Today, Monday, the occupation municipality crews in Jerusalem notified the demolition of 37 homes and commercial facilities in the town of Silwan, south of the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque.
According to local sources, the occupation authorities notified citizens of the demolition of 37 homes and commercial facilities in the Silwan neighborhoods, as part of the occupation municipality’s Judaization plan for the infrastructure to pave a settlement road (the American Street).
The number of demolitions in the Jerusalem Governorate from the first of September to the eighth of it reached (307) demolition and bulldozing operations. The occupation authorities justify the demolition of homes in general on the pretext that they were built without a permit, despite the scarcity of approval for the necessary permits to build homes for Jerusalemites.
