Dozens of settlers stormed the archaeological area of Tel Ma'in in Masafer Yatta today, Thursday, and set up huts in the Sha'b al-Batam area, south of Hebron.

According to local sources, settlers stormed the archaeological hill, set up a menorah, and performed biblical rituals, while the occupation forces, which were there to protect them, prevented citizens and residents from reaching the area.

He added that the settlers stormed the Shaab al-Batm area and set up huts near the citizens' homes.

These practices come in the context of the ongoing acts of violence against defenceless citizens, in the context of pressuring them and forcibly displacing them from their lands.
