The Prisoners Club holds the occupation fully responsible for the fate of Anwar Abdel Ghani

The Palestinian Prisoners Club held the occupation authorities fully responsible for the fate of the wounded detainee, Anwar Issam Abdel-Ghani (21 years old) from the town of Sidon / Tulkarm, who was shot by the occupation army, during a raid on his family’s home, at dawn last Wednesday 8/23/2023.


The Prisoners Club stated that the wounded Abdul-Ghani suffered a (serious) injury in the (thighs), and according to the available information, he underwent surgery and is still undergoing treatment in the Israeli Rambam Hospital.


In this context, the Prisoners Club pointed out that the occupation forces, in addition to escalating arrest campaigns and intensifying crimes against detainees and their families, have also escalated the arrest of the wounded, whether those who were shot and arrested later, or those who were injured during their arrest.


It is noteworthy that the occupation has escalated, during the past few days, more than 120 detainees, which have prolonged since Tuesday.
