والانتفاض الفلسطيني في أواخر 1987 الذي استمر نحو 5 سنوات جاءت الخسائر الفلسطينية البشرية اضعاف الخسائر الإسرائيلية ( 1300 مقابل 160 ) كما تشير التقديرات ومع ذلك كانت المبادرة في ايدي الفلسطينيين واحرزوا ما احرزوا من نتائج . والعقل الاستشراقي للمستعمر لم يفهم الخصائص الفلسطينية فقطع رابين زيارته لأمريكا وصرح ( سوف انهي الاضطرابات الفلسطينية ) اذ لم يكن تعبير انتفاضة دارجاً في العقل الأمني الاحتلالي ، فلجأ لكسر الايدي واطلاق النار وفرض نظام منع التجول فتحولت جنازة كل شهيد لتحشد شعبي وزيتا يصب على نار الانتفاضة ، ومنع التجول فرصة للتزاور الاجتماعي وفنون التسلية والطعام الجماعي … وهل ثمة فارق ان دارت ” عجلة الاقتصاد” ثلاثة أيام او خمسة أيام أسبوعيا ؟ كلا ذلك ان العجلة بطيئة ويغلب عليها الاقتصاد الطبيعي والبضاعي الصغير ، اما العنوان السياسي ” الحرية والاستقلال ” فله أولوية لا يضاهيها أولوية حتى لدى اغلبية النخب ” البرجوازية “.
لقد ابدع البروفيسور ادوارد سعيد في كتابه ” الاستشراق ” وحجر الزاوية ان الشمال الاستعماري يسقط رؤيته على شعوب الجنوب التي خضعت للكولونيالية ، خلافا لما هي عليه ، وهذا ادلجة عالم النفس فرويد الذي رأى في الجنوب( متوحش ، همجي ، عنيف ، كسول ، ذكوري ونساءه جواري ) وكذا نظريات التبعية في عصر ما بعد الاستعمار ( الامبريالية ) بان الجنوب عاجز بنيويا عن التنمية وليس امامه سوى الاصغاء لنصائح الخبراء الغربيين وقروض البنك الدولي وصندوق النقد !
غير ان الصين ونسبيا الهند والبرازيل وفيتنام وقطاعات لا يستهان بها في كوبا نهضت ، وكان يمكن ان تستمر صيرورة النهوض في سوريا والعراق لولا المخططات التدميرية الخارجية ، وهذا حال مصر عبد الناصر التي أنجزت اصلاحا زراعيا ووثبة في حقل التعليم والثقافة وبناء طبقة وسطى ودرجة من قاعدة صناعية وارادة قومية متحدية للهيمنة … ويمكن سحب ذلك على فنزويلا اليوم . اما ايران فهي تمضي على كل الصعد رغم جراحها وتكالب المؤامرات لقطع سياقها …
كان مآل الاستعمار ، اجمالا ، اما الهزيمة النكراء كما حصل في مختلف القارات او الاندماج خصوصا ( جنوب افريقيا وأمريكا اللاتينية ) او إبادة معظم الشعب الأصلاني سيما في أمريكا الشمالية وأستراليا .
وفي فلسطين لم يكن ثمة اكثر من 1.15 مليون فلسطيني /ه في عام التطهير العرقي 1948، والشعب اليوم 13.7 مليون ( جهاز الإحصاء المركزي ) اكثر من نصفه من اللاجئين الذين اقتلعوا من ديارهم ومنازلهم ، وهو ينتشر في محيط عربي صديق، مهما بلغ عسف الأنظمة أحيانا ، وفي اربع جنبات الدنيا . وسواء كانت فلسطين قضية العرب الأولى او غير ذلك ، فالفلسطيني ليس وحيدا وهناك قوى تحررية وأنظمة قومية تحررية سنيده له ، وهي مستهدفة من نفس اعدائه ، وهذا جعل شعوب وبعض حكومات الإقليم وفي المقدمة الجمهورية الإسلامية في ايران وقوى وازنة في الباكستان وتركيا وسواهما تقترب من هذا المنظور إضافة لقوى وتيارات شعبية وحكومات تقدمية في ارجاء العالم بما في ذلك تيار شبابي يهودي خصوصا في أمريكا وبؤر داخل المجتمع الإسرائيلي أي ان الفلسطيني غير محاط بمياه الأطلسي والهادي لتسهل ابادته ، فهو محاط ببحر من البشر والسياسات وعنوانه الأبرز حاليا محور المقاومة .

المواجهة الكبرى التي استمرت 11 يوما
ليست الأولى ولن تكون اخر المعارك ، فالشعب لم يستسلم منذ ان تصدى وافشل مشروع الحكم الذاتي الذي اقترحته بريطانيا عام 1922، مروراً بانتفاضة البراق 1927 عرجا على تحركات 1933 وثورة 1936 التي استمرت ثلاثة أعوام والتصدي لمشروع التوطين في سيناء بعيد سنوات من النكبة .. اما المحطة الأعظم فهي مسيرة الثورة المعاصرة بما تخللها من نضالات ومعارك اكثرها قسوة حرب أيلول 1970 وحرب 1982 التي استخدمت فيها غالبية الترسانه العسكريه الاسرائيليه البرية والبحرية والجوية ( انظروا كتاب العسكرية الفلسطينية . مازن عز الدين)
وانتفاضة أواخر 1987 ومواجهات واجتياح 2000 وصولا الى أربعة حروب شنت على غزة 2008 و 2012 و2014 والمحطة العليا ايار 2021 التي لم يجف دمها بعد …والتي تزامنت مع تحرير الجنوب اللبناني منذ عقدين.
لئن كتب مفكر فرنسي ( ان لدى العرب عبقرية التاريخ فلم يندثروا رغم ما تعرضوا له في القرون الخمسة الأخيرة ) فما رأيه بشعب محدود العدد والعدة والجغرافيا ويواجه ( الحليف الاستراتيجي ) ريغن و( الخندق الامامي للمشروع الغربي ) هرتزل المدجج بالتكنولوجيا واخر قفزات الثورة التقنية بل ( لقد اكتشفت انني احارب أمريكا ) عبد الناصر
فأن يتبخر الشعب الفلسطيني مجرد وهم وان يرفع الراية البيضاء مجرد تمنيات منفصلة عن حقائق الحياة ( وانه مجرد قبائل متناحرة ، انتظروا مما سيفعلون ببعضهم ) شارون . لا يوجد الكثير من الرصيد لها ، وانكم (لا اكثر من قطيع ينقاد وراء قيادته وقد وقعنا معها ) احد ضباط التحقيق ولكن غالبية القوى والقيادات رفضت ” مبادئ أوسلو ” وفي لحظة قال الكل الفلسطيني (لا لصفقة القرن وضم القدس ، بل ومن القدس تدحرجت هبة امتدت في عموم الوطن .
في استطلاع عام 1988 ايد 97% م. ت. ف ، وبالنظر لما أصابها وأصبحت عليه خياراتها بعد أوسلو تراجع تأييدها الى 50-60% ولم يكن ثمة حماس وجهاد قبل عقود اما في هذه الاثناء فهما بوزن فصائل م. ت. ف حسب غيراستطلاع في السنوات الأخيرة . فالخارطة السياسية تتجدد في المنعطفات الكبرى.
هزيمة حزيران عام 1967 وولادة الفصائلية الفدائية ، والانتفاضة الكبرى في أواخر الثمانينات ومرحلة أوسلو وولادة وصعود الإسلام السياسي المقاوم .
ومواجهة 2011 سيكون لها اسقاطات عديدة بما فيها على الخارطة السياسية الفلسطينية وحجوم القوى .
اذكر انني كتبت مقالة في الشهر الماضي عنوانها (خلافا لما يزعمه اليائسون والمحبطون ) استغرب احدهم منطق المقالة ( كل السياقات تفضي الى عكس ما كتبت ) حسب رايه . واشتعلت وثبة أيار جوابا . فالتاريخ كما يراه مهدي عامل في شرحة لابن خلدون ( يتشكل تحت السطح ويتمظهر فوق السطح )
اللوحة دائما مركبة ومتناقضة ، لا اسود فقط ولا ابيض فقط، وهناك أيضا الوان أخرى ، وهذا هو الحال دائما ، وقد ينمو اللون الأبيض او الأسود ، فهما في حالة تناقضية لخصها هيجل أ+ب في وحدة وتناقض في الماهية وهذه بدورها في حالة تناقضية مع الماهية النقيضة خارجها . وهذه اكبر حقيقة في الكون ، تناقض الأشياء وترابطها .
الى غزة و48 والضفة الفلسطينية والشتات وتميزت بقدرتها على تجنيد فاعليات شعبية في عواصم وبلدات كثيرة عربية واجنبية .
كان الفلسطيني يفخر بانتفاضة الحجارة والزجاجات الحارقة والتحشدات كما بالكاتيوشا من جنوب لبنان واللباس المرقط والدوريات الفدائية …. اما هذه المرة فللصاروخ كانت الكلمة العليا، الاف الصواريخ التي ذهبت لمسافات بعيدة واصابت العمق والمركز ونقاط استراتيجية مسنوداً بنهوض شعبي عارم . وبذلك توحدت الساحات الفلسطينية وسقطت الديناميات التفكيكية لأوسلو والاختزالية للخارطة والحقوق والديمغرافيا وعاد الفكر السياسي الى المربع الأول .
كما سقطت مقولة ( اذا ذهبت للحرب مع العرب تسلح بالورود ) وسقط معها ( يمكننا التطبيع مع العرب دون الفلسطينيين ) و( اين هو الشعب الفلسطيني ) و( نستغرب ان تلقوا الحجارة علينا بينما نؤمن لكم عملا ودخلا ) و( ان العربي يخضع للقوة ) و( ليس لديكم قضية تحاربون من اجلها ) و( انتم تستعذبون ان نكون اسياداً عليكم ) و( اننا نعاملكم افضل مما يعاملكم العرب ) وبذلك انتقل الفلسطيني من بكائية المظلوم الى إرادة القول والفعل المسنودان بالحق والحقوق والساعي للحرية والعدالة والارتقاء الى مستوى السياسة ( انها الصراع القومي والطبقي) لينين . وليس مجرد النواح ومعاتبة الزمن . وبذلك ترجم عمليا كلمات درويش التي غنتها الفنانة الاستثنائية ماجدة الرومي ( ان سقطت قربك فالتقطني واضرب عدوك بي ، فانت الان حر وحر) . وعادت فلسطين الى المشهد العالمي وتوهجت كعروس في ليلة زفافها ، حتى ان الكثير من أصحاب الرأي في العالم لم يفهموا لماذا يقصف جيش فتاك بأسلحة نووية الأبراج والاحياء المدنية الفلسطينية ويطلق الرصاص على تظاهرات سلمية .
والفلسطيني الذي نخرته الفئوية والانقسامات والعشائرية واخترقت صفوفه اليأسية والتذرير واللهم النفسي واللهاث وراء المكسب الشخصي انما حمل بندقيته ووضع روحه على كفه .
انه التراكيم والترابط ، هناك من راكم على امتداد سنوات وهناك من رفض الخيبات ، وهناك أجيال لم تختبرها الازمات ، كلهم صنعوا سمفونية الصمود والانتصار . هذا ما تلهج به الألسن فانتعشت المعنويات وطافت الاحتفالات في كل مكان .
منذ الطفولة سمعنا ان الثورة هي فعل المستحيل ، وهكذا كان ، سواء اعتبرنا النصر إرادة سماوية او إرادة إنسانية او كلاهما معا .
التحولات تفضي لحل جذري او محرقة تشعل النار في السهل كله

فخاخ في الطريق
ترددت كلمات الدكتور حبش غير مرة ( يوحدنا القتال وتفرقنا التسويات ) فماذا ينتظر فلسطين في مقبلات الشهور بغية احتواء وافراغ الانتصار وتبديد حصاد الوثبة الوطنية ؟
أولا : لن تكتفي حكومة تل ابيب بالقول والتصميم على القول ( انها انتصرت) وخطاب نتنياهو نموذج على ذلك، ليس بهدف معنوي فقط بل وابعد من ذلك لهدف سياسي . فهي لن تتراجع عن اقتحامات الأقصى ولن تلغي مخطط اقتلاع عوائل من الشيخ جراح وبطن الهوى في سلوان ولن تتراجع عن التوسع الاستيطاني الاستعماري وتشديد إجراءات البطش ضد الفلسطينيين سواء في القدس او الضفة او 48 الى درجة ان يهدد وزير الجيش غانتس قادة حماس والجهاد وهو يعلم ما قاد اليه اغتيال الجعبري وأبو العطا ..
أما ان ترتفع أصوات إعلامية وسياسية إسرائيلية تنتقد الأداء العسكري والسياسي فهي لا تنطلق من موقع الاعتراف بالوجع الفلسطيني بل طلبا لمزيد من الوجع ، الا لماما كالتظاهرة ضد اقتلاع عوائل الشيخ جراح وهذا التطرف ربما ينطوي جزئيا على مقولة نابليون ( الهزيمة يتيمة والنصر له مئة اب)
وسواء عاد نتنياهو لرئاسة الحكومة او افلح لبيد في تشكيل الحكومة فكلاهما سوف يسعيان لإعادة الاعتبار لقوة الردع الاسرائيلية التي تاكلت.
وثمة مأزق هنا ، فسلاح الجو لا يحسم معركة كما يقول الخبراء ، واجتياح جنوب لبنان اخفق، وثمة تردد باجتياح قطاع غزة او مساحات منه بالنظر الى الثمن المتوقع … وعليه يبقى السؤال مفتوحا .
ثانيا : ان تبادر الإدارة الامريكية بمسعى تسووي جديد عنوانه ( تحشيد جهد ) مدعوم من عواصم عربية واجنبية ( لاستئناف المفاوضات الفلسطينية – الإسرائيلية ) المقطوعة منذ سنين ، وهي لا تطمح لحل ( صراع عمره مئة عام ) بل انجاز ( خطوات ) في ( طريق حل الدولتين ) دون ان تلتزم بإلغاء قرار ضم القدس الشرقية او نقل السفارة الامريكية او موقف حازم ( لوقف الاستيطان ) او الإعلان الصريح عن الحدود المتخيلة ( للدولة الفلسطينية )
وهذا يكفل لها في حال تساوق فريق فلسطيني وازن شق الوحدة الفلسطينية التي لولاها لما حصدت ما حصدت جولة أيار، وبالتالي عزل فلسطيني 48 عن شعبهم وبث الخذلان في صفوفهم كما نتج عن اتفاق أوسلو الذي تجاهلهم وأول الرقص حنجلة اذ اعتقلت السلطات الإسرائيلية حتى اللحظة اكثر من 2000 على خلفية مشاركتهم في مناشطات تكرس هويتهم وتؤكد انتماءهم الوطني .
ثالثا : محاولة استدراج حماس من قبل أوروبا لقاء حزمة من المغريات كرفع اسمها من قائمة الإرهاب وإعادة اعمار غزة وفتات من هنا وهناك ، كل ذلك لثلم نصلها وابعادها عن محور المقاومة . وهذا من المستبعد ان ينجح في ظل قيادتها الحالية التي تعمدت في السجون وعديد من رموزها اكتووا بشهادة أبنائهم وزوجاتهم … وبوابات طهران المفتوحة لهم وعلى الاغلب ان تفتح بوابات دمشق أيضا .
إلام تقود سياسة التصعيد الإسرائيلية ؟
بات جليا ان محاصرة غزة وتجويعها لم يمنعا تعظيم وتطوير إمكانات فصائل المقاومة ـ فأين كانت هذه الفصائل وأين أصبحت بون شاسع بما في ذلك وحدة الأداة والأداء والقرار والمبادرة وتفادي المشهدية والكثير من الاخلالات . ومحاولة فرض ” صفقة القرن ” دفعت القيادات الفلسطينية الأشد براغماتية واعتدالا للتمرد وقول لا . وفي قلاع الاسر كلما تشددت مصلحة السجون دفعت الاسرى للإضراب عن الطعام وإعلان العصيان فهم حاليا ستة الاف من اصل مليون خبروا تجربة السجن والاعتقال ولهم الكثير من الثقل.
ليس محط نقاش تفوق الترسانة العسكرية الإسرائيلية ، فهي اقوى بما لا يقاس من حزب الله وفصائل غزة وبوسعها ان شاءت اطلاق مئات الطائرات لقتل مئات الاف المدنيين خلال ساعة . ولكن ماذا تربح من ذلك ؟ فالتفوق لا ينتصر دائما . والانسحاب الإسرائيلي من الجنوب اللبناني دون قيد او شرط عام 2000 وحرب 2006 وايار 2021، ومن قبل هزيمة أمريكا في فيتنام وأفغانستان والعراق نماذج ، ويمكن استدعاء كلمات كسينجر ( اذا اندلعت حربا بين طرفين فاذا لم ينتصر الأقوى فهو مهزوم ) فما بالكم لو اتحدت الجبهة اللبنانية والجبهة الفلسطينية في حرب واحدة ؟!
ومربط الفرس ليس هذا بل في التحولات العالمية والإقليمية ، وما يهمنا في هذا المكان هو ما اصبح عليه محور المقاومة الذي يضم دولا وحركات وإمكانات سمحت له بمنع سقوط الحلقة اليمنية او تقسيم سوريا وسقوطها التي كانت متراس القتال ضد مؤامره دوليه وإرهاب عالمي، ومن قبل اصطف وراء حزب الله وانشأ قوة حاسمة في العراق .ودعم فلسطين. بالمال والسلاح. وهو يعلن صراحة ( لقد انتصرت وسوف اعيد ترتيب الإقليم ) بما في ذلك ( طرد الوجود الأمريكي من غرب اسيا )
أمريكا ليست قدراً لا راد له ، وان كانت القوة الأولى على غير صعيد ومستوى ، فنفوذها العالمي والإقليمي في عد تنازلي وكان للازمة الاقتصادية 2008 وجائحة كورونا وصعود التنين الصيني ونجاحات الدبلوماسية الروسية … وعدم انصياع الإرادة القومية لإملاءاتها في غير قارة وبلد اثرها الدراماتيكي والتاريخي .
الإقليم مرجل يغلي ، وما لم يعثر على مقاربات جديدة تطفئ جذوة الصراعات فهو ذاهب لحروب طاحنة تطير فيها عروش وتندثر دول وفلسطين مربع لا يمكن القفز عنه فهي بوابة مربحة لمن يعبرها ويطوي صفحة التراجيديا الفلسطينية التي طالت واستطالت .
و قد اقترحت م. ت . ف في سنواتها الأولى إقامة دولة ديموقراطية في عموم فلسطين دون تمييز ديني ، وأضافت فصائل اليسار او قومي وعرقي وجنسوي .
وايران اليوم ، ومنذ الرئيس الأسبق خاتمي ، تقترح ( اجراء استفتاء عام لكافة المواطنين ) .
فماذا لدى العقل القيادي الإسرائيلي ؟ فالعجرفة وانكار حقوق الاخرين لا يقودان الا الى محرقة ، والاستفراد بالفلسطيني او رشوته ببعض البقع دون سيادة او كرامة تقادم عليهما الزمن .

Ramallah - "Jerusalem" dot com - The occupation prison administration transferred, on Monday evening, the prisoner Nael Al-Barghouti (65 years) and his nephew, Assem Al-Barghouti (35 years), from Eshel Prison to Nafha Prison.

The Captive Club pointed out that the prisoner, Nael Al-Barghouti, recently entered his 43rd year in the occupation prisons, of which he spent 34 years continuously, and was liberated in 2011 as part of the “Loyalty of the Free” deal. However, the occupation re-arrested him as part of a massive campaign of arrests in 2014, and he is sentenced. Life imprisonment and 18 years.

The prisoner, Assem Al-Barghouti, has been detained since 2019 and has been sentenced to life imprisonment 4 times. He is a former prisoner who spent 11 years in the occupation prisons, and he is the brother of the martyr Saleh Al-Barghouti, who was elevated in late 2018.

A young American of Lebanese origin, according to American sources, stabbed the novelist, Salman Rushdie, during a press conference at a public publicity party for the writer in New York.

Salman Rushdie was taken to the hospital for intensive treatment, possibly losing an eye.

It is likely that the twenty-three-year-old who stabbed him did this by a personal decision and under the influence of the incitement to which the writer was subjected from various Islamic currents, the most prominent of which was the fatwa of Ayatollah Khomeini, who shed his blood three decades ago, and announced a reward of three million dollars for whoever kills him.

However, this fatwa had been canceled, and Rushdie had denied that he had intended in his book Satanic Verses the personality of the Messenger Muhammad (PBUH).

The novel does not have an Arabic translation, so I tried to read it in Hebrew years ago, but I could not, as it is very boring. The discussion here is about the principle of freedom of expression and creativity!

First, any creative work must avoid touching the feelings of the masses belonging to any faith, and in my opinion, the creator can communicate his idea, whatever its dimensions, without hurting the feelings and beliefs of others.

Freedom of expression does not mean indifference to the feelings of millions of people, and whoever decides to be blatantly provoked is like someone who strips off his clothes in the public street under the pretext of personal freedom.

In my humble opinion, Salman Rushdie miscalculated in the way his novel The Satanic Verses was formulated, and even in its provocative title, and it seems to me that he took this risk into account, and the favor of fame outweighed him! But he certainly did not expect death fatwas issued by a leader of millions like Ayatollah Khomeini.

Is the creator supposed to take these caveats into account?

I believe that there are writers and thinkers much greater than Salman Rushdie, who discussed beliefs, including Islam, the crucifixion of Christ, the Jewish Torah, and others, in a deeper way, but with prudence and without provocations, such as Naguib Mahfouz in the novel “The Children of Our Alley,” who was also subjected to an assassination attempt, but he was not a provocateur to the masses. He continued to roam freely in the Cairo markets, the goal being to communicate an idea, not to provoke the masses.

On the other hand, attacking a writer, thinker, or artist is a fundamentally unacceptable act, and it has no justification!

Third, Israel's inability to achieve a decisive victory in any round of aggression, despite the heavy human losses among the Palestinian people, not to mention the great material losses and the resulting severe suffering and misery.

All of this reaffirms the categorical fact that the people of Palestine will remain the difficult figure, and will continue to resist for their freedom, because they have no other choice.

These important data do not mean that there is clarity on how the Palestinian scene will develop, in the present and in the future, or that any of the forces on the Palestinian scene have certainty. At certain stages, it is possible to adopt popular resistance, as our Palestinian people did, at the beginning of the armed Zionist invasion, in the early twentieth century, or adopt armed struggle at a later stage, as the Palestinians did against British colonialism and armed Zionist organizations, after Britain and the Zionists rejected petitions, appeals, And peaceful movements, such as demonstrations and boycotting Zionist goods, to which the leaders of the Palestinian people resorted.

After the Zionist movement was able to occupy Palestine in 1948, the national action factions were left with nothing but the means of struggle approved by international laws, including armed action, which played an important role in crystallizing the national movement and the identity of the Palestinian people, in the sixties and seventies, before this option entered, Or the way he manages it in a real crisis.

The first Palestinian Intifada, in 1987, was a unique example of popular resistance, which was initiated by the people of Palestine in the West Bank and Gaza Strip, after they discovered that armed action was entering a phase of decline. It is true that the Israeli occupier committed murder against the uprising, but the effect of this glorious uprising internally, socially, politically and in the media on the external level in favor of the Palestinian cause was enormous.

The results of this heroic collective popular struggle, which lasted for more than four years, were not destroyed except by the mismanagement of the Palestinian leadership, which was still abroad and was looking for a quick solution to its impasse, after it left Beirut following the Zionist aggression in 1982. It became clear to us that the structure of this leadership, Which successfully launched the contemporary Palestinian revolution in 1965, reunified the Palestinian people, and crystallized the Palestinian national identity. It is not qualified to achieve any real victory. It moved from the goal of Palestinian liberation and the establishment of a single democratic state in all of Palestine, to a two-state solution, ending with Bantustan rule, and an agent for the colonizer. Diplomacy has become the only means, a diplomacy that is hesitant, distrustful, and has not achieved any real achievement.

Against the background of this catastrophic failure of the leadership of the Liberation Organization, new Palestinian forces arose, with a religious ideology, which turned into armed forces, resistance, which contributed and continues to contribute to re-injecting the conflict with the colonizer, as a struggle against a colonizer, and not a conflict between two states.

Gaza alone cannot liberate Palestine, nor is it required to do so. Liberation is the burden of the entire Palestinian people, but rather the burden of the Arab peoples. But the people of Palestine, by virtue of being directly under the yoke of the settler occupation, are the ones who must play the role of the spearhead.
