Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov launched a fierce attack on the policies of occupation and the West in the Middle East, warning that "the illegal use of force" threatens to explode the entire region.

While condemning the attack that took place on October 7, Lavrov emphasized that there is no justification for "collective punishment" of the Palestinian people, revealing what he described as an "attempted coup" to bury United Nations resolutions regarding the establishment of a Palestinian state.

Sergey Lavrov directly accused the occupation of threatening the stability of the region through what he called "the illegal use of force" not only in Gaza but also in Iran, Qatar, Yemen, Lebanon, and Syria, considering that these practices could push the Middle East towards a "total explosion."

The Minister of War of the occupation, Israel Katz, issued unprecedented threats to destroy the Gaza Strip and eliminate the Hamas movement, conditioning this on the movement's release of all detainees and its abandonment of its weapons.

These threats coincided with an urgent announcement from his office confirming that the towers of Gaza City have already been leveled to the ground.

Katz clarified in a press statement that these conditions consist of the Hamas movement 'releasing all detainees in its custody unconditionally, and completely relinquishing its military arsenal and weapons.'

According to "Haaretz," the alleged plan included the following: the release of all Israeli hostages, the release of hundreds of Palestinian prisoners, a gradual withdrawal of Israeli forces from Gaza, and the end of Hamas's rule in the sector.

President Trump stated to reporters on Friday: "It seems we have reached an agreement regarding Gaza," without providing any details. Meanwhile, his special envoy Steve Witkoff revealed that a 21-point peace plan was presented to leaders of Arab and Islamic countries last week.

In contrast, Tel Aviv has maintained official silence, and no public response has been issued regarding Trump's statements.

Apart from diplomatic statements, the ground reality continues to deteriorate. The Israeli army announced that its aircraft bombed 120 targets across the Gaza Strip on Friday, while its ground forces advanced deep into the city of Gaza.

The spokesperson for the Israeli army renewed his call for the residents of Gaza City to leave the city, while the health ministry in the sector announced that 74 people had been martyred in the past 24 hours.

The humanitarian situation worsens with every hour. Estimates from the World Food Program indicate that between 350,000 and 400,000 Palestinians have been displaced from Gaza City since the start of the expanded ground assault, but hundreds of thousands remain trapped there.

In a serious development, the organization "Doctors Without Borders" announced that it had to suspend its medical activities in Gaza City due to the Israeli forces besieging its clinics, warning of the severe danger facing immobile patients, such as infants in neonatal units.

The newspaper "Israel Hayom" quoted a source familiar with the proposal presented to Arab leaders earlier this week, stating that it is likely to be passed through the Qataris to the negotiating team in Doha.

It noted that Trump expressed optimism about resolving the conflict, saying that the negotiating parties are "very close" to reaching an agreement, while Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu pledged to continue the war.

It clarified that Arab leaders generally support the plan, although they do not consider it ideal, as the source confirmed they wish to end the conflict as quickly as possible.

According to "Israel Hayom," the new details of the proposal included the absence of a specific timeline for the withdrawal of occupation forces from Gaza, a clear commitment not to attack Qatar again, no forced displacement from the area, and a call to exclude Hamas from any future role in the government.

The plan also stipulated two levels of interim governance: a comprehensive international body and a Palestinian committee, without specifying a timeline for transferring leadership to the Palestinian Authority.

The newspaper added that the proposal indicated the role of the United Nations in providing humanitarian aid, but did not include any mention of a humanitarian aid fund, nor did it stipulate U.S. support for establishing a Palestinian state, merely acknowledging that this is a "pure Palestinian aspiration."

7. Once this agreement is reached, aid will flow into the area at rates no less than the standards set in the hostage agreement made in January 2025, which included 600 aid trucks daily, along with the rehabilitation of vital infrastructure and the entry of equipment for debris removal.

8. Aid will be distributed - without interference from either party - by the United Nations and the Red Crescent, along with other international organizations not affiliated with Israel or Hamas.

9. Gaza will be governed by a temporary transitional government of Palestinian technocrats who will be responsible for providing daily services to the residents of the area. A new international body created by the United States in consultation with Arab and European partners will oversee the committee. It will establish a framework for financing the reconstruction of Gaza until the Palestinian Authority completes its reform program.

10. An economic plan for the reconstruction of Gaza will be developed through meetings of experts experienced in building modern cities in the Middle East and by considering existing plans aimed at attracting investments and creating job opportunities.

11. An economic zone will be established, with reduced tariffs and access rates to be negotiated by the participating countries.

12. No one will be forced to leave Gaza, but those who choose to leave will be allowed to return. Furthermore, Gazans will be encouraged to stay in the area and provided with the opportunity to build a better future there

An elderly woman and two foreign activists were injured today, Saturday, as a result of an attack by settlers on the village of Al-Fakheit in Masafer Yatta, south of Hebron.

Anti-settlement activist Osama Makhamra stated that armed settlers from the "Metsbi Yair" and "Maon" settlements, located south of Hebron, attacked the village of Al-Fakheit under the protection of occupation soldiers and assaulted the citizens.

This resulted in injuries to the elderly woman Majda Abu Sabha (61 years old) and two foreign activists who sustained bruises and contusions, and they were transferred to Yatta Government Hospital by Red Crescent ambulance.

Makhamra added that the settlers also damaged water tanks, destroyed feed, and stole property belonging to citizen Akram Sari Abu Sabha. They also stormed the home of citizen Mohyi Ibrahim Abu Sabha and attempted to steal several heads of livestock.

The organizers of the Eurovision Song Contest announced that the members of the contest will vote in November on Israel's participation next year, following calls for a boycott due to the Gaza war.

It considered that Netanyahu's use of the term 'anti-Semitism' has become 'a worn-out excuse to justify his rejection of international positions condemning the crimes of genocide and starvation he has been committing for 23 months.'

Hamas accused Netanyahu of endangering the lives of Israeli prisoners in Gaza, stating: 'If he truly cared about his captives, he would stop his brutal bombing, the massacres of genocide, and the destruction of the city of Gaza, but he lies and continues to expose them to death.'

Hamas affirmed that 'what Netanyahu announced regarding his pursuit of control over the Gaza Strip and planting a collaborative government in it is pure illusion that will not be realized, and our Palestinian people will not allow it, as they have always proven their resilience and rejection of all forms of guardianship and dependency.'

On another note, the movement considered the boycott of delegations from most countries of his speech reflects 'the depth of the international isolation that has begun to besiege Netanyahu and his rogue entity, and the expansion of global solidarity with our Palestinian people's right to self-determination and the establishment of their independent state, which represents the fruit of their sacrifices and their just struggle against the occupation.'

It stressed that 'the establishment of an independent Palestinian state, with Jerusalem as its capital, is an inherent right that is inalienable, and it will not be diminished by the crimes of the occupier or its fascist policies.'

Hamas also confirmed that the Palestinian people 'are committed to their land and will remain on the path of liberation and return until the establishment of their independent Palestinian state with Jerusalem as its capital.'

Former officials in the administration of former U.S. President Joe Biden expressed their regret over the stance they took regarding the war against Gaza, stating that the United States did not act as a superpower.

The occupying army raised loudspeakers on several cranes in areas facing the Gaza Strip, in addition to placing trucks near the separation fence of the strip, opposite areas that the army has turned into rubble, where there are no Palestinians, and broadcast Netanyahu's speech at the United Nations through them.

This move sparked anger among the families of the prisoners of the occupation, who considered it a meaningless step, while Netanyahu sent a brief message during his speech to the prisoners of the occupation in the strip, promising them, as usual, to release them, in addition to issuing threats to the resistance in Gaza to surrender.

The Israeli newspaper "Haaretz," citing an unnamed senior officer, reported: "It's a crazy idea; no one understands what the military benefit of it is."

A recent British study documented horrifying testimonies from dozens of international healthcare workers who treated Palestinians in hospitals in Gaza during the ongoing Israeli genocide against the region.

The study, published by the British Medical Journal, surveyed the opinions of 78 humanitarian healthcare workers, most of whom were from Europe and North America, regarding the nature of the injuries they dealt with while in Gaza between August 2024 and February 2025, during work periods ranging from two weeks to 12 weeks.

According to the study, the injuries documented by the medical staff were "unusual" and exceeded what they had witnessed in other conflict areas, as they classified more than 23,700 severe injuries and nearly 7,000 injuries caused by weapons, figures that nearly match data from the World Health Organization.

This came according to a post on the American platform "X," in response to what the official Hebrew broadcasting authority reported, that "the southern command of the army will broadcast the Prime Minister's speech at the United Nations via loudspeakers inside the Gaza Strip today."

Although Netanyahu's office claimed in a statement that the speech would only be broadcast via loudspeakers at the Gaza border, an Israeli soldier said that loudspeakers were placed deep inside Gaza, according to the broadcasting authority.

Lapid said: "The Israeli army should not broadcast the governor's speeches via loudspeakers, putting its soldiers at risk in the field."

He added: "This is absolute madness that is unworthy of a democratic state."

Earlier on Friday, the authority stated that "the families of the hostages (Israeli captives in Gaza) expressed their criticism of the decision."

The private Channel 12 also reported: "In recent days, the Prime Minister's office has asked the Israeli army to place loudspeakers at various points inside Gaza, so that the residents (Palestinians) can hear Netanyahu's speech at the United Nations."

It quoted unnamed military sources as saying that "the request from Netanyahu's office to broadcast the speech to the residents of the Gaza Strip could pose an operational risk to the soldiers who would have to leave their fortified positions to install the loudspeakers."

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan stated that he reached an understanding with U.S. President Donald Trump on how to achieve a ceasefire and lasting peace in the Gaza Strip and the rest of the Palestinian territories, following talks at the White House yesterday, Thursday.

Erdoğan's office quoted his statements to reporters in a text published today, Friday: "Our meeting was extremely important in terms of expressing the will to end the massacres in Gaza. Trump emphasized during the meeting the necessity of ending the fighting in Gaza and reaching a lasting peace."

Erdoğan's office added, "We clarified how to achieve a ceasefire in Gaza and all of Palestine, and then achieve lasting peace. An understanding was reached in this regard... We said that the two-state solution is the optimal formula for achieving lasting peace in the region, and the current situation cannot continue."

The Turkish president praised the warm reception he received from Trump and his team, describing his visit as wonderful, pointing to the volume of trade between Turkey and the United States and its clear potential, as the goal of both countries is to reach $100 billion.

He added, "We held our discussions with President Trump in a friendly, constructive, and fruitful atmosphere, and our relationship with Mr. Trump has been very good since the past."

He pointed out that "the Palestinian issue has become more known today than yesterday, and the cries of those with a living conscience are troubling Israel today more than before."

He also stated that the participation of Syrian President Ahmad al-Shara in the United Nations General Assembly is extremely important to enhance the international legitimacy of the new Syrian government.

The Turkish president also emphasized that his country's approach to Mediterranean resources is clear, saying, "We will take our share and work with our neighbors on the basis of mutual benefit."

Egyptian Foreign Minister Badr Abdel Atti confirmed on Thursday evening that his country is open to the idea of deploying international forces in the Gaza Strip, under a resolution from the United Nations Security Council, with the aim of assisting the Palestinian Authority in managing the sector.

Abdel Atti stated at a press conference in New York, regarding the international coalition for a two-state solution, which included foreign ministers from Arab and European countries such as Jordan, Saudi Arabia, and Norway, on the sidelines of the United Nations General Assembly meeting, that "we are open to deploying international forces in Gaza under a resolution from the United Nations Security Council to assist the Palestinian Authority in managing the sector."
