A layered image of the mind of a genius!
In "A Tour of Netanyahu's Brain", which "I" is publishing today, quoting "Asharq Al-Awsat", the features of the fox appear, and the sources of cunning and deceit, which he exploits to achieve his personal goals, become more clear.
As the proverb goes, “You will grow up following something you grow up following,” and “nature is stronger than nurture.” And because “blood is sneaky,” as they say, the fox’s traits are acquired from the exemplary father, who is a student of the great teacher Jabotinsky.
The boy that Netanyahu was grew up in his care, on his teachings, and was suckled by his ideas until they grew up with him and he grew up with them, in thought, behavior, cunning, and deceit. No one can stop him, and no one can prevent him from achieving his goal, if he sets his sights on it.
Father "Bentzi Netanyahu" responds to a journalist's question about his son's personality: "He is not an idiot," and that his son does not believe in the two-state solution, and has set impossible conditions that the Palestinians will not accept, such as resolving the refugee issue outside of Israel, and recognizing the Jewishness of the state.
Perhaps the most prominent thing I read in that class portrait of the cunning mind is that he began his life working in a furniture store in the United States, and that he used to sell Swedish wood to customers as beech, and market other things that were not suitable for sale, as the store owner assigned him the task of promoting the stagnant goods in his store, to sell them to customers, as if they were first-class goods.
The trait of lying imprinted on the “false, sinful forehead” conceals other traits, no less bad, such as deceit, betrayal of trust, and other progeny of deceit; for it is more like the buttons of a shirt; if there is a mistake in the assembly of one, all the buttons will fall into disarray.
Money is his weakness, and gifts make him lose his mind. He does not hesitate to contact an acquaintance who gave his wife a pure gold necklace, to ask for more, saying: “Why didn’t you buy her the ring and earrings that match the necklace?!”
A layered image that diagnoses the areas of fragility, and the sources of weakness and strength in that colorful personality, what is apparent and what is hidden.
