On Monday, the government media office in Gaza announced the killing of a Palestinian journalist in Al-Shifa Hospital, bringing the number of journalists killed to 138 since the start of the war on the Strip on October 7, 2023.
The office said, in a statement: “The number of journalist martyrs has risen to 138 journalists, since the start of the genocidal war on the Gaza Strip, after the death of our colleague Muhammad Abu Sakhil during the crime of the Israeli army storming Al-Shifa Hospital.”
