Four citizens were injured on Tuesday when settlers attacked two hikers in the Auja Spring, north of Jericho.

Local sources reported that settlers, under the protection of the occupation army, attacked citizens who were out for a picnic at the Auja Spring on the third day of Eid al-Fitr. They sprayed them with pepper spray and assaulted others, resulting in four citizens sustaining varying degrees of injuries and burns.

She added that the settlers took a herd of sheep with them and set them free to graze in the area, forcing the residents who had come for a walk to leave.

The Red Crescent Society explained that its crews in Jericho responded to a young man injured in a physical assault by settlers in the Auja Falls area. He was then transferred to the hospital, noting that the occupation army was refusing to release other injuries to the crews.

The Auja Spring has been the target of repeated attacks by settlers who have established several outposts in its vicinity over the past several years in an attempt to impose control over the area's land and waters and prevent residents from accessing them.

The US State Department on Monday blamed Hamas in response to a question about Israel's execution of 15 Palestinian medics and rescue workers who were exhumed from a mass grave in the southern Gaza city of Rafah.

The 15 workers included eight from the Palestinian Red Crescent, five from the Civil Defense, and one UN staff member. Jonathan Whittall, head of the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) in Palestine, said evidence suggests that the first responders were shot dead by Israeli forces "one by one" and buried with ambulances and other vehicles.

"We bring them out in their uniforms and gloves. They were here to save lives. Instead, they ended up in a mass grave," Whittall said. "These ambulances were buried in the sand. There's a UN vehicle here, buried in the sand. It was buried by a bulldozer—an Israeli military bulldozer."

When asked about the UN statements at her press conference, US State Department spokeswoman Tammy Bruce immediately blamed Hamas. She said, "I can tell you that Hamas has abused civilian infrastructure for far too long, cynically using it to protect itself. Hamas's actions have put humanitarian workers in the line of fire."

Asked whether the United States would assess the situation given the possibility of Israeli forces using American weapons, Bruce said, "Everything that happens in Gaza is because of Hamas. Every dynamic."

According to the Palestinian Red Crescent Society, each body recovered had been hit by approximately 20 bullets. "The Israeli occupation forces executed the civil defense teams in a brutal manner," said Palestinian Red Crescent Society spokesman Mahmoud Basal.

The Israeli military admitted that its forces fired on ambulances in Rafah, but claimed it was a mistake. The Israeli military claimed that its forces killed Hamas militants during the incident, including a Hamas operative named Mohammed Amin al-Shoubaki. However, the Israeli military provided no evidence, and no other bodies were found at the scene.

Israeli occupation forces demolished a horse stable and other facilities in the town of Abu Dis, east of Jerusalem, on Tuesday, under the pretext of lacking a permit.

Local sources reported that the occupation forces demolished a number of facilities that provided livelihoods for dozens of families during their raid on Abu Hindi lands east of the town of Abu Dis.

According to the governorate's data, the demolitions included a horse stable in the town of Abu Dis, several barracks, and the bulldozing of a fence. A demolition notice was also served to a car wash in Abu Hindi, with the owner given 48 hours to carry out the self-demolition, or the occupation forces would carry out the demolition and impose heavy fines.

The sources indicated that the stable extends over an area of five dunams, houses more than thirty horses, and provides a source of livelihood for three families.

The death toll from the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip has risen to 50,399, and the number of injuries to 114,583, since October 7, 2023.

The Ministry of Health in Gaza reported that the death toll includes 1,042 dead and 2,542 injuries since March 18, when the occupation resumed its aggression on the Gaza Strip following the ceasefire agreement.

It explained that 42 dead and 183 injured people arrived at hospitals in the Gaza Strip over the past 24 hours, and that a number of victims remain under the rubble and on the streets because ambulances and specialized crews are unable to reach them.

The Israeli occupation army issued new "evacuation orders" today, Tuesday, for citizens in large areas of the northern Gaza Strip.

The Israeli military spokesperson issued a statement warning citizens in the northern Gaza Strip to evacuate their homes and "move to shelters," noting that there are no shelters in the Gaza Strip.

He said, "A new warning to all residents of the Gaza Strip in the areas of Beit Hanoun, Beit Lahia Project, Sheikh Zayed, and the neighborhoods of Al-Manshiya and Tel Al-Zaatar. This is a preliminary and final warning before the raid!"

US President Donald Trump announced that he may visit Saudi Arabia as early as next month, in what would be his first foreign visit since returning to power on January 20.

Trump told reporters at the White House on Monday night that the visit "could take place next month, or maybe a little bit later."

We will also visit Qatar, and maybe a few other countries.

The UAE is very important... so we will definitely stop in the Emirates and Qatar."

Trump visited Saudi Arabia in May 2017, his first foreign trip during his first term.

Saudi Arabia is a close partner of the United States in the Middle East and is currently hosting indirect talks on Ukraine led by Washington.

Despite Trump's excellent relations with the Saudi leadership, Riyadh has categorically rejected any "forced displacement" of Palestinians from the Gaza Strip.

In February, Trump proposed that the United States take control of the Gaza Strip for real estate development, after its residents were displaced to other countries, particularly Egypt and Jordan.

Saudi Arabia also rejects any normalization with Israel unless Tel Aviv agrees to the establishment of a Palestinian state.

During Trump's first term, several Arab countries normalized their relations with Israel under US-sponsored agreements known as the "Abraham Accords."

Morocco, Bahrain, and the UAE joined the Abraham Accords, while Saudi Arabia, through the Americans, engaged in preliminary talks with Israel aimed at normalizing relations between the two countries. All these efforts were disrupted by the outbreak of war in the Gaza Strip, following the unprecedented attack launched by Hamas on October 7, 2023.

The ongoing war in Gaza has led Saudi Arabia to reject any discussion of normalization until the war ends, Israel withdraws from the occupied Palestinian territories, and a Palestinian state is established.

In early February, the Saudi Foreign Ministry affirmed that Riyadh "will not cease its tireless efforts to establish an independent Palestinian state, with East Jerusalem as its capital..., and will not establish diplomatic relations with Israel without that."

Yemen's Houthi rebels announced a US-led aggression on Monday night, targeting various areas east and south of the city of Saada in northern Yemen with a series of airstrikes.

"An American aggression on the city of Saada," the Houthi-run Al Masirah satellite channel said in a series of breaking news reports.

She added: "An American aggression with a series of raids on various areas east and south of Saada city."

She said: "An American aggression on the Takhiya area in Majz district, and on Sahar district" in Saada as well.

On Monday evening, the Houthis announced the downing of a US MQ-9 drone while it was carrying out "hostile missions" in the airspace of Ma'rib Governorate in central Yemen.

The United States did not immediately comment on the Houthi military spokesman's report.

However, US President Donald Trump said in a post on Truth Social on Monday that his country had eliminated a number of Houthi fighters and leaders in Yemen during its ongoing airstrikes over the past two weeks.

The Houthis did not immediately comment on Trump's remarks, nor have they announced the deaths of any of their leaders in recent days, despite dozens of deaths and injuries resulting from US airstrikes on several areas.

Over the past two weeks, the United States has intensified its airstrikes on Houthi-controlled areas in Yemen to an unprecedented extent, resulting in deaths, injuries, and destruction of infrastructure, according to Houthi statements.

On March 15, Trump said he had ordered his country's military to launch a "major attack" against the Houthis in Yemen, before threatening to "completely destroy the Houthis."

The Houthis responded by asserting that Trump's threat "will not deter them from continuing their support for Gaza," and have resumed bombing sites inside Israel and ships in the Red Sea heading there, coinciding with Tel Aviv's resumption of its war of extermination against the Strip since March 18.

In solidarity with the Gaza Strip, the Houthis have been targeting Israeli-owned or Israeli-linked cargo ships in the Red Sea, or anywhere else they may reach, with missiles and drones since November 2023.

The Houthis halted their attacks following the ceasefire agreement between Israel and Hamas in the Gaza Strip in January. The attacks resumed when Tel Aviv resumed its war on the Strip on March 18.

The United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) announced that 322 children were killed and 609 others injured over the course of 10 days as a result of "heavy Israeli shelling and ground operations" in the Gaza Strip following its violation of the ceasefire.

UNICEF explained in a statement that the intense and indiscriminate bombing, coupled with the complete halt of humanitarian aid to Gaza, has placed civilians in Gaza, especially children, at grave risk.

She warned that the number of child deaths could rise if basic needs, which Israel has been blocking for a month, are not met.

The organization noted that more than 100 children are killed or injured every day in Gaza, indicating that most of the children have been displaced and are living in dilapidated tents and destroyed homes.

The statement quoted UNICEF Executive Director Catherine Russell as stressing that children have been forced back into a deadly cycle of violence following the collapse of the ceasefire, and called on all parties to abide by their obligations under international humanitarian law.

She stressed that more than 15,000 children have been killed and more than 34,000 others injured over the past 18 months in Gaza, and that one million children have been displaced, deprived of their most basic needs.

The statement affirmed that UNICEF will continue to provide life-saving assistance and protection to children and their families despite all the risks, calling for the immediate evacuation of sick and injured children.

Three people were killed and four others injured in an Israeli airstrike targeting Beirut's southern suburbs, the Lebanese Health Ministry confirmed Tuesday. The Israeli military announced the assassination of a Hezbollah member in the attack, claiming he had "directed and assisted" Hamas fighters to carry out an operation against Israelis. Lebanese President Joseph Aoun, however, stressed that this indicated "premeditated intentions" by Tel Aviv against Lebanon.

A joint statement issued by the Israeli army and the Israeli General Security Service (Shabak) stated that "Israeli army fighter jets, under the direction of the Shabak, attacked a Hezbollah member in the southern suburb of Beirut."

He added that he had recently been directing and assisting Hamas activists in an attempt to carry out a dangerous operation in the near future against Israeli civilians.

While the IDF statement did not specify the nature of the alleged "serious operation," it stated that the Hezbollah operative "posed a real and direct threat, and therefore the IDF and the Shin Bet security service acted to attack him in order to eliminate the threat."

This is the second Israeli airstrike targeting Beirut's southern suburbs, a Hezbollah stronghold, since the ceasefire between Israel and Hezbollah went into effect on November 27.

The first raid occurred on Friday, targeting a building Israel said Hezbollah was using to "store drones." The raid came in response to two rockets fired from southern Lebanon at Israel, an operation for which no group claimed responsibility, and for which Hezbollah denied responsibility.

Following the raid, Hezbollah Secretary-General Naim Qassem asserted that his party could not accept Israel bombing the southern suburbs of the Lebanese capital. Qassem said at the time, "We cannot accept an equation in which Israel invades Lebanon and acts as it pleases, while we watch. Everything has a limit."

Despite the ceasefire agreement, Israel continues to launch airstrikes on southern and eastern Lebanon, which it claims are targeting Hezbollah military targets. Israel also accuses the Lebanese state of failing to implement its part of the agreement, which calls for the dismantling of Hezbollah's military arsenal and removing the group from its borders.

The Israeli proposal, as part of the ceasefire negotiations and prisoner exchange deal with Hamas, includes several stages, including a gradual prisoner exchange and a temporary truce in the Gaza Strip. Israel insists on keeping its forces within the border buffer zone, which it is expanding on the ground inside the Strip.

This came according to what Israeli media reported on Monday evening, citing informed sources in Benjamin Netanyahu's government. The sources said that Hamas rejected the proposal in its current form, which it described as the "improved Witkoff proposal." This comes at a time when the Israeli army is expanding its ground operations in the northern and central Gaza Strip and preparing to launch a large-scale attack on the city of Rafah, where it has issued warning statements calling on residents to evacuate.

According to Israel's Channel 12, the Israeli offer calls for "the release of 10 Israeli prisoners in exchange for the release of Palestinian prisoners according to a key agreement to be agreed upon between the two parties," along with "the release of (American-Israeli) prisoner Idan Alexander as a 'goodwill gesture' toward US President Donald Trump." The initiative also includes a "40-day ceasefire."

The channel added that Israel is stipulating that Hamas provide "information on all Israeli prisoners, whether alive or dead, on the fifth day of the truce," and that "on the tenth day, the bodies of 16 Israeli prisoners will be handed over." During the truce, negotiations will be held to complete the next phase of the agreement.

The channel reported that Israel made it clear to the mediators that "any final agreement will include the Israeli army remaining within the security perimeter inside the Gaza Strip," referring to the "buffer zone" that Israel is expanding on the ground.

An Israeli official was quoted as saying, "The message conveyed to Hamas through mediators was: 'This is your last chance, and if the prisoners are not released, the gates of hell will open (on the Gaza Strip), as President Trump said.'"

The channel also noted that the displacement of residents, the expansion of isolation zones, and the tightening of the "logistical blockade"—a reference to the prevention of aid from entering the Gaza Strip—are measures aimed at pushing Hamas toward a "constructive stance" toward the Israeli offer, given the movement's rejection of the proposal in its current form.

For its part, the Israeli Public Broadcasting Corporation (Kan 11) reported that the Israeli proposal includes: "the release of 11 prisoners, including Idan Alexander," with Hamas committing to "provide information on the prisoners' status on the fifth day of the truce," and "the release of the bodies of 16 prisoners on the tenth day."

Kan 11 added that the compensation Israel will offer includes a "40-day ceasefire" and the "release of Palestinian prisoners according to the key used in the previous deal."

According to the channel, "Hamas rejected the proposal and expressed its willingness to release only five living prisoners." Israel did not set a deadline for Hamas to respond to the proposal, but it did convey a message that "rejecting the offer will be met with expanded ground operations in the Gaza Strip, increased military pressure, including the seizure of additional territory, and escalation of attacks."

"Kan 11" pointed out that "estimates at this stage indicate that the gaps between the two parties are still very large."

Israeli occupation forces continue their aggression on the city of Tulkarm and its camp for the 65th consecutive day, and on the Nour Shams camp for the 52nd day, amid military reinforcements, raids, and the expulsion of residents from their homes.

Israeli occupation forces deployed military reinforcements toward the Nur Shams refugee camp, east of Tulkarm, as part of an ongoing campaign of raids targeting the area.

Eyewitnesses reported that late last night, occupation forces forced residents of the Jabal al-Salihin area inside the camp to leave their homes, amid widespread raids and searches of homes and residential buildings. Soldiers also opened fire in the al-Maslakh neighborhood inside the camp, with no reports of injuries.

Nour Shams camp is witnessing a continuous escalation by the occupation forces, which are imposing a siege on it, coinciding with raids by military vehicles, bulldozers, and infantry units into its neighborhoods, particularly in Al-Manshiyya and Al-Maslakh. This is accompanied by raids, vandalism, and burning of homes and infrastructure, and the forced displacement of residents, especially in Jabal Al-Nasr and Jabal Al-Salihin.

The occupation forces continue their siege of Tulkarm camp, and their heavy deployment in its neighborhoods, which have become almost empty of its residents after they were forcibly displaced from their homes, and completely devoid of any signs of life. This has affected the neighborhoods located on its outskirts, the last of which are the neighborhoods of Al-Hadaida and Al-Rabaia, accompanied by the complete destruction of the infrastructure and the sabotage, demolition and burning of homes and facilities.

At dawn on Tuesday, occupation forces raided the home of Ali Awda in the southern neighborhood of the city, searching it, vandalizing and destroying its contents, without any arrests being reported.

In a related development, Israeli occupation forces set up a flying military checkpoint at Far'oun Roundabout, the southern entrance to Tulkarm, and searched citizens' vehicles, disrupting traffic. Meanwhile, infantry units were deployed extensively throughout the city's streets and neighborhoods, as part of a crackdown on citizens and restricting their movement, especially during the Eid holiday.

Israeli occupation forces fired live ammunition at a vehicle driven by a woman as it passed through Al-Quds Open University Street in the northern neighborhood, before stopping and interrogating the woman. No injuries or arrests were reported.

From time to time, the occupation forces set up checkpoints on Nablus Road, obstructing vehicle traffic as part of a policy of restricting movement of citizens, especially after they closed sections of the road with earth mounds in both directions. This coincided with their seizure of a number of homes on the road, converting them into military barracks and stationing their vehicles in the vicinity.

The ongoing aggression on the city and its two camps has resulted in the deaths of 13 citizens, including a child and two women, one of whom was eight months pregnant. Dozens have also been injured and arrested, and more than 4,000 families have been forcibly displaced from the Tulkarm and Nur Shams camps, along with dozens of families from the city's northern neighborhood after their homes were seized and a number of them converted into military barracks.

The aggression also caused widespread destruction to the infrastructure, including homes, shops, and vehicles, which were completely and partially demolished, burned, vandalized, looted, and stolen. 396 homes were completely destroyed and 2,573 partially destroyed in the Tulkarm and Nur Shams refugee camps, in addition to the closure of their entrances and alleys with earth mounds.

Israeli occupation forces arrested eight citizens from Bethlehem and Nablus at dawn on Tuesday.

Local sources reported that the occupation forces stormed several neighborhoods in the villages of Deir al-Hatab and Yatma, raided a number of homes, searched them, and ransacked their contents. They arrested Ammar Rafiq Hussein and his son Yahya from Deir al-Hatab, Riyad Faeq Hussein and his son Adam, and Abdullah Abdul Hafeez Awda from Yatma. They also arrested the two children Zain Abdullah Sanobar (15 years old) and Omar Abdul Wahab Sanobar (16 years old) from Yatma.

In Bethlehem, occupation forces arrested Tawfiq Samir Salim (24 years old) after raiding and searching his family's home in Beit Sahour.

The Israeli military announced on Tuesday that it had intercepted a rocket fired from the Gaza Strip toward settlements in the "Gaza Envelope." Meanwhile, the occupation forces continued their airstrikes and ground operations across the Strip on the third day of Eid al-Fitr.

A journalist and his entire family were killed early Tuesday morning when the Israeli occupation forces bombed his home in Khan Yunis, south of the Gaza Strip.

Local sources reported that an Israeli drone bombed the home of journalist Mohammed Saleh al-Bardawil in the Japanese neighborhood west of Khan Yunis, killing him, his wife, and his three children.

A medical source said that a child died of wounds he sustained when their home was bombed in southern Gaza last Sunday.

Israeli occupation forces opened heavy fire east of Gaza City and east of Jabalia, north of the Strip.

Three civilians were injured in artillery shelling north of the Nuseirat refugee camp in the central Gaza Strip.

Since the resumption of the genocide in Gaza on March 18th, 1,001 civilians have been killed and 2,359 others injured, most of them children and women.

The death toll from the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip has risen to 50,357, and the number of injuries to 114,400, since October 7, 2023.

The Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) condemned, on Monday, the Israeli occupation authorities' approval of a project to build a settlement road in occupied Jerusalem, which aims to strengthen the connection between Israeli settlements, in flagrant violation of international law and relevant UN resolutions.

In a statement, the organization warned of the danger of this step, which is part of a plan to annex the Ma'ale Adumim settlement to occupied Jerusalem and isolate occupied Jerusalem from its Palestinian surroundings, undermining the two-state solution.

The organization also renewed its call on the international community, particularly the UN Security Council, to assume its responsibilities by obligating Israel, the occupying power, to halt all policies of settlement, annexation, forced displacement, and genocide perpetrated against the Palestinian people, and to activate accountability mechanisms, including the imposition of international sanctions on Israel, the occupying power, for its repeated violations of international law.

Israeli occupation forces dispatched military reinforcements to the town of Qabatiya, south of Jenin, on Monday evening.

Local sources said that Israeli armored vehicles arrived in the town and deployed in its streets in the ongoing raid that began in the early hours of the morning.

The occupation forces continue to raid and search citizens' homes in the town, and to carry out extensive arrest and field investigation campaigns against young men.

The occupation forces imposed a curfew in the town from 5:30 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. on Monday, preventing residents from leaving their homes on the second day of Eid al-Fitr.

Several Palestinians were killed and others injured on Monday when Israeli forces shelled a tent housing displaced people in the town of Az-Zawayda in the central Gaza Strip.

Palestinian sources reported that the bombing resulted in civilian deaths and injuries, including children and women.

Medical and civil defense teams evacuated the victims and transported the injured to hospitals amid difficult humanitarian conditions and a severe shortage of medical equipment.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu announced on Monday that he had testified in an investigation, describing the matter as politically motivated and denouncing the arrest of two of his aides.

"As soon as I was asked to testify, I said I was available and wanted to testify immediately," Netanyahu said in a video statement. "I understood that the investigation was political, but I didn't realize to what extent, that they were holding Yonatan Urich and Eli Feldstein hostage... There is no case, there is absolutely nothing, just a political witch hunt, nothing else."

The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) announced on Monday that 408 humanitarian workers have been killed in the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023, including more than 280 of its own employees. The agency emphasized the "importance of accountability" for the killings carried out by Israel.

The UN agency said in a statement that the number of humanitarian workers killed since the beginning of the genocidal war a year and a half ago has risen to 408, including more than 280 of its employees.

She added, "Targeting or endangering emergency responders, journalists, or humanitarian workers in Gaza is a blatant and dangerous disregard for international law."

She condemned the killings in the Gaza Strip, which she said had "become routine," and stressed the "importance of accountability."

She stressed that international humanitarian law "applies to everyone without exception," calling for "the protection of civilians at all times."

The head of the Gaza Bakeries Association, Abdel Nasser Al-Ajrami, said that all bakeries operating with the World Food Programme will close in the coming hours due to a shortage of flour.

He added in a phone call with WAFA, "The war of starvation is beating its drums again, starting tomorrow. Bakeries supported by the World Food Programme in the southern Gaza Strip will close today, while bakeries in Gaza and the northern Gaza Strip will stop operating starting tomorrow."

He continued: "Bakeries in the south have been closed since this morning, while bakeries in Gaza will close today and may be closed as we speak due to a shortage of flour."

Al-Ajrami said, "The reason is the closure and blockade imposed on goods, which led to a shortage of flour, diesel, and yeast."

He added, "This closure casts a dire shadow over the living conditions of Gazans, who are suffering the ravages of this brutal war, not to mention the lack of cooking gas."

He added that the association had contacted several entities, including the World Food Programme, adding, "Unfortunately, our appeals have not been answered. This is a pressing political matter, and we are only waiting for the crossings to open."

The Gaza Strip consumes 450 tons of flour daily, according to the association, and bakeries used to cover 50% of citizens' needs.

There are 140 bakeries operating in the Gaza Strip, including 70 automated bakeries. A large proportion of these were destroyed by Israeli occupation forces, particularly those in the northern Gaza Strip. The losses are estimated to be in the millions of dollars.

Israeli occupation forces deployed heavy infantry units on the streets of Tulkarm on Monday, particularly in the western and northern neighborhoods.

According to local sources, a large number of occupation soldiers have been patrolling the city's streets since the morning hours, after storming it from the "Nitzani Oz" gate west of Tulkarm, obstructing the movement of citizens and vehicles.

She added that soldiers fired live ammunition at a vehicle driven by a woman as it passed through Al-Quds Open University Street in the northern neighborhood, before stopping and interrogating her. No injuries or arrests were reported.

Citizens' cameras captured a video showing the moment occupation soldiers opened fire on the vehicle and attacked it, a dangerous escalation that reflects the increasing violations against the city's citizens, as Israeli aggression against it and its two refugee camps, Tulkarm and Nour Shams, continues for the 64th consecutive day.

A European Union spokesperson said on Monday that "a return to the ceasefire is essential... and the access and distribution of humanitarian aid, as well as electricity supplies to Gaza, must resume immediately."

At least 15 civilians, including children, were killed Monday evening in Israeli airstrikes on areas in the central Gaza Strip.

According to local sources, 10 dead, including 3 children, were killed after the occupation forces bombed the home of the Hamada family on Jaffa Street in the Tuffah neighborhood east of Gaza City. They explained that the martyrs were transferred to the Arab Baptist Hospital in the city, and that one of them arrived at the hospital in pieces.

Five civilians were also killed in an Israeli airstrike on Al-Bureij refugee camp in the central Gaza Strip.

Israeli occupation forces arrested a young man on Monday at the entrance to Nabi Yunis in the town of Halhul, north of Hebron.

Local sources reported that the occupation forces arrested a young man whose identity was not known at the time of writing this report after shooting him, and took him to an unknown location.

Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas issued a decree-law on Monday regarding the general budget for the fiscal year 2025. The decree-law was recommended by the Council of Ministers. The budget was prepared within the framework of austerity and emergency policies, with a focus on rationalizing spending and directing resources toward essential sectors.
