Quds Bank donates to Al-Mutalaa Hospital
Al-Quds - “Al-Quds” dot com - Al-Quds Bank made a donation to Augusta Victoria Hospital “Al-Mutalaa” through the “Reem’s Dream” campaign dedicated to collecting donations for the development of the bone marrow transplantation department.
This came during a meeting held at the hospital's headquarters yesterday, in which Salah Hadmi, CEO of Quds Bank, and Dr. Fadi Al-Atrash, Executive Director of Al-Mutalaa Hospital, in the presence of a number of managers and officials from both parties.
The Reem campaign, which was launched by the family of the late young woman, Reem Salama Khalil, is concerned with rehabilitating and developing the bone marrow transplant department at Augusta Victoria Hospital to be able to meet the basic needs of leukemia patients and alleviate their suffering.
Salah Hadmi, CEO of Quds Bank, indicated that providing support to Al-Mutala Hospital is one of our basic initiatives within our social responsibility, and our belief in the noble message of the "Reem Campaign", which aims to reduce the challenges facing the hospital and cancer patients in Al-Mutlaa Hospital in particular and patients in general. Hadmi stressed that Quds Bank's participation in this initiative is a translation of its good citizenship towards the various groups and sectors of society, and a continuation of its distinguished role in supporting the health sector and providing the best and finest health services to patients, referring to the bank's strategic partnership with various institutions and bodies in various governorates.
He thanked the executive director of the hospital, Dr. Fadi Al-Atrash, supported the bank and stood by the hospital through the Reem campaign, and said, "We appreciate the role of Quds Bank in supporting Al-Mutalaa Hospital, and we appreciate its efforts to stand by us, to achieve our humanitarian mission and provide the best means of comprehensive treatment to our patients."
On the sidelines of the meeting, the Bank's delegation participated in the graduation ceremony of the sixth cohort, which was held at the hospital's headquarters for the Al-Israr School, which the hospital hosts for patients, in an atmosphere filled with joy, pleasure, spirit of determination and hope.
Quds Bank pays special attention to supporting health institutions based on the bank's keenness on the role of social responsibility, as it is keen to consolidate its relations with local community institutions and enable them to provide their services to the citizen to the fullest.
