of neutrality. Meanwhile, Sergey Vasilyev added that such positions create an inevitable impression of bias.

Juliet McIntyre, a law lecturer, considered that Sebutinde's statements may violate the text of the oath she took, which could lead to her recusal from related cases if her integrity is challenged. These remarks raise questions about her future in the court.

Although the International Court of Justice rarely forces a judge to recuse themselves, experts like Kenneth Roth believe that the judge has lost her neutral stance, raising doubts about her ability to adjudicate cases related to Israel.

Some analysts believe that the court may choose to ignore the matter to avoid accusations of politicization, even though this could harm its reputation as an independent judicial body. This issue represents a difficult test for the court's credibility amid increasing criticism directed at it.

UNRWA: Israel did not allow the entry of aid despite the declaration of famine in Gaza.

The media advisor for the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA), Adnan Abu Hasna, stated that the occupation has not allowed any aid to enter the Gaza Strip since the United Nations officially declared the area a famine zone. This statement comes at a time when the residents of Gaza are suffering from harsh humanitarian conditions.

Abu Hasna added in an interview that the occupying government has not reacted to the famine declaration, the first of its kind in the Middle East, nor to the accompanying international movement. He emphasized the need to continue this international movement to address the deteriorating conditions in the sector.

He pointed out the possibility of legal action before the International Court of Justice, which had previously obligated the occupation to prevent Gaza from reaching a state of famine. He explained that the failure to respect these orders has led to the humanitarian disaster that the sector is experiencing.

Abu Hasna considered that the occupation's disregard for international decisions and its denial of famine signifies the collapse of all human values, warning that the world may fall into new barbarism if the occupation continues its policies.

He also noted that Gaza will be a model for what could happen in other areas if the occupation is not held accountable for its actions. He confirmed that the continued starvation and killing of journalists will lead to more violence and death in the sector.

In a related context, the Palestinian Ministry of Health documented the death of 11 Palestinians, including two children, within 24 hours due to malnutrition, raising the number of martyrs due to famine to 300, including 117 children.

On the other hand, Israeli Channel 14 reported Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich's pledge to prevent food, water, and fuel from entering the Gaza Strip, exacerbating the suffering of the residents.

In contrast, Irish President Michael Higgins called for the formation of a UN force to ensure the delivery of humanitarian aid to the sector, emphasizing the need to activate Chapter Seven of the UN Charter for intervention in Gaza.

Trump: The war in Gaza should end soon, and I expect it to conclude within two or three weeks, and Netanyahu is a "permanent partner."

U.S. President Donald Trump confirmed that the crisis in Gaza must be resolved as soon as possible, indicating his expectations that the war will end within two or three weeks, expressing hope that the outcome will be 'good and decisive.' These statements come at a time when tensions in the region are escalating, increasing the importance of the U.S. position.

In press statements, Trump said: 'I deal with Netanyahu a lot, and we have achieved remarkable success in Iran where we eliminated its nuclear threat.' These words reflect the close relationship between the current U.S. administration and the occupying state, raising questions about the impact of this on the situation in Gaza.

Trump did not limit himself to commenting on the situation in Gaza, but also referred to the possibility of changing the name of the U.S. Department of Defense to the 'Department of War,' reflecting a more aggressive trend in U.S. military policy. This potential change could provoke mixed reactions both within the United States and abroad.

Trump's statements are part of U.S. policy aimed at strengthening its position in the Middle East, as the U.S. president seeks to present himself as an effective mediator in regional conflicts. However, the question remains about the extent to which these statements will affect the reality on the ground in Gaza.

In light of these statements, the situation in the Gaza Strip remains tense, as the population suffers from the effects of the ongoing war. The expectations of ending the war in a short period may raise hopes, but they may also face significant challenges amid political and military complexities.

International reactions to Trump's statements continue, as many observers express concern that such statements could lead to further escalation in the conflict. The situation in Gaza requires genuine efforts to achieve peace and stability, not just statements.

In the end, the question remains: Will the U.S. administration succeed in achieving peace in Gaza, or will the statements remain mere words without real impact on the ground?

Families of the occupation prisoners escalate their protests coinciding with the "Cabinet" meeting.

The families of Israeli prisoners have called for widespread protests on Tuesday, in an attempt to pressure Benjamin Netanyahu's government to accept an agreement that would return the prisoners and halt the ongoing aggression against the besieged Gaza Strip, which has lasted for nearly two years. These protests coincide with a meeting of the security cabinet, known as the 'kitchen cabinet,' which will discuss the stance on Hamas's acceptance of the mediators' proposal for a 60-day ceasefire in Gaza.

In a statement published by Hebrew media, the families confirmed that they are calling for intensified efforts to bring their loved ones home, noting that 'the vast majority of the people of Israel want to bring our loved ones back to their homes.' They pointed out that the procrastination in reaching an agreement for their return contradicts the will of the people and its core values.

The events will begin under the title 'Israel Stands United' in the morning with the raising of giant flags in front of the U.S. Embassy in Tel Aviv, and there will also be protest activities at road intersections throughout Israel, along with massive marches and sit-ins culminating in a large gathering at the Kidnapped Persons Square in Tel Aviv.

Tel Aviv estimates that there are 50 Israeli prisoners in Gaza, of whom 20 are alive, while more than 10,800 Palestinians are held in occupation prisons suffering from torture, starvation, and medical neglect, which has led to the martyrdom of many of them according to human rights and media reports.

The Israeli Broadcasting Authority reported that the families of the kidnapped are seeking this time to show popular support for the deal without strikes, at a time when a poll showed that 74% of Israelis support ending the war on Gaza as part of a prisoner exchange deal.

These developments come amid military escalation and the stern message conveyed by Chief of Staff Eyal Zamir, who warned that the occupation of Gaza City could endanger the lives of the captives. He confirmed that the army has provided the necessary conditions to complete the exchange deal.

On the other hand, the newspaper 'Israel Hayom' reported that the 'kitchen cabinet' will convene tomorrow to discuss the prisoner deal with Hamas and expand the scope of fighting in Gaza. Meanwhile, Netanyahu has instructed to begin immediate negotiations for the release of the prisoners in parallel with a plan to occupy what remains of the Gaza Strip.

In a post on the X platform, Albanese questioned the international community's patience regarding these massacres, emphasizing the need for immediate intervention to stop the ongoing assaults on Palestinians. She called for breaking the Israeli blockade imposed on the Gaza Strip.

Albanese also accused the occupation of killing children and starving millions, pointing out that the intention of the occupation is to 'erase the Palestinians from the Gaza Strip.' These statements come at a sensitive time as Palestinians face catastrophic humanitarian conditions.

Earlier, Albanese called for charges to be brought against senior EU officials, including the President of the European Commission, for complicity in war crimes due to their support for the occupation during its aggression against the Gaza Strip.

Israeli media: Zamir calls on Netanyahu to accept the prisoner deal and halt operations in Gaza.

The developments in the Israeli military's stance regarding military operations in the Gaza Strip continue, as Israeli Chief of Staff Eyal Zamir has expressed clear reservations about the continuation of these operations. This came during Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's visit to the Navy in Haifa, where Zamir sent a direct message to him, urging him to accept the prisoner deal.

Military affairs correspondent for Channel 13, Or Heller, reported that Zamir confirmed there is a deal on the table that requires Netanyahu's approval, indicating that the army has prepared the necessary conditions to finalize the deal. He also warned that the continuation of aggression could threaten the lives of the prisoners, as Hamas fighters could kill them or commit suicide with them.

In a related context, Zamir called on Netanyahu to agree to Hamas's proposal to release ten living prisoners, emphasizing that the army has completed its mission through Operation "Gideon's Chariots," which targeted Hamas.

On the other hand, former Israeli National Security Council head Giora Eiland criticized the mission assigned to the army, describing it as "misleading words," pointing out that the goal is unclear, and if it is clear to anyone, it is unattainable. He confirmed that occupying Gaza will not lead to the collapse of Hamas's rule.

Eiland added that entering a city with a million residents would be a "death trap," a view shared by many security experts. Channel 12's Arab affairs correspondent, Wahab Hamou, noted that over a million people are concentrated in Gaza City, and many of them do not wish to move south.

Additionally, Channel 12 revealed a heated discussion that recently took place regarding the nature of the military operation in Gaza, which saw a direct confrontation between the political level and the Chief of Staff with ministers Bezalel Smotrich and Itamar Ben Gvir. The debate intensified over the timing and challenges related to the military operation.

Minister Smotrich responded sharply, demanding a short mission that includes besieging the population and cutting off water and electricity from them, while Minister Ben Gvir questioned the extent of fear from the military prosecutor. Hebrew newspaper: Complete occupation of Gaza is a dangerous plan that Netanyahu's government does not realize the complexities of.

Reserve Major Tsvika Haimovich stated that the occupation state's bet on fully occupying the Gaza Strip is considered a dangerous option, and it seems that the decision is the last card in the hands of Netanyahu's government after more than 22 months since the war began. He pointed out that the Prime Minister's statements regarding moving to negotiations for the release of hostages and the Israeli cabinet's decision to control the city of Gaza have introduced a new phase of the war.

Haimovich added that Hamas is considered a stubborn negotiator, as it reads reality correctly and translates that into steps that allow it to control the agenda and improve its position. He also noted that France's announcement of its pursuit to recognize a Palestinian state and the increasing international pressure on the occupation state have made Hamas more rigid and insistent on its positions.

Haimovich spoke about the humanitarian aid that has entered the Gaza Strip after the systematic starvation campaign, noting that the ceasefire for humanitarian purposes for ten hours daily was implemented without Hamas having to make any concessions.

Regarding the exchange deal, Haimovich said that Hamas's acceptance of the mediators' proposal to release the hostages in stages carries more than one perspective. The threat of occupying Gaza may have created pressure on it, or it may have agreed to the deal because it already knows that the occupation state will refuse.

He indicated that Netanyahu's government is convinced that the second option is correct, which is why it chose to delay its response to Hamas's agreement on the staged deal. He considered that starting the attack on Gaza could expedite the resolution of the matter.

Haimovich also pointed out the shift in Israeli public sentiment regarding the occupation of Gaza, as the plan to control the entire strip is presented similarly to controlling Beit Hanoun or even occupying Rafah, but the reality is completely different with its significant complexities.

He raised questions about how long it would take to control both upper and lower Gaza, pointing to the many branching and long tunnels. He also wondered about the hostages' ability to endure the conditions in which they are held.

Haimovich confirmed that the occupation state has never occupied a city the size of Gaza, even in the first Lebanon War in 1982, when the Israeli army only occupied West Beirut, which means that the occupation state has no idea how to manage this matter.

He also commented on the nature of the names chosen for the battles, noting that the name chosen for the Gaza occupation campaign indicates rigidity and causes confusion. He emphasized that the government still thinks in the same way, raising fears that the outcome will be the same.

He concluded by saying that he hopes the threat remains just a gesture that could force Hamas to concede in a way that ensures the release of the hostages and the end of the war.

He explained that the civil defense teams, health workers, and journalists are all protected by international humanitarian law, and that they should not be harmed in any way; however, the occupation targeted doctors in operating rooms and journalists while they were present in the area.

Basal also mentioned that rescue teams were directly targeted as soon as they arrived to begin evacuation operations, resulting in the martyrdom of one team member, raising the number of civil defense martyrs to 138.

He added that 7 others sustained serious injuries, 3 of whom are in intensive care and may die at any moment.

Basal called on the international community to assume its responsibilities, emphasizing the urgent need to immediately stop the direct targeting of health facilities and civil defense teams.

He urged the establishment of fixed and safe humanitarian corridors for teams to operate without any restrictions or obstruction by the occupation forces, stressing the necessity of allowing the entry of all supplies, capabilities, and resources.

He also demanded an independent international investigation into this crime that claimed the lives of civil defense members, photographers, and journalists, noting that the world had actually moved after the targeting of Al Jazeera reporters in Gaza two weeks ago.

Basal expressed his belief that there is a strong uprising that could prevent the occupation from repeating this scenario, but he pointed out that the occupation targeted 14 members, not 6, indicating that there are no red lines.

He called on the world to understand and recognize the seriousness of what is happening in the Gaza Strip, noting that just as it recognized the seriousness of famine, it must now realize that Gaza is being killed and innocent people are being murdered there.

Al-Daqran: 600,000 children without vaccinations and 1,600 doctors killed in a humanitarian disaster in Gaza

The health system in the Gaza Strip is experiencing a complete collapse, as hospitals and medical teams are subjected to systematic targeting, exacerbating the humanitarian disaster that the population is suffering from. While the international community stands by as a spectator, the massacres continue, violating all international agreements that stipulate the protection of medical teams and journalists.

Dr. Khalil Al-Daqran, spokesperson for Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital, revealed shocking figures that reflect the scale of the humanitarian tragedy, with the number of medical team martyrs rising to more than 1,600, in addition to the martyrdom of 244 journalists and 38 members of the civil defense teams, who were providing humanitarian services to citizens under exceptional circumstances.

The health infrastructure in Gaza has been completely destroyed, with 22 hospitals out of service, leaving citizens without basic medical care. Among these hospitals is the only government central hospital in the Gaza Governorate, which was providing vital services to the injured and sick.

The operational hospitals are being directly bombed despite being filled with patients and the injured, which increases the suffering of citizens amid a significant shortage of medicines and medical supplies. This situation requires urgent intervention to save what can be saved.

The occupation continues to prevent the entry of medicines, water, treatments, and medical supplies, pushing the health system towards complete collapse. Statistics indicate that more than 600,000 children in the Gaza Strip are deprived of essential vaccinations, worsening the health conditions.

The number of killed children has risen to more than 18,000, while more than 11,000 women have been killed, bringing the total number of martyrs to over 63,000. These figures reflect the scale of the humanitarian disaster that the sector is experiencing.

Al-Daqran called for an international investigation into these documented crimes, emphasizing the necessity of holding the occupation accountable for its violations. He affirmed that these crimes cannot go unpunished, as they are committed in full view of the world.

In a joint statement, the World Health Organization, the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF), the World Food Programme, and the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) confirmed that more than half a million people in Gaza are trapped in famine, demanding the occupation to ensure the availability of food and medical supplies for the residents of Gaza without obstacles.

Israeli reports indicate that the occupation has surpassed the Yitkov proposal.. "The agreement will be comprehensive"

The security-political ministerial council will meet tomorrow, Tuesday, to discuss the genocide in the besieged Gaza Strip and negotiations to reach a ceasefire agreement. The formation of the delegation to be sent or its destination remains unclear.

Israeli reports indicate speculation about the talks moving to the UAE, where the head of the Mossad, Dedi Barnea, is likely to join the team, depending on Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's decision.

Strategic Affairs Minister Ron Dermer, who recently visited the UAE, secretly met with UAE President Mohammed bin Zayed. This comes amid tensions between the occupying state and the UAE due to the actions of Netanyahu's government in the Gaza war.

Israeli officials confirmed that the mediators' proposal is no longer relevant, as they have surpassed it and informed them that upcoming agreements with Hamas will be limited to the release of all prisoners and a cessation of hostilities, provided that the occupying state is willing to do so.

Reports indicate that the occupying state is not discussing a partial agreement but emphasizes the importance of reaching a comprehensive agreement, without ruling out the possibility of a partial agreement in the future.

Regarding the maneuver in Gaza City, Israeli officials confirmed that there will be no connection between the talks and the maneuver, as the process of occupying Gaza will continue after exhausting the evacuation of the population.

Military reports clarified that the occupation of Gaza City will take time, and there are no magic solutions, and that if there is a desire to return the captives, this can be done by a decision from the Prime Minister.

The mediators' proposal, which the occupying state rejects, includes a partial agreement, where Hamas agreed to the draft ceasefire and the release of the proposed hostages, but the occupying state refuses except for a complete agreement.

The Israeli conditions include the disarmament of Hamas, the demilitarization of the Gaza Strip, Israeli security control over its surroundings, and the establishment of an alternative governmental entity that can live peacefully with the occupying state.

The Israeli delay in responding to the draft agreement is not procrastination but is part of new talks regarding Hamas's weapons, as mediators pressure the movement's leadership to abandon its role as a combat force.

According to the new proposal, a ceasefire will be declared for 60 days, Hamas will release half of the living prisoners and about half of the deceased, and talks to end the war will begin on the first day.

The Chief of Staff of the occupying army, Eyal Zamir, confirmed that the three objectives of the operation have been achieved, causing significant damage to Hamas and removing threats from the borders and settlements.

France summons the American ambassador following accusations that France is silent on anti-Semitism.

France summoned the American ambassador in Paris after diplomat Charles Kushner wrote a letter to French President Emmanuel Macron claiming that France had not made sufficient efforts to combat anti-Semitism.

The French Foreign Ministry issued a statement on Sunday announcing that it had summoned Kushner to appear on Monday at the French Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs, and that his claims were "unacceptable".

The statement, revealed by CBS News, said: "France strongly rejects these allegations." "The rise in anti-Semitic acts in France since October 7, 2023, is a reality we deeply regret, and the French authorities are mobilizing all their efforts to confront it, as such acts are intolerable."

The French ministry also stated that Kushner's claims "contradict international law," referring to "the commitment not to interfere in the internal affairs of states" as stipulated in the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations of 1961.

The statement added: "They also do not rise to the level of the transatlantic partnership between France and the United States, nor to the level of trust that should prevail among allies."

The White House and the U.S. State Department did not immediately respond to requests for comment. Summoning the ambassador serves as an official and public notice of discontent.

The content of the letter was not disclosed.

This dispute follows Macron's rejection last week of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's accusations that France's intention to recognize a Palestinian state fuels anti-Semitism.

France is home to the largest Jewish community in Western Europe, estimated at around 500,000 Jews, representing about 1% of the country's population.

This diplomatic dispute comes at a time when French-American relations have faced tensions this year amid the trade war initiated by Trump. Under a decree signed by Mr. Trump last month, international goods that were previously exempt from U.S. tariffs—those valued under $800—will be subject to import duties starting August 29.

France will join many postal services across Europe on Monday in suspending shipments of many parcels to the United States amid uncertainty over the new import duties.

The two allies are divided over the future of United Nations peacekeeping forces in Lebanon. France has specifically objected to U.S. efforts to end the peacekeeping mission known as UNIFIL, with the UN Security Council scheduled to vote on this issue at the end of the month. France and the United States have also been divided over support for Ukraine in its war with Russia, but this division has lessened with Trump's announcement of support for security guarantees and his friendly meeting with Macron and other European leaders at the White House last week.

Charles Kushner, a real estate developer, is the father of President Trump's son-in-law, Jared Kushner, and was convicted in 2004, serving two years in prison before being released on August 25, 2006. At the end of his first presidential term, Trump granted him a pardon.

His son Jared is a former senior advisor to Trump in the White House and is married to his eldest daughter, Ivanka.

Palestinian Journalists' Syndicate: The new massacre by the occupation raises the number of martyrs in journalism to 244 in Gaza.

The Palestinian Journalists' Syndicate condemned, on Monday, August 25, 2025, what it described as a "horrific massacre and a new war crime" committed by the occupation army against Palestinian journalism, following the martyrdom of four journalists in a bombing that targeted the Nasser Medical Complex in Khan Younis, southern Gaza Strip.

The syndicate confirmed in an angry statement that this crime raises the total number of martyrs in journalism and media workers since the onset of the aggression to more than 244 martyrs, considering this as conclusive evidence of the occupation's deliberate targeting of the "free voice and the witnessing camera."

The syndicate mourned with deep sadness and pain the four journalists who fell "in cold blood while carrying out their professional and humanitarian mission" in covering the aggression. The martyrs are: Hossam Al-Masri, a photographer for Palestine TV and Reuters, Mohammed Salama, a photographer for Al Jazeera, Mariam Abu Daqa, a journalist who worked with Independent Arabia and the AP agency, and Muath Abu Taha, a journalist with the American NBC network.

The bombing also resulted in injuries to several other journalists, including photojournalist Hatem Omar (working with Reuters) and photographer Jamal Badah (Palestine Today satellite channel).

The syndicate emphasized that "this heinous crime represents a serious escalation in the direct and deliberate targeting of Palestinian journalists," confirming that the occupation is waging an open war on media to terrorize journalists and prevent them from exposing its crimes.

The syndicate held the Israeli occupation and its leaders fully responsible for this crime and demanded that they be held accountable in international courts as war criminals.

The Journalists' Syndicate issued an urgent appeal to the international community, the United Nations, and the International Federation of Journalists, calling for a shift from verbal condemnations to "taking practical and deterrent steps to stop the systematic killing machine against journalists in Gaza."

It affirmed that the continued international silence on these crimes is "unacceptable complicity and partnership in shedding the blood of the innocent," pledging to pursue all those involved in these crimes through international legal channels.

The death toll from the occupation's aggression on the Gaza Strip has risen to 62,744 martyrs and 158,259 injuries

Medical sources in the Gaza Strip announced today, Monday, that the death toll has risen to 62,744 since the start of the Israeli aggression on October 7, 2023. This tragic number reflects the significant impact of the aggression on civilians, as most of the martyrs are children and women.

The sources also reported that the number of injuries has risen to 158,259, reflecting the scale of the humanitarian disaster faced by the residents of the strip. There are still a number of victims under the rubble, as rescue and civil defense teams are struggling to reach them due to the ongoing aggression.

In the past 24 hours, 58 martyrs and 308 injured individuals have been recorded arriving at hospitals in the Gaza Strip, adding to the horrific numbers recorded since the beginning of the aggression. Since March 18, following the occupation's breach of the ceasefire agreement, the number of martyrs has reached 10,900 and 46,218 injured.

The sources clarified that the death toll from aid in the past 24 hours has reached 28 martyrs and 184 injured, raising the total number of martyrs from the struggle for livelihood to 2,123 and injuries to 15,615. These numbers reflect the tragic situation experienced by the residents of the strip.

Gaza Strip hospitals recorded 11 new deaths in the past 24 hours due to famine and malnutrition, including two children, raising the total number of deaths to 300, among them 117 children. These figures indicate the worsening humanitarian crisis in the besieged strip.

After the bombing of Nasser Hospital, the occupation army orders an investigation and expresses its "regret" over the injury of journalists.

In a step that comes after a wave of widespread condemnations, the occupying army announced that the Chief of Staff has instructed an immediate investigation into the attack that targeted the Nasser Medical Complex in Khan Younis. This attack resulted in the martyrdom and injury of several civilians, including journalists, which has sparked increasing international outrage.

In an official statement, the occupying army expressed its "regret for the injury of non-involved individuals, including journalists," which is a rare acknowledgment of the harm inflicted on civilians during military operations. This acknowledgment comes at a sensitive time as international criticism against targeting civilians is on the rise.

The official investigation into the targeting of the hospital comes after footage showed a direct attack on one of the buildings of the Nasser Medical Complex. This has sparked widespread criticism and calls for accountability for those responsible for violating the sanctity of medical facilities protected under international law.

The investigation, according to the statement from the occupying army, aims to clarify the circumstances of the incident and determine the conditions that led to civilian casualties. This step is part of an attempt to alleviate the increasing international pressures.

Observers believe that the statement from the occupying army, in which it expresses "regret," is an attempt to absorb the rising international anger towards the repeated targeting of hospitals, medical teams, and journalists in the Gaza Strip. These statements come at an extremely sensitive time.

Human rights and humanitarian organizations continue to document what they describe as "systematic crimes" against civilians and civilian infrastructure in the region. These organizations are calling for independent international investigation mechanisms to ensure that perpetrators of these crimes do not escape punishment.

Two Israeli researchers: The accusation of anti-Semitism is a "Iron Dome" against critics of the Gaza war.

In a joint article, Israeli researchers Shimon Stein and Moshe Zimmerman warned that the accusation of "anti-Semitism" has become a kind of "verbal iron dome" used by Israel to deflect any criticism directed at it, especially in the context of the ongoing war on the Gaza Strip.

The researchers noted that this verbal dome replaces objective discussion about Israel's behavior, allowing Israeli politicians and diplomats to avoid re-evaluating their policies or apologizing for them when necessary.

These statements come at a time when Israel is facing widespread criticism from the international community for what human rights organizations describe as genocide against Palestinians in the Gaza Strip, where Israeli airstrikes have resulted in the deaths of more than 62,000 Palestinians.

Stein and Zimmerman also pointed out that the increasing use of the accusations of anti-Semitism and the Holocaust harms the struggle against real anti-Semitism and undermines the memory of the Holocaust.

The researchers mentioned that this tactic is not limited to the Israeli government but also includes the public and the media, where it is frequently used whenever they face criticism.

The researchers considered that Israel's portrayal of itself as a representative of all Jews makes Jews around the world more vulnerable and turns them into hostages of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.

As the war continues, the Israeli claim that Palestinians started the war loses its strength, as the world recognizes that Israel contributes to prolonging the conflict.

In conclusion, Stein and Zimmerman called for a reconsideration of the use of these accusations, emphasizing that they do not serve Israeli interests but rather harm them.

The martyrdom of journalist Mariam Abu Daqa in the bombing of Nasser Medical Complex in Khan Younis

Journalist Mariam Abu Daqa was martyred on Monday morning as a result of the Israeli occupation's shelling of the Nasser Medical Complex in Khan Younis, southern Gaza Strip. The incident occurred while she was performing her professional duty in covering the events, reflecting the dangers faced by journalistic teams in conflict areas.

The shelling targeted the upper floor of the complex, which houses a large number of displaced individuals and patients, resulting in additional injuries among civilians. Initial information indicates that the shelling was direct, raising concerns about the targeting of medical facilities.

This incident comes amid the escalation of Israeli aggression against the Gaza Strip, where several journalists have been martyred while covering the events, highlighting the significant challenges faced by media professionals in conflict zones.

The martyrdom of Mariam Abu Daqa raises the number of journalists who have been martyred while covering the war on the Gaza Strip, reflecting the ongoing targeting of journalistic teams and medical centers by the occupation. This situation requires international action to protect journalists and ensure their safety.

Journalist Mariam Abu Daqa was known for her coverage of events in the Gaza Strip and earned the respect of her colleagues and the local community. Her martyrdom represents a significant loss for Palestinian media and reflects the challenges faced by journalists in fulfilling their duties.

The situation in the Gaza Strip continues to deteriorate, as residents suffer from the effects of ongoing aggression, necessitating urgent international support to protect civilians and medical facilities. There must be international pressure on the occupation to stop these violations.

11 deaths due to famine and malnutrition in the past 24 hours

Medical sources in the Gaza Strip announced the death of 11 citizens, including two children, due to famine and malnutrition, within the last 24 hours. These figures reflect the catastrophic situation that the residents of the strip are experiencing under harsh conditions.

According to medical sources, the total number of victims of famine and malnutrition has risen to 300 martyrs, including 117 children. These statistics reflect the extent of the suffering that children in Gaza are enduring, as many of them are suffering from severe malnutrition.

The humanitarian crisis in the Gaza Strip continues to worsen, amid the imposed siege and shortages of food and medical supplies. Since October 7, 2023, the occupying state has been waging a genocidal war, leading to an unprecedented deterioration of the humanitarian situation.

Since March 2, 2025, the occupying authorities have closed all crossings with the Gaza Strip, preventing the entry of most food and medical aid. This closure has led to the spread of famine within the strip, where residents are suffering from a severe shortage of basic materials.

In this context, the United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) warned that malnutrition among children under five has doubled between March and June, due to the ongoing siege. These warnings indicate the seriousness of the health situation for children in Gaza.

The World Health Organization also confirmed that malnutrition rates in Gaza have reached alarming levels, noting that the deliberate siege and delays in aid have caused many lives to be lost. The situation requires an urgent response from the international community to save the lives of children and women in the strip.

Twelve Palestinians killed in Israeli attacks on Gaza on Monday.

12 Palestinians, including children, have been martyred and others injured since dawn on Monday in Israeli attacks across various parts of the Gaza Strip, which has been facing a genocide perpetrated by the occupying state since October 7, 2023.

Medical sources and eyewitnesses reported that the occupation army bombed tents housing displaced persons, homes, and civilian gatherings, firing upon those waiting for humanitarian aid.

In the northern Gaza Strip, a father and his three children were killed, and others were injured or went missing in an Israeli bombing that targeted a populated house near Al-Karama Hospital in the northwest of Gaza City.

A girl was also killed, and several Palestinians were injured in an Israeli artillery strike that targeted homes around Abu Iskander Bakery in northern Gaza City.

In the Al-Rimal neighborhood in western Gaza City, several Palestinians were injured in an Israeli strike that targeted a tent housing displaced persons.

The occupation army carried out violent demolition operations using explosive robots on buildings in the Al-Zarqa area north of Gaza City, the Al-Zeitoun neighborhood south of the city, and Jabalia Al-Nazla in the northern Gaza Strip.

In the central Gaza Strip, 5 Palestinians, including a girl, were killed, and others were injured in an Israeli strike that targeted a group securing humanitarian aid near the Kessufim crossing east of the central governorate.

A Palestinian was also killed, and 6 others waiting for American aid were injured by Israeli gunfire near a distribution point on Salah al-Din Street south of the Wadi Gaza area.

In the southern Gaza Strip, a woman was killed, and 7 others were injured in an Israeli strike that targeted a tent housing displaced persons near Al-Matar Mosque in the Al-Mawasi area northwest of Rafah City.

With American support, the occupying state has been committing genocide in Gaza since October 7, 2023, including killing, starvation, destruction, and forced displacement, ignoring international calls and orders from the International Court of Justice.

The Israeli genocide has resulted in the martyrdom of 62,686 Palestinians, with 157,951 injured, most of whom are children and women, over 9,000 missing, hundreds of thousands displaced, and famine that has killed 289 Palestinians, including 115 children, as of Sunday.

The occupation's attacks are displacing more residents of Gaza City, and the aggression is escalating in Jabalia.

Tens of families continue to leave their neighborhoods in Gaza City and northern Gaza Strip towards the central and southern areas, due to the escalating Israeli attacks as part of what is called "Operation Gideon’s Chariots 2." Medical sources reported the martyrdom and injury of dozens of Palestinians in new massacres, while the number of martyrs has risen due to famine.

The Israeli occupation army has been carrying out concentrated bombing and destruction operations for about two weeks in the neighborhoods of Shuja'iyya, Zaitoun, and Sabra in the east and south of Gaza City, as well as in the Jabalia camp in northern Gaza Strip. According to the Israeli army, the 401st Brigade has returned to combat in Jabalia, seeking to target Hamas's capabilities and destroy military infrastructure above and below ground.

Earlier, the Israeli Broadcasting Authority reported from a security source that the occupation of Gaza City will begin after completing the encirclement operation, which will last for about two months. This statement raises significant fears among the city's residents who are suffering from displacement and repeated assaults.

Sources in Gaza Strip hospitals reported the martyrdom of 11 Palestinians due to the fire of the occupation army in several areas of the Strip since dawn today, including 6 waiting for aid. Al-Awda Hospital announced that it received the bodies of 3 martyrs and 8 injured as a result of the targeting of the occupation forces at an aid distribution point in central Gaza Strip.

A source at the Baptist hospital reported the martyrdom of a Palestinian woman in an Israeli bombing of the Zaitoun neighborhood in Gaza City, while the ambulance and emergency service announced the martyrdom of one person and the injury of others waiting for aid due to the fire of the occupation army near an aid point north of Rafah City.

The city of Khan Younis in the southern Strip was subjected to Israeli airstrikes and gunfire from helicopters this morning, increasing tensions in the area. Medical sources had reported the martyrdom of 58 Palestinians, including 16 waiting for aid, in the Israeli massacres on Saturday.

The Israeli Prime Minister, wanted by the International Criminal Court on charges of committing war crimes, approved last Thursday a plan to occupy Gaza City that includes calling up tens of thousands of soldiers, despite the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) agreeing to the mediators' proposal for a ceasefire.

Many countries and human rights and humanitarian organizations condemned the Israeli army's operations, warning of a new bloody escalation and widespread displacement of the residents of Gaza City. The Government Media Office in Gaza Strip condemned in a statement the repeated plans and threats of the occupation army to invade the city.

At the same time, famine in Gaza Strip has led to more martyrs, as the Director of the Ministry of Health, Dr. Munir Al-Borsh, stated that 8 Palestinians have been martyred in the past 24 hours, including a child. Thus, the number of martyrs due to starvation since the beginning of the war has risen to 289, including 115 children.

Since October 2023, the occupying state - with American support - has been waging a genocidal war against the residents of Gaza Strip, including killing, starvation, destruction, and forced displacement, ignoring international calls to stop the war and the orders of the International Court of Justice in this regard. The genocide has resulted in more than 62,000 martyrs and 157,000 injured.
