As if it were a dispute between neighbors in a neighborhood, this interview seemed out of the ordinary, lacking in diplomatic decorum, and it showed the superpower as one of the third world countries that lacks wisdom.

What the body language between the two leaders expressed was more than the scattered fragments of words that seemed like punches exchanged by two unequal parties, neither in terms of overwhelming force nor in terms of the number of players on the field, while Zelensky appeared alone in confronting the president and his deputy.

With courage and steadfastness, Zelensky faced the tsunami of attacks, and the real estate tycoon’s attempts to drag his guest on air, by forcing him to sign the precious metals deal that Trump wants to obtain, with the logic of a colonial state.

Zelensky's responses, saying to Trump: "Why are you raising your voice?", and his response to his deputy that he did not come to Ukraine and does not know what is going on there, express the image of a brave man who defends the interests of his people and the future of his country.

The real estate mogul, who is fascinated by reality TV and western cowboy movies, did not stop trying to embarrass his guest, who seemed composed, despite the violent attacks he was subjected to by the president and his vice president, by raising his index finger in his face, threateningly and intimidatingly, before he was expelled from the White House.

Such debates used to take place behind closed doors between leaders, and their details were revealed after they were declassified, decades after they occurred. But Trump, who was fascinated by his second comeback and was greedy for Ukraine’s wealth, opened the meeting on air, to embarrass his guest and remove him from the scene if he did not comply with his demand to sign the deal. It can be said that Zelensky achieved a victory and scored a goal from a counter-punch, but the desires for revenge will not leave the man in peace!
