Palestinian Prisoners Authority and the Prisoners Club launch an electronic link to report prisoners and missing persons in the Gaza Strip
Today, Wednesday, the Commission of Prisoners' Affairs and the Prisoners' Club launched an electronic link for the families of Gaza detainees, to report citizens detained in the occupation's prisons, or those missing since the beginning of the war of extermination.
The Authority and the Club explained, in a joint statement, that the launch of the link came to prepare a database on detainees in the Gaza Strip and those who are missing, and to work on revealing their fate and following up on them later.
The Authority and the Club called on families in all governorates of the Gaza Strip to fill out the required data by entering the link: http://cdaform.gov.ps/Gaza/ "noting that it was subjected to a trial period of two days to ensure its smoothness and effectiveness, because the previous mechanism that was implemented by announcing a special number did not prove successful due to the large amount of pressure from calls."
They called on the families of Gaza detainees who had not previously contacted the institutions to find out the fate of their children by using the link above, stressing that there would be a permanent evaluation of the method of obtaining data, due to the large volume of communication from the families of the detainees.
The Prisoners' Affairs Authority and the Prisoners' Club also confirmed that efforts are continuing in partnership with all relevant and human rights institutions for this issue, which constitutes a priority for them, in light of the ongoing war of extermination against our people in the Gaza Strip.
