The occupation establishes a colonial outpost on the lands of the town of Anata, north of occupied Jerusalem.

Israeli occupation forces established a new colonial outpost today, Sunday, on the lands of citizens in the town of Anata, north of occupied Jerusalem.

Local sources reported that the occupation forces, accompanied by a bulldozer, stormed the town and began leveling vast areas of land, setting up caravans, tents, and mobile rooms, while soldiers raised the flag of the alleged temple at the site.

Three days ago, Israeli occupation authorities seized 5 dunams and 856 meters of citizens' land in the town of Anata through a "military order" under the name of "orders of seizure," aimed at creating a colonial road linking the settlement of "Nofei Prat" to Route 437.

The order is dated March 18, 2025, and is valid until December 31, 2027, granting citizens a one-week window to file objections.

Database records indicate that since the beginning of 2025, the occupation authorities have issued a total of 54 "military orders" for the purpose of seizing Palestinian lands.
