Israel launches a campaign of arrests in the West Bank and Jerusalem
On Monday morning and dawn, the Israeli occupation forces launched a campaign of arrests among citizens in separate areas of the West Bank and occupied Jerusalem.
According to local sources, those forces arrested in Bethlehem both Ahmed Nasser Asakereh (23 years old) from the village of Asakereh, Munir Muhammad Taamreh (35 years old) from the village of Al-Arouj in the east, Salah Musa Sabah (26 years old), and Fadi Adel Atallah (25 years old). 26 years old), Ahmed Saeed Sabah (26 years old), Hamza Awad Atallah (26 years old), and Ibrahim Wajih Sabah (26 years old), all from the eastern village of Harmala, after raiding and searching the homes of their families.
Meanwhile, the secretary of the "Fatah" movement in Aida camp, Marwan Fararjeh, in his thirties, and Ahmed Jamal Hassan (37 years), from Al-Saff Street in the center of Bethlehem, were arrested after their homes were raided, searched and their contents were tampered with.
In Ramallah, the occupation forces arrested the young man, Abd al-Rahman Qatash, after raiding his house, while they arrested the editor, Muhammad Ahmad al-Barghouti, after storming the village of Deir Abu Mishaal, west of Ramallah, where he was released from its prisons only ten days after a fourteen-year detention. .
They also arrested the two young men, Ahmed Al-Tirawi and Alaa Saeed Nakhla, after storming their homes in Al-Jalazoun camp, north of Ramallah.
According to eyewitnesses, the places of the raid witnessed limited confrontations with the occupation forces, who also deployed on the outskirts of the villages of Jifna, Deir Ibzi and Kafr Nima, north of Ramallah.
In Jenin, the occupation forces arrested the released prisoner, Osaid Ibrahim Abu Bakr from Ya`bad, and Ammar Abdul Hakim Khallouf from Burqin, after raiding the homes of their families, amid confrontations with the people.
The occupation forces also arrested the citizen, Muhannad Tawfiq Abu Bakr, from the town of Ya`bad, south of Jenin, while he was passing through the Barta'a military checkpoint.
In Jerusalem, the occupation forces arrested the child Muhammad Yasser Darwish (12 years old) after they raided and searched his house.
In Nablus, the occupation forces arrested Abdul Rahman Abu Hijleh (23 years old), after they raided and searched his family's house in the Al-Makhfiyya area.
In Hebron, the occupation forces arrested Bader Ziyad Abu Halil after searching his house and tampering with its contents in the town of Dura.
In Qalqilya, the occupation forces arrested the young man, Karam Shahwan, after raiding his house in the village of Habla.
