Israel identifies the bodies of 3 soldiers received from "Hamas"

The Israeli army announced on Monday that it had identified the bodies of three military captives received on Sunday evening from Hamas through the International Committee of the Red Cross.

The bodies belong to Captain Omer Maxim Nautra, Sergeant First Class Oz Daniel, and Colonel Asaf Hamami, who is the highest-ranking officer captured by Hamas's military wing, the Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Brigades.

The army stated in a press release: "Army representatives informed the families of the kidnapped Colonel Asaf Hamami, Captain Omer Maxim Nautra, and Sergeant First Class Oz Daniel, that the remains of their sons have been returned to the country for burial."

It added that this step was taken after the completion of the identification process by the National Institute of Forensic Medicine, in cooperation with the police.

It clarified that "Colonel Asaf Hamami was the commander of the Southern Brigade in the Gaza Division and was killed while fighting in Kibbutz (settlement) Nirim on the morning of October 7, 2023."

On that day, Hamas attacked military bases and settlements surrounding Gaza, killing and capturing Israelis in response to "the daily crimes of the Israeli occupation for decades against the Palestinian people and their sanctities, especially Al-Aqsa Mosque," according to the movement.

The army added that "Captain Omer Maxim Nautra immigrated to Israel from the United States as a lone soldier under the 'Gar'in Tzabar' program and served as a commander of a platoon in the 77th Battalion of the Sa'ar Brigade."

It continued that he "was killed in the settlements surrounding Gaza on the morning of October 7, 2023."

"As for Sergeant First Class Oz Daniel, he served as a soldier in the 77th Battalion of the Sa'ar Hagalil Brigade and was also killed on the morning of October 7, 2023," according to the army.

The delivery of these bodies was part of the first phase of a ceasefire agreement between Hamas and Israel that began on October 10, according to a plan by U.S. President Donald Trump, whose country supported the Israeli genocide in Gaza.

With the delivery of the three bodies, Hamas has released twenty living Israeli captives and the remains of 18 out of 28 captives, most of whom are Israelis, while Tel Aviv previously claimed that one of the received bodies did not match any of its captives.

Israel conditions the start of negotiations to launch the second phase of the agreement on receiving the remaining bodies of the captives, while the movement asserts that it takes time to retrieve them due to the massive destruction in Gaza.

In contrast, there are 9,500 missing Palestinians killed by the Israeli army, and their bodies remain under the rubble of the destruction caused by the Israeli genocide, according to the government media office in Gaza.

Additionally, more than 10,000 Palestinian prisoners, including children and women, are held in Israeli prisons, suffering from torture, starvation, and medical neglect, with many having died, according to Palestinian and Israeli human rights and media reports.

The ceasefire agreement halted an Israeli genocide against Gaza that resulted in 68,865 Palestinian deaths and 170,670 injuries, most of whom are children and women, with the United Nations estimating the reconstruction cost at around $70 billion.

West Bank.. Two Palestinians killed by Israeli army and settler gunfire.

Two Palestinians were killed on Monday by Israeli army fire and an extremist settler in the occupied West Bank. The Palestinian Ministry of Health stated in a statement that the boy, Jamil Atef Hanani (17 years old), was martyred after succumbing to critical injuries he sustained from occupation fire on Sunday evening in the town of Beit Furik, east of Nablus.

Late on Sunday evening, the Palestinian Red Crescent Society stated in a statement that its teams transported a young man with a very serious gunshot wound to the chest to the hospital, noting that attempts were made to resuscitate him. It mentioned that the young man was injured in the town of Beit Furik during clashes with the occupation forces.

For its part, the Palestinian news agency reported early Monday that the young man Ahmad Rabhi Al-Atrash was killed after being shot in the head by a settler directly at the northern entrance of Hebron city. The Palestinian Red Crescent Society had previously reported that Israeli forces prevented its teams from reaching the injured person.

Al-Qarara is a town in the Gaza Strip that was leveled to the ground

One of the agricultural towns in Khan Younis city in the southern Gaza Strip, it came under Israeli occupation following the June 1967 war, and was surrounded by occupation forces with a series of settlements and military sites until they withdrew from it in 2005.

During the "Iron Swords" aggression launched by the Israeli occupation on the Gaza Strip in October 2023, the town experienced one of the most violent waves of destruction, as the occupation displaced its residents and committed several massacres against them, in addition to destroying their homes and properties and razing vast areas of their agricultural lands and trees.

The town witnessed repeated clashes and battles between the occupation forces and fighters from Palestinian resistance factions, resulting in the deaths and injuries of several Israeli soldiers and officers.

The location of Al-Qarara town is north of Khan Younis city in the southern Gaza Strip, and it is one of the most historically known towns in the city, bordered to the northwest by the city of Deir al-Balah, and to the southeast by the towns of Bani Suheila and Abasan al-Jadida, while the Mediterranean Sea coast forms its western border, and the Green Line borders it to the east and northeast.

The town is approximately 86 meters above sea level, making it the highest location in the Gaza Strip. Salah al-Din Street divides it into two halves.

The area of Al-Qarara town is estimated to be about 11,777 dunams (one dunam equals one thousand square meters).

Al-Qarara town features a Mediterranean desert climate, similar to the other towns in Khan Younis city, and serves as a western window to the Negev Desert, making it significantly affected by desert currents at various times of the year.

In winter, cold and dry eastern and southeastern winds blow over the town, while in summer, the winds are characterized as dry northeastern.

The population of Al-Qarara town is estimated to be around 35,000, according to the Central Bureau of Statistics estimates for 2024.

The town is home to a number of well-known Palestinian families in the region, including the Samiri, Mahna, Abu al-Fita, Shahada, Fayyad, Abu Hajjaj, Al-Zar Khshan, Abu Halib, Abu Eid, Al-Amawi, Abu Sabt, Al-Abadla, Abu Lahya, and Al-Agha families.

Al-Qarara was named after the fertility of its soil, as the word means stable and firm land, and it also refers to a low garden and a round basin where rainwater collects.

Its residents are referred to as Al-Qarari. The town is also known as "Hill 86," due to its height of 86 meters above sea level, making it the highest area in the Gaza Strip; thus, during the Egyptian administration of the Gaza Strip, the Egyptian army made the area its headquarters.

Agricultural activity forms the backbone of the local economy in Al-Qarara, thanks to the fertility of its agricultural lands.

The town is home to a variety of crops, including citrus fruits, vegetables, almonds, grapes, palm trees, pomegranates, and olives.

The location overlooking the Mediterranean Sea has also led some residents to pursue fishing as a profession.

Animal production is also one of the important economic sources, as the town's residents raise rabbits, sheep, goats, chickens, and birds to meet local market needs.

The history of Al-Qarara town dates back to ancient times, as it was known in the past as "Samiri al-Sab'."

Its history goes back to the Roman era in Palestine in 63 BC, then it came under Byzantine rule in 324 AD, before the Islamic conquest in the seventh century AD.

The town played a prominent role in resisting the occupiers, as its residents participated in resisting the British Mandate authorities between 1917 and 1948.

It gained strategic and military importance during the Nakba of 1948, as its people confronted Zionist gangs that attempted to control Salah al-Din Road, which divides the town in half.

During the June 1967 setback, Israel occupied the entire town and surrounded it with settlements, including Gush Katif and several military sites.

The residents suffered tragic conditions, especially with the presence of the "Kissufim" military site, which served as an incursion gate for the occupation towards the towns east of Khan Younis and the central governorate.

The first village council for Al-Qarara was established in 1983

How does the occupation exploit the ceasefire to renew its target bank in Gaza?

The occupation's drones have not left the skies of the Gaza Strip, continuing to carry out intelligence missions aimed at renewing its military target bank, despite the ceasefire agreement coming into effect on October 10th.

The Israeli occupation is taking advantage of the relative calm in the Gaza Strip as an opportunity to gather more information about Palestinian resistance elements, and then fabricate justifications to target them, similar to the focused airstrikes that the army repeated twice last month.

The Palestinian resistance security agencies have warned against the occupation forces exploiting the daily routine and security laxity among some resistance members to infiltrate their ranks, gather information, and target individual weaknesses.

A responsible security source in Gaza revealed that the occupation forces exploit periods of apparent calm to reorganize their intelligence capabilities and gather information to update their target bank.

The responsible source explained in his remarks that this exploitation includes intensifying monitoring operations, using the latest technological tools in the world, especially those related to drones, artificial intelligence, and satellites.

The security source confirmed that the goal is clear: "To turn temporary calm into an opportunity to redraw the target map and attempt to undermine the resistance's ability to endure later."

He pointed out that the occupation relies on a mix of intelligence, technical, and procedural means to exploit periods of calm, including: increasing general surveillance.

The agencies are also working to enhance the protection of various institutions, ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information, and punish anyone who collaborates with the occupation in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

He called on "anyone who dares to conspire with the occupation to immediately retract and commit to national and legal responsibility."

In this context, security researcher Rami Abu Zubeida believes that the patterns of fieldwork for hostile intelligence consist of blending technical capabilities with human networks operating in the field.

Red Crescent: The occupation prevents the rescue of a young man who was martyred by settler gunfire in Hebron

The Palestinian Red Crescent announced this morning, Monday, that Israeli occupation forces prevented its medical teams from providing aid to a Palestinian who was shot in the head in the city of Hebron.

Sources from the Red Crescent reported that the teams attempted to reach the injured young man in the "Ras al-Jura" area at the northern entrance of Hebron, but the soldiers present at the scene forced the teams to leave, preventing any urgent medical assistance from being provided.

Later, field sources confirmed the martyrdom of the young man due to his injuries, and that the occupation allowed his family to identify his body in preparation for burial procedures.

According to sources, a settler fired the fatal shot at the young man at the northern entrance of Hebron, in an incident that sparked widespread anger and sadness among the city's residents.

This incident is part of a series of ongoing assaults carried out by settlers in the West Bank, at a time when the Israeli army faces criticism for not taking effective measures to protect civilians.

The local community in Hebron continues to express its concern over the escalating tension, demanding an end to the assaults and protection for the lives of the residents, while the family of the martyr makes burial arrangements amidst deep sorrow.

Trump talks about the Gaza agreement.. This is what he said regarding Hamas's weapons.

U.S. President Donald Trump stated that the ceasefire agreement in the Gaza Strip "is not fragile but very solid." He claimed in press statements that he "will force Hamas to disarm very quickly," and that he may take action to enable that.

Trump also stated that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu "has not been treated well," and that he will intervene to help him because he is facing "great injustice."

Last week, Trump said that the ceasefire agreement is not in danger. He added, "The U.S.-backed ceasefire is not in danger, and nothing will threaten the ceasefire in Gaza."

He continued, saying: "They killed an Israeli soldier, and therefore the Israelis responded, and they had to respond. When that happens, they must respond."

The U.S. President also renewed his threat to Hamas by saying: "If we have to, we will remove Hamas from the equation, and that will be the end of it. We prefer not to do that, because we made an agreement with them that they are supposed to behave well in, and they must behave well. If they do not behave well, they will disappear."

The Turkish city of Istanbul is preparing on Monday to host a high-level ministerial meeting at the invitation of Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan, with the participation of the foreign ministers of Qatar, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Jordan, Pakistan, and Indonesia, aimed at discussing ways to solidify the ceasefire in the Gaza Strip and discussing the necessary measures to address the escalating humanitarian crisis there.

The Anadolu Agency quoted a source in the Turkish Foreign Ministry as saying that Fidan will call during the meeting for urgent arrangements to ensure the security of the Palestinians and enable them to manage the affairs of the Gaza Strip, emphasizing the importance of coordinating efforts among Islamic countries to transform the ceasefire into lasting peace.

The source added that the Turkish minister will affirm that Israel is fabricating excuses to end the truce, calling on the international community to take a firm stance regarding the violations and provocative Israeli actions, noting that the humanitarian aid entering Gaza is "insufficient," and that Israel has not adhered to its commitments regarding it.

It is worth mentioning that the ceasefire agreement, which came into effect weeks ago through U.S. mediation, ended a two-year war between Israel and the Gaza Strip, which Ankara described as "genocide," resulting in the martyrdom of more than 68,000 Palestinians and injuring about 170,000 others, in addition to the destruction of about 90% of the civilian infrastructure in the strip, with losses exceeding $70 billion.

The Lebanese Army raises its state of alert in the south in response to Israeli movements.

The Lebanese army mobilized its forces on Sunday in the town of 'Mays al-Jabal' in the Marjeyoun district of southern Lebanon, following movements by the Israeli army near the border.

The Lebanese media agency reported that 'the Israeli army mobilized its forces inside the occupied territories opposite the Kroum al-Marrah neighborhood east of Mays al-Jabal, prompting the Lebanese army to mobilize and deploy its vehicles and soldiers in the area for some time, until the Israeli army withdrew.'

These developments come days after Lebanese President Joseph Aoun issued orders for the first time last Thursday for the army to confront any Israeli military incursion into the liberated Lebanese territories in the south of the country, according to a presidential statement.

The directives followed an Israeli force's incursion into southern Lebanon that resulted in the killing of an employee inside the municipal building of Blida, in an aggression described as 'unprecedented' since the ceasefire agreement with Israel.

In recent weeks, tensions have escalated in southern Lebanon, where the Israeli army has intensified its near-daily airstrikes inside Lebanese territory despite the ceasefire agreement.

The Israeli Broadcasting Authority stated that Tel Aviv is considering escalating its military operations in Lebanon, claiming it is responding to 'Hezbollah's' efforts to enhance its capabilities.

The agreement ended an aggression initiated by Israel against Lebanon in October 2023, which escalated into a full-scale war in September 2024, resulting in the deaths of more than 4,000 people and injuries to about 17,000 others.

Israel has violated the agreement, which came into effect in November 2024, more than 4,500 times, resulting in hundreds of deaths and injuries.

Despite the agreement, Israel continues to occupy five Lebanese hills in the south that it seized during the last war, in addition to other Lebanese areas it has occupied for decades.

An intriguing book about "The Fall of the Gaza Brigade" in the occupation army during the attack on October

A book titled "The Fall of the Gaza Brigade" by Israeli author Ilan Kfir sheds light on intriguing details regarding the attack carried out by the Al-Qassam Brigades and Palestinian resistance factions on military sites surrounding the Gaza Strip on October 7, 2023.

The book, translated by Hebrew journalism specialist Moamen Muqaddad, states that "the concept always carries a negative connotation; the concept led to the significant intelligence failure on October 6, 1973, and no one believed, exactly fifty years and one day later, that the same concept would lead to an even greater failure on October 7, 2023. This failure will be recorded in history as one of the gravest national disasters that Israel has ever known."

Brigadier General (Res.) Matan Sgaf, who served in military intelligence, says: "I did not expect to see a scene like this again; it seemed as if fate was repeating itself – just as in the surprise attack of 1973, no one believed that something like this could happen on October 7, 2023, neither the government, nor my family, nor I. The great disaster was that the concept defeated us once again."

According to the book, "in the Yom Kippur War, there was a failure in intelligence agencies, and now there is also a failure in the army, the government, and even at the political level."

It points out that "the concept that prevailed within the General Staff, within the political leadership, and sometimes even among the soldiers themselves – made everyone act with excessive confidence, and all of this ended in a terrible collapse."

It continues: "Thus, the scenario of the previous war was repeated, but in a different way; the new concept developed over the past few years, when Israel believed that thanks to strong deterrence and an advanced defense system – especially the 'economy of calm' strategy – it could control Gaza."

It added: "But Hamas exploited the calm and prepared leisurely for the day of the attack," noting that "since the Guardian of the Walls operation in May 2021, when Hamas launched thousands of rockets towards Israel, Yahya Sinwar had already demonstrated the new pattern of confrontation."

It clarified that "by the end of the war, Sinwar became the Palestinian symbol of victory over Israel, while the Israeli army was still preparing plans for a large military operation, the political leadership was only seeking calm, not political dialogue or achieving real deterrence."

It mentioned that Sinwar exploited this impression of deterrence and built upon it a comprehensive strategic attack plan, adding that "if the attack had not been carried out, this concept might have been considered a security success, but the Saturday that changed the face of Gaza and Israel forever revealed that the chosen path, the path of containment instead of confrontation, paved the way for the great disaster since the 'Protective Edge' war in 2014: a surprise attack, wide-ranging, and more coordinated than ever."

The book states that "until 06:30 on October 7, 2023, that cursed Saturday, the black Saturday, the sirens sounded this time longer than ever before, and the barrage of mortars and rockets was unprecedentedly intense," according to the author's expression.

It continued: "It was not just a sprinkle, nor was it a major bombardment opening another round of fighting in the south; it was a real rocket flood, marking a massive arsenal of fire and steel at the same moment across the entire western area," adding that "thousands of mortars and long-range rockets sounded alarms everywhere, from the south to the center, while the 'Iron Dome' struggled to cope with the volume of the rocket deluge."

It noted that "hundreds of thousands rushed to shelters. In the border settlements, in the bases, and in army camps in the south, and even in the Gush Dan area, about 80 kilometers north of there."

It continued: "No one imagined that in those very minutes, a human wave would join the wave coming from the sky, thousands of armed Hamas members quickly approaching the barrier that separates the border from the eastern neighborhoods of Gaza, on trucks and motorcycles, shouting 'Allahu Akbar' and determined to reach the targets assigned to them in the final briefing, just before launching into battle."

The book also states: "Whoever coined the expression (Lech La'aza) did not mean anything good; it was a curse, there is no more cursed spot than the narrow strip that no one in the world wants, neither it nor its millions of inhabitants, even President Sadat, who demanded the full return of Sinai, preferred at the Camp David

Gaza Between Netanyahu and Trump

In the Gaza Strip, Netanyahu cannot be accepted to turn the ceasefire into a half-war; to continue bombing civilians and practicing assassination, which disrupts, and must disrupt, the first phase agreement of Trump's project, which has turned into something resembling an international agreement, especially after it was solidified at the Sharm El Sheikh conference, which Trump wanted to be internationally endorsed.

Netanyahu would not have accepted a ceasefire or signed the agreement at all, were it not for the decisive pressure exerted on him by Trump and his aides. However, he quickly began to search for an excuse, even if it involved extracting a few bodies from under the rubble, or related to the deteriorating situation in Gaza, days after the ceasefire.

Here lies the contradiction between Trump's post-agreement and its consolidation directions, and Netanyahu's true intentions to turn the ceasefire into a half-war, or a half-ceasefire, which, if it becomes a reality, will practically disrupt Trump's continuation in implementing the ceasefire and moving forward to achieve the other goals of his project.

This necessitates reading the project with its apparent and hidden objectives, summarized as Trump's drive for a tight hegemony over the Arab and Islamic countries, or what can be called the new Middle East, and even beyond that to other Islamic countries as well.

This "end" of Trump's project, if not disrupted by Netanyahu, is considered a disaster for Arab national security, and for all those who will be drawn into the "Abrahamic project," and the tight Arab and Islamic normalization with the Zionist entity.

And in this, of course, lies a supreme interest for the Zionist entity in the future, but how can Netanyahu comprehend that; because he is living in the present moment where Trump is asking him to submit to the ceasefire and accept what the second phase negotiations of his project will lead to.

The explanation for this goes back to Netanyahu's isolation, his feeling of defeat in the first phase agreement of the project, and the fear that the ceasefire will prevent him from imposing his vision for the next phase in Gaza, as well as at the regional level.

Netanyahu and his allies resorted to sabotaging the ceasefire and imposing their policies on Trump by raising the slogan "Israel is an independent state." This slogan means not yielding to Trump, failing his project, and even failing what has been achieved from it; because it is impossible for Gaza to turn into a state of half-war, where war is better than that.

Here, Trump faces the necessity, if he does not want his project to fail, to threaten, and even implement, the cessation of military aid, which forces Netanyahu to kneel.

However, this is a decision that is not easy for Trump to make, due to his Zionism and his fear for Netanyahu and the Zionist entity.

Thus, Trump faces a dilemma, between the decision to threaten to stop military aid to succeed his project, on one hand, and the risk of implementing this decision, which gives Gaza the opportunity not to allow Netanyahu to impose a state of half-war.

It should be added that the balance of power is not in Netanyahu's favor, especially in returning to war, and facing global opposition again, as well as confusing Trump's relations, Arab and Islamic, in passing his project when it becomes Netanyahu's project.

Al-Qassam intends to hand over the bodies of 3 Israeli prisoners this evening.

The Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas, announced this evening, Sunday, its intention to hand over the bodies of 3 Israeli prisoners found inside one of the tunnels south of the Gaza Strip, as part of a prisoner exchange deal.

The brigades stated in a statement that they "will hand over the bodies of three occupation prisoners that were found this afternoon in the path of one of the tunnels south of the sector, at eight o'clock in Gaza time (17:00 UTC)."

This development comes days after the movement handed over the remains of 3 other Israelis, who were later found not to be among the prisoners missing in the sector, according to Israeli media reports.

In this context, the Israeli Broadcasting Authority reported from security sources that teams from the International Red Cross and members of Hamas conducted two field rounds today in areas under the control of the Israeli army inside Gaza, in Khan Younis to the south and the Shuja'iyya neighborhood to the north, searching for the remains of Israeli prisoners, with official approval from the political level in Tel Aviv.

The authority indicated that Israel is preparing to receive the bodies of deceased captives this evening, considering that Hamas's behavior "does not constitute a violation of the existing agreement regarding the exchange of prisoners."

The Israeli occupation army currently controls what is known as the "yellow line," which extends over about half of the area of the Gaza Strip, from its north to the outskirts of Rafah in the south.

Since the ceasefire agreement came into effect last October, Hamas has handed over 20 living Israeli prisoners and the remains of 19 others, while the movement asserts that retrieving the remaining bodies "takes time due to the extensive destruction caused by the war."

According to the government media office in Gaza, around 9,500 Palestinians are still missing under the rubble of the destruction left by the Israeli war that lasted two years and resulted in the deaths of more than 68,000 people, most of whom were women and children, and injured about 170,000, while more than 90% of the civilian infrastructure in the sector was destroyed.

Israeli General: Hamas Returns in Gaza Stronger Than Ever for This Reason

An Israeli general confirmed that the actions of Benjamin Netanyahu's government throughout the war on the Gaza Strip have been characterized by a lack of a clear strategy, which may enable Hamas to return strongly to the scene.

General Yisrael Ziv, the former commander of the Gaza Division in the occupation army, explained that "the major problem that has plagued Tel Aviv throughout the war is the absence of a strategy, and the continuation until now without prior planning, but rather proceeding according to partisan considerations that contradict Israel's security and national needs."

Ziv continued in an article published by Channel 12 and translated by "Arabi21," stating that "what is happening now in Gaza is the same as what happened on all fronts of the war," indicating that "no war front has ended with a studied and planned policy, and everything was decided and imposed by the Americans over the heads of the Israelis."

He warned that the absence of a strategy will enable Hamas to return stronger than ever, all due to the failed policies of Netanyahu's government, referring to the instances where Washington abandoned Tel Aviv due to the continuation of attacks for long periods and their expansion on multiple fronts.

He mentioned that regarding the Gaza Strip, Netanyahu did not intend to end the war that Trump abruptly halted, adding that "there was no planning for the day after the war, despite its continuation for two years, although the greatest achievement is the return of all living prisoners and some bodies."

He continued: "The rational voice has consistently said throughout the war that prisoners will only return through negotiation, not through fighting, and the result is that Hamas remained without leverage, and therefore it is in a hurry to rebuild its authority and bargaining power."

He confirmed that "it is not important what can be said about a ceasefire agreement, in the end, we are facing Hamas, the armed organization that grows stronger with each passing day, and the chances of achieving the substance of the agreement to separate Gaza from the movement are diminishing, but what it has been doing since the signing is a strategy to shape a new reality represented in a war of attrition within imposed arrangements, because it knows well that the Americans will not let the agreement evaporate, as it is a very important achievement for them."

He clarified that "Hamas now knows that Israeli hands are tied behind their backs, and it is free to continue its provocations, while Tel Aviv has found itself in a political trap, even though Netanyahu would be happy to return to war, as it is comfortable for him and excites his base eager to return to the complete victory promised within the framework of the eternal war, and he is not concerned with the success of the agreement, and will continue to say 'no' to the future forces that will enter Gaza, although this discussion in a month or two will not matter, as Hamas will be strong enough that there will be no volunteer force willing and able to enter Gaza.

The number of martyrs among the prisoner movement has risen to 81 since the beginning of the genocide war: a prisoner from Jenin has been martyred inside the occupation's

The General Authority for Civil Affairs informed both the Palestinian Prisoners' Club and the Prisoners' Affairs Authority of the martyrdom of prisoner Muhammad Hussein Muhammad Ghawadra (63 years old) from Jenin.

The occupation had arrested martyr Ghawadra on 6/8/2024, and he remained detained since then in "Janout" prison (formerly Nafha and Ramon). He is the father of administrative detainee Sami Ghawadra and the father of released prisoner Shadi Ghawadra, who was deported to Egypt as part of the exchange deal that took place at the beginning of this year.

The Authority and the Prisoners' Club confirmed that the martyrdom of prisoner Muhammad Ghawadra occurs amidst the ongoing systematic incitement led by the occupation authorities, represented by the fascist minister "Itamar Ben Gvir," who seeks to enact a law to execute prisoners and boasts of his crimes against them, while Palestinian prisoners are subjected to one of the most severe forms of comprehensive and ongoing extermination war inside Israeli prisons.

The crime of killing martyr Ghawadra adds to the series of compounded crimes perpetrated by the occupation system against prisoners, aimed at slowly killing them and destroying them psychologically and physically.

The two institutions pointed out that after the ceasefire agreement, the occupation prison administration intensified its crimes and violations, as the testimonies and statements of released prisoners provided compelling evidence of the compounded torture crimes and field executions inside the prisons, which was clearly reflected in the bodies of the martyrs that were handed over as part of the agreement.

With the martyrdom of detainee Muhammad Ghawadra, the number of martyrs from the prisoner movement since the beginning of the extermination war rises to (81) martyrs whose identities have been identified, amidst the ongoing crime of enforced disappearance affecting dozens of detainees.

This phase in the history of the prisoner movement is the bloodiest since 1967, as the number of martyrs whose identities have been known since 1967 until today is (318) martyrs, according to documented data from prisoner institutions.

The number of prisoners whose bodies are being held by the occupation before and after the war has also risen to (89) bodies, of which (78) are after the war.

The two institutions emphasized that the accelerating pace of martyrdom among prisoners and detainees in this unprecedented manner confirms that the Israeli prison system is continuing to implement a policy of slow killing, as hardly a month passes without a new martyr rising from the ranks of prisoners.

With the continuation of daily crimes inside the prisons, the number of martyrs is likely to rise, amidst the detention of thousands of prisoners in conditions lacking the most basic elements of life, exposing them to systematic violations including: torture, starvation, physical and sexual assaults, medical crimes, and the spread of infectious diseases, foremost among them scabies, which has returned to spread among them, in addition to unprecedented deprivation and looting policies in their severity and level.

The two institutions added that the field executions that have targeted dozens of detainees confirm the criminal nature of the occupation system, as the images of the bodies of prisoners whose bodies were handed over after the ceasefire serve as conclusive evidence of the extent of the crimes committed against them in the field.

The Prisoners' Affairs Authority and the Prisoners' Club held the occupation authorities fully responsible for the martyrdom of detainee Muhammad Ghawadra, and renewed their call to the international human rights system to take effective measures to hold the leaders of the occupation accountable for the war crimes committed against prisoners and the Palestinian people.

They also demanded the imposition of clear international sanctions that isolate the occupation, restore the international human rights system to its fundamental role for which it was established, and end the horrific state of paralysis it has suffered during the extermination war, in addition to ending the state of immunity that "Israel" still enjoys due to the support of international powers that treat it as an entity above the law and accountability.

Israeli Analyst: Gaza Launches a New Phase in Relations Between Washington and Tel Aviv

Israeli researcher and former officer Michael Milshtein stated in an article published by Yedioth Ahronoth on Sunday that the United States has become a present party in the field regarding the Gaza Strip, as it intervenes in military and political decisions and dictates to Israel the limits of its movements.

He added that the United States is now exercising unprecedented influence in shaping the Israeli and Palestinian reality, especially in Gaza, and that it is no longer just a 'traffic cop' issuing orders from afar.

Milshtein wrote that what is happening today represents a new phase in the relations between Washington and Tel Aviv, fundamentally different from previous decades that witnessed American directives or situational pressures, as it is now transforming into direct field management that includes civil affairs in the Gaza Strip, with a gradual intention to replace Israeli control with an international American administration, first in humanitarian matters and then perhaps in security.

Milshtein noted that Israeli history is 'saturated with American interventions,' but he points out that 'the current intervention is not top-down directives, but rather internal participation,' as Washington established the Civil-Military Coordination Center in Kiryat Gat to serve as an operations room managing the Gaza file.

He observed that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's government contributed to reaching this reality by 'clinging to many illusions, the most prominent of which is the refusal to discuss the day after the war, relying on military power as if it were a strategic compass, in addition to the mistaken belief that President Donald Trump's administration would always stand by it no matter what happened.'

He explained that this mentality peaked when Netanyahu militarily attacked Qatar, which Milshtein described as 'a strategic mistake that led to ending the war under American duress,' as Washington feared the collapse of Israeli control on the ground, thus imposing a ceasefire, while Qatar emerged with more influence in the regional arena.

The writer points out that prominent figures in the American administration, such as Trump, his Vice President J.D. Vance, his envoy Steve Witkoff, and his advisor Jared Kushner, have explicitly stated in their recent remarks that Washington forced Israel to stop the war, and that any military or diplomatic move in Gaza requires prior approval from the United States.

Milshtein expressed his opinion that it is better for Israel 'to face reality as it is' rather than repeating misleading narratives that beautify the facts.

He wrote, 'Israel is not an American protectorate, but its scope of movement has become significantly limited, and the United States is the one that sets the pace in Gaza.'

He also stated that the current ceasefire is fragile, but it will remain in place as long as Trump wants it to, suggesting that this may lead to a new settlement that includes establishing an alternative Palestinian administration to the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas), and a partial disarmament of the movement, while it remains in the scene in a manner similar to Hezbollah in Lebanon, that is, with limited political presence and unofficial field influence.

From his perspective, Israel should set realistic and achievable goals, which are to ensure the return of all prisoners and missing persons, maintain the freedom to act against any threat in Gaza according to the Lebanese model, establish an effective monitoring mechanism for distributing humanitarian aid, and prevent reconstruction materials from reaching Hamas.

Milshtein also emphasizes the necessity of having an American oversight system on the Philadelphia axis and the Rafah crossing to prevent the arrival of weapons to the sector.

Milshtein concluded his article with a clear warning that 'insisting on the hope of returning to a comprehensive war or reoccupying the sector prevents the government from understanding the dramatic changes taking place. The possible achievements today are not ideal, but they are better than scenarios of attrition or chaos.'

He noted that dogmatism and disdain for relations with the world, as seen during the war, not only harmed Israel's image but also hindered the achievement of its goals.

He concluded that 'recognizing the reality of American influence does not weaken Israel, but rather gives it the opportunity to reshape its relations with Washington on new rational bases instead of being beholden to illusions.'

Senator Graham warns against the Israeli move to annex the West Bank: "Its harm is greater than any Iranian bomb."

U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham is one of the most prominent veteran politicians in the United States, and he is very close to President Donald Trump, as well as to Israeli officials, and of course to the Prime Minister of the occupation, Benjamin Netanyahu.

A report by Maariv stated that Graham "seizes every opportunity available to show his support for Israel, especially since the war began on October 7, 2023."

The newspaper added, "As you may recall, after Swedish climate activist Greta Thunberg launched a new fleet towards Gaza, following her previous attempt that failed when her ship was attacked in international waters near Malta, Senator Graham posted a scathing message on X (formerly Twitter): I hope Greta and her friends can swim."

Graham said in an interview with the Jerusalem Post: "There is no alternative. The one-state solution will either end Israel's existence as a Jewish state or leave millions without rights, which the world will not accept."

He added, "So, you put Gaza in the hands of Arabs who do not want to kill all the Jews - Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and others. They rebuild Gaza. They change the educational system so that it does not glorify killing Jews."

Graham harshly criticized what are considered far-right parties in "Israel," especially those that have already announced unilateral annexation of territories, saying: "This will cause greater harm to Israel's future than any bomb that Iran could manufacture."

The occupation establishes a colonial outpost on the lands of the town of Anata, north of occupied Jerusalem.

Israeli occupation forces established a new colonial outpost today, Sunday, on the lands of citizens in the town of Anata, north of occupied Jerusalem.

Local sources reported that the occupation forces, accompanied by a bulldozer, stormed the town and began leveling vast areas of land, setting up caravans, tents, and mobile rooms, while soldiers raised the flag of the alleged temple at the site.

Three days ago, Israeli occupation authorities seized 5 dunams and 856 meters of citizens' land in the town of Anata through a "military order" under the name of "orders of seizure," aimed at creating a colonial road linking the settlement of "Nofei Prat" to Route 437.

The order is dated March 18, 2025, and is valid until December 31, 2027, granting citizens a one-week window to file objections.

Database records indicate that since the beginning of 2025, the occupation authorities have issued a total of 54 "military orders" for the purpose of seizing Palestinian lands.

"Gaza Health" announces that the toll of the Israeli occupation's aggression has risen to 68,865 dead.

The Palestinian Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip announced today, Sunday, the daily statistical report on the number of martyrs and injuries due to the ongoing Israeli aggression on the strip.

The ministry reported that hospitals in the Gaza Strip received 7 martyrs and 6 various injuries in the past 24 hours.

The ministry clarified that the seven martyrs are distributed as follows: (3 new martyrs, 3 martyrs retrieved from under the rubble, and 1 martyr who succumbed to previous injuries).

"Health in Gaza" confirmed that "there are still a number of victims under the rubble and in the streets," as rescue and civil defense teams are unable to reach them until now.

Thus, the total toll of the Israeli aggression since October 7, 2023, has risen to: 68,865 martyrs and 170,670 injuries.

In a separate statistic, the ministry indicated that the recorded numbers since the ceasefire came into effect (on October 11, 2025) have reached: total martyrs: 236, total injuries: 600, and total retrieval (of martyrs): 502.

Why is it impossible to retrieve the bodies of Israeli prisoners despite the ceasefire in Gaza?

More than three weeks after the ceasefire agreement in the Gaza Strip came into effect, rescue and civil defense teams are still searching for the bodies of the missing under the rubble, including the Israeli prisoners who were killed by the occupation's airstrikes throughout the two years of war.

The occupation government justifies the delay in delivering the remains of the Israeli prisoners or claims to deliver bodies that do not belong to them, according to what the agreement stipulates based on the plan of U.S. President Donald Trump, to violate the ceasefire with airstrikes that often kill and injure dozens of Palestinians, or to prevent the entry of aid trucks.

The Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) has repeatedly confirmed its commitment to delivering the bodies of the Israeli prisoners and closing this file, but logistical challenges and the reality of the sector after the war pose obstacles to retrieving, identifying, and delivering the bodies to Israel.

So far, Hamas has returned the bodies of 17 out of 28 Israeli detainees. The bodies of 10 Israelis captured during the attack on October 7, 2023, remain in the Gaza Strip, in addition to the body of a soldier killed during the war in 2014.

The most obvious reason for the difficulties in retrieving the bodies of the Israeli prisoners is the unprecedented level of destruction caused by the Israeli genocide since October 7, 2023.

According to a report from the United Nations Development Program released last month, the amount of rubble in Gaza is estimated at more than 61 million tons, following the destruction of thousands of buildings, homes, and civil infrastructure.

The United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs confirmed that thousands of bodies remain under the rubble in the Gaza Strip, including those of the Israeli prisoners, whom Hamas warned could have been killed during the two years of war due to the continuous airstrikes of the occupation.

The civil defense is forced, amid this massive destruction, to search slowly for the bodies due to the need to dig tunnels through layers of rubble, in a process that may take hours to locate the bodies.

However, the difficulty in searching for the bodies is not only related to having to dig through layers of rubble but also to the severe shortage of heavy machinery and the fuel needed to operate them, amid the occupation's failure to allow the entry of the necessary machinery or aid trucks and goods as stipulated in the agreement, which is 600 trucks daily.

Moreover, the occupation's fire has destroyed most of the bulldozers and excavators, and what remains has gone out of service due to a lack of maintenance and mechanical parts, and the equipment that Israel has allowed to enter since the ceasefire began on October 10 has not met the field needs.

On the personnel level, hundreds of rescue team members have been martyred or injured during the war, which has reduced the human resources needed to manage precise and complex operations such as retrieving bodies from deep layers of rubble.

In addition to the rubble and the lack of equipment, civil defense teams are forced to work in an environment filled with unexploded ordnance.

Data from the United Nations and field estimates from relief organizations indicate that the quantity of unexploded ordnance in the Gaza Strip exceeds 7,000 tons, making any attempt to clear rubble or dig under destroyed buildings fraught with danger.

Sources quoted by Israeli newspapers suggested that some of the bodies of the detainees are buried in unsafe areas that require engineering surveys before rescue teams can enter, or the removal of ordnance to prevent explosions during the search.

The absence of DNA analysis capabilities is also one of the main obstacles to identifying the remains in Gaza, whether they belong to Palestinian martyrs or Israeli prisoners.

There are no specialized laboratories in the sector capable of conducting accurate tests on human samples, and Israel does not allow the entry of the materials needed for these tests.

Thus, the lack of laboratory infrastructure becomes a decisive factor in the slow process of delivering the bodies of the Israeli prisoners, as remains may be delivered only to later find out that they do not belong to detainees.

Additionally, the current division of the Gaza Strip according to the first phase of the U.S. president's plan makes it difficult for Hamas and rescue teams to search for the bodies of the prisoners in the area known as "the yellow line," where occupation forces are still present, although Israel has allowed some teams to enter beyond the line to search for the remains.

Hamas has also announced that it does not know the burial locations of all the Israeli prisoners, as some officials responsible for that information were martyred during the war.

Israel has refused the entry of a Turkish relief team that

Two Israeli writers: Despite depicting the settlers' brutal attack on Afaf, no one was arrested.

Dozens of settlers attacked Palestinians while they were picking olives, smashed their cars, and assaulted a 53-year-old woman, causing her to suffer a brain hemorrhage. The commander of the West Bank police promised to arrest the assailant, but so far, nothing has happened.

This was reported in a piece prepared by Israeli writers Gideon Levy and Alex Levak, who added that the woman, named Iffaf Abu Aliya, received a strong blow to her head that caused her to bleed from the brain, fall to the ground, and lose consciousness.

The report states that the perpetrators attacked a foreign volunteer who came to protect the woman and her family. As for Iffaf, the story did not end there, as the settlers continued to beat her while she lay on the ground, kicking and slapping her.

At the age of their grandmothers, Iffaf Abu Aliya (53 years old) - a Palestinian mother of five and grandmother of nine grandchildren - could also be the same age as the grandmothers of those who assaulted her, as they nearly killed her with their deadly blows.

Iffaf was wearing a traditional embroidered black dress, and her only apparent crime was joining her family in their orchard to pick olives.

Younger pickers in a nearby orchard rushed to carry her while she lay on the ground moaning, half-conscious, with her head bleeding.

The report clarified that a video showing these atrocities was widely circulated on social media, and unusually, excerpts from it were broadcast on Israeli television.

The police chief pledged, and Israeli Channel 12 News reported, according to the report, that the commander of the Israeli police district "Shai," Major General Moshe Ben-Shemesh, wrote in an internal WhatsApp group for the police that he "could not sleep" because of the footage.

He stated that "this brutal assailant, who strikes elderly women and harms them in this way, will be arrested and held accountable," and today, the writers say, nearly two weeks have passed since the incident that occurred in the village of Turmus Ayya in the West Bank northeast of Ramallah, and nothing has happened.

Strangely, Levy and Levak comment, the investigation is still ongoing, and the police have begun to accuse the victim Iffaf, whom the police spokesperson refers to as "the Palestinian woman," because she did not appear to testify at the police station.

The police implicitly suggest that the continued impunity of the assailant is due to her absence.

Another assault occurred on the same day when Ayman, Iffaf's brother-in-law, went to the orchard accompanied by his brothers' wives, Iffaf and Watfa, and his 32-year-old nephew Salah, Iffaf's son.

About half an hour into their work, they were suddenly attacked by between 10 to 15 masked settlers, armed with pistols and sticks with metal heads, coming from a nearby hill.

The first assailants began smashing Ayman's old car, breaking its windows and puncturing its tires, at which point Ayman shouted for help from the other families.

A group of locals arrived and evacuated the women, causing the settlers to retreat under a hail of stones from some young Palestinians.

The report mentioned that the settlers had established a point about half a year ago on the outskirts of this very orchard, which overlooks the villages.

When the settlers withdrew, Ayman and two other men from Turmus Ayya tried to move his car from the site, but due to the punctured tires, they could only move it about 200 meters.

Meanwhile, forces from the Israeli army arrived in their vehicles, and about 15 soldiers got out and detained Ayman for nearly 40 minutes, warning him that he was not allowed to stay there without giving him any reasons.

The soldiers left, but then a large number of masked and armed settlers appeared, whom Ayman estimated to number around 50, and they began attacking him while he was taking shelter in his partially damaged car.

They tried to force open the door; they began to beat him, but he managed to jump out of the car and escape.

The report attributed to Muhammad Ramana, a field researcher at B'Tselem (the Israeli Information Center for Human Rights in the Occupied Territories), stated that the settlers set fire to Ayman's car and two other cars belonging to olive pickers that day.

Later, a Palestinian ambulance transported Iffaf, accompanied by Ayman, to a hospital in Ramallah, and the doctors informed the family that Iffaf might be

Three weeks of "nervous truce": Statistics on the widespread violations of the occupation

The Israeli occupation continues to commit widespread violations of the ceasefire agreement in the Gaza Strip, despite more than three weeks having passed since its implementation. These include serious field and humanitarian violations, ranging from shelling, incursions, and arrests.

The Israeli killing operations have not ceased; since October 10, 2025, 250 Palestinians have been martyred by the occupation's fire, with civilians making up 91 percent of them. This includes: 97 children, who represent 39 percent of the total martyrs, 39 women (15.5 percent), 10 elderly individuals (4 percent), and 80 civilian men (32 percent), in addition to 24 resistance fighters (9.5 percent).

Regarding the withdrawal line, field violations have been recorded at distances ranging from 400 to 1500 meters inside the yellow areas, with the occupation establishing observation posts covering an area of about 35 square kilometers, in addition to placing concrete blocks outside the yellow line at distances ranging from 400 to 1050 meters.

On the humanitarian front, the occupation has not adhered to the terms for the entry of aid, as only 9-10 percent of the agreed fuel trucks have entered. Only about 50 trucks have actually entered out of the 99 trucks per day stipulated in the agreement, according to Hamas.

Since the ceasefire, the rates of direct targeting of civilians in the "yellow line" areas and adjacent regions have increased. The total number of martyrs is estimated, according to detailed tables, at 250 martyrs distributed across several governorates, most notably Khan Younis, Gaza, and the Middle Area, with targeting concentrated in the areas of Al-Zawayda, Al-Shuja'iyya, and Bani Suheila.

Data shows that most martyrs died as a result of rocket fire and airstrikes, followed by cases of gunfire from "quadcopter" drones, and then direct live ammunition from the invading forces in the eastern sector.

In terms of age distribution, the list included martyrs from various categories, with a high percentage of children under the age of 12, in addition to women and the elderly.

Entire families have been observed to have perished in a single bombing, particularly in the Al-Zeitoun neighborhood and Al-Awda Hospital in Al-Nuseirat, where more than ten cases of a single family were recorded during one day of airstrikes.

Incidents of shelling without warning occurred repeatedly in more than twenty incidents during the days between October 14 and 21, 2025, which witnessed the highest rate of martyrs.

The injured: The occupation's violations have resulted in more than 574 Palestinians being injured, the vast majority of whom are civilians. More than a third of the injured are children, and nearly a quarter are women, along with a number of elderly individuals.

Injuries were distributed among the governorates of Gaza, Khan Younis, the north, and the Middle Area, with a noticeable increase in the number of wounded in the areas of Al-Shuja'iyya, Al-Zeitoun, Jabalia, and Abasan.

The causes of injuries varied between air and artillery bombardment, direct gunfire, and targeting by drones.

Government data from the Gaza Strip indicated that injuries ranged from serious to moderate and mild, with serious injuries recorded at over 20 percent of the total, while others were injured by shrapnel and sustained permanent physical damage.

A number of injuries were recorded among medical and ambulance crews while they were working to transport the wounded, reflecting a systematic targeting of the health sector during the ceasefire period.

The prisoners: Data showed that the occupation carried out a series of organized arrests during the period from October 15 to 30, 2025, which included at least 20 detainees in the areas east of Rafah, the Gaza Sea, and the Khan Younis Sea.

Most of the arrests were concentrated in the yellow areas under the occupation's control, especially during fishing activities and work near the sea or the eastern border.

Data shows that almost all detainees are civilians, and most were arrested while fishing or after limited field incursions, in clear violation of the agreement that guarantees freedom of movement for civilians.

Mass arrests were repeated in eastern Rafah on October 15, where eight civilians were detained in a single incident, in addition to seven fishermen who were arrested in two subsequent batches in the Khan Younis and Gaza seas.

Daily assaults: Data documented about 177 separate incidents that occurred during the period from October 10 to 31, 2025, with a daily average ranging

Does Trump oppose the annexation of the West Bank or just its timing?

After the Knesset approved the preliminary reading of the law to annex the occupied West Bank, official American statements were issued confirming a rejection of this, with an implication that the United States would not allow it. However, a deeper reading suggests that this may not necessarily be accurate.

Since its occupation in 1967, the U.S. has rejected this, while the occupation seeks to impose its actual control over the occupied West Bank and increase settlement activity in what was known as "silent annexation."

Since 2017, Finance Minister and military settlement official Bezalel Smotrich has inherited this legacy, calling for it to be transformed into full political and legal annexation, within what he termed the "decisive moment."

West Bank.. The Israeli army arrests 15 Palestinians in a series of raids.

The Israeli army arrested 15 Palestinians at dawn on Sunday in a campaign of incursions that targeted various areas in the occupied West Bank.

In the north, Israeli forces stormed the city of Qalqilya and arrested: Bara'a, Luay, Ibrahim Dawood, Ihab Al-Harisi, and Majd Labda, after raiding and searching their homes.

They also stormed the town of Kafr Ra'i south of Jenin and arrested 4 Palestinian youths following a field investigation conducted in the town.

In the Rafidia area, the Israeli army arrested young man Musab Talal Abu Salha and young man Abdul Rahim Saleh Saad in the old Askar camp.

In the southern West Bank, the Israeli army arrested two young men from the city of Bethlehem and three other youths from the town of Beit Ummar north of Hebron.

This comes as part of a wide Israeli escalation in the West Bank by the army and settlers during the years of genocide in the Gaza Strip.

Israeli settlers storm a Palestinian school in the West Bank and destroy its contents.

Israeli settlers stormed a Palestinian school in northeastern Tubas in the occupied West Bank on the night of Saturday/Sunday, destroying its contents and looting property from it.

Mutaz Bisharat, the official in charge of the settlement resistance file at the Palestinian Wall and Settlement Resistance Commission, stated that Israeli settlers invaded the "Challenge" school in Khirbat Ibziq last night and destroyed its contents.

Bisharat added that the settlers stole solar energy systems and water tanks from the school.

For his part, the Director of Education in Tubas, Azmi Blawna, said that the settlers raided the school, removed its doors, vandalized its contents, and burned the Palestinian flag.

Blawna explained that the Israeli settlers stole student records, electrical systems, refrigerators, and some water tanks.

He pointed out that "the assault is an attempt to empty the area of Palestinian presence and erase the educational process in this region."

In recent weeks, the small school, which has 25 students, five teachers, and a principal, has faced similar attacks by Israeli settlers, creating a state of tension and fear among the students.

According to data from the Wall and Settlement Resistance Commission, Israeli settlers have carried out more than 7,000 attacks against Palestinians and their property in the West Bank during the two years of the Israeli genocide in the Gaza Strip, resulting in the deaths of 33 Palestinians and the displacement of 33 Bedouin communities.

Meanwhile, the Israeli army and settlers killed 1,063 Palestinians in the West Bank and injured about 10,000 others, in addition to arresting more than 20,000 people, including 1,600 children, during the two years of genocide in Gaza.
