Injuries and arrests after the occupation forces stormed Al-Aqsa Mosque
A number of citizens were injured, and hundreds were arrested, at dawn on Wednesday, as a result of the Israeli occupation forces' storming of Al-Aqsa Mosque.
Those forces raided the Al-Qibli prayer hall using gas and stun grenades, as the retreaters tried to confront them by all possible means.
The occupation forces brutally assaulted the worshipers with batons, causing many of them to suffer fractures and others to suffocate.
The Israeli police said that they arrested dozens of Palestinians under the pretext of working to establish security after trying to barricade themselves inside Al-Aqsa and using barricades and other things.
While the lawyer of the Wadi Hilweh Information Center stated that he had arrested about 500 Palestinians, and most of them will be released after interrogating them and signing a deportation order from Al-Aqsa and the Old City.
Palestinian factions condemned the Israeli attacks, threatening to respond to them, while spontaneous marches took place in various governorates, and confrontations took place in separate areas.
