Continued aggression on Tulkarm and Nour Shams camps
Today, Wednesday, an elderly man and a girl were injured in Tulkarm camp by shrapnel from Israeli occupation bullets, during the ongoing aggression on the camp for the second day in a row.
The Palestinian Red Crescent Society stated that its crews dealt with an injury to an elderly man (69 years old) who was hit by shrapnel in the face, and he was transferred to the hospital, as well as a girl who was hit by shrapnel in the shoulder from Tulkarm camp, and she was transferred to the hospital.
In the same context, the occupation forces sent more military reinforcements to the Tulkarm and Nour Shams camps, and positioned themselves at their entrances, while their bulldozers continued to destroy and vandalize the infrastructure and citizens’ property to a large extent.
Our correspondent said that the occupation bulldozers wreaked havoc and destruction in the streets of the two camps, and closed a number of neighborhoods with earth mounds, including the entrance to the Al-Mahjar neighborhood, and the Al-Manshiya and Al-Maslakh neighborhoods in Nour Shams camp. They also caused great destruction along Nablus Street adjacent to Nour Shams camp, which is the main entrance to the city, and which had been completely destroyed during the previous raid.
She added that the occupation forces stormed a number of citizens' homes in the two camps, and turned them into military barracks, while deploying snipers on top of the tall buildings, and infantry patrols between the homes and alleys.
The occupation soldiers also demolished the internal walls of the houses after raiding them and moving through their openings to other houses in Nour Shams camp, causing great destruction in them.
The occupation forces blew up the house of the Sarouji family in the Al-Swalma neighborhood in Tulkarm camp, while arresting three young men: Amr Abu Tahoun, Mustafa Abu Diya, and Ahmed Abdo.
In a later development, occupation patrols stormed the Dhnaba suburb and Ezbet al-Jarad, east of Tulkarm, and roamed the streets, raided a number of homes and buildings, searched them, and subjected their residents to interrogation.
