6 citizens were arrested in the West Bank, including the persecuted Turkman

At dawn and Thursday morning, the Israeli occupation forces arrested 6 citizens from separate areas of the West Bank.


According to local sources, the occupation forces arrested Maher Said Turkman, from Jenin, after 9 months of persecution.


An Israeli military spokesman said that, based on accurate intelligence information, and with joint activity between the army, Al-Yamam, and the Shin Bet, Turkman was arrested in the village of Al-Yamoun.


He pointed out that Turkman is accused of planning and carrying out the shooting and attempting to burn a bus carrying soldiers in the Jordan Valley on September 4, 2022, which resulted in the injury of 6 soldiers at the time.


His son Muhammad was wounded in the operation, who succumbed to his wounds, while his nephew was arrested.


In Hebron, the occupation forces arrested Nasser Jibril and his son Muhammad, from Yatta, after raiding and searching their homes thoroughly.


The young Jamal al-Fallujah was arrested from the town of Beita, south of Nablus, following the storming of his house.


Farid Awad Allah Zaghloul (55 years old) and his son Muhammad Zaghloul (24 years old) were arrested after their house was raided and searched in the town of Al-Mughayyir, northeast of Ramallah.
