A Palestinian researcher obtains 7 electronic patents

The young Palestinian researcher , Muhammad Abd al-Karim Amer , from the city of Tubas , a graduate of Mechatronics, Robotics and Automation Engineering from An-Najah National University , obtained 7 patents in the field of cooling electronics, and two patents for a new type of fan blades and frames to improve flow rate and reduce noise, in Taiwan , which granted him permanent residence in honor of these pioneering innovations.


After obtaining a bachelor's degree from An-Najah University in the field of mechatronics, robotics and automation engineering, in 2015, Eng. Amer moved to Taiwan to complete his postgraduate studies, and obtained a master's and doctorate degrees from Chiao Tung University in the field of mechanical engineering, and completed more than 30 research in various fields, such as Refrigeration and air conditioning, solar cells, snow removal, nanofluids and their applications, artificial intelligence, clean energy and mechatronics, among others.


Prof. Abdel Nasser Zaid, President of An-Najah University, expressed his pride in these innovations, which reflect honorable models for Palestinian youth, and stressed that An-Najah University is proud of its great graduates who put their creative mark wherever they are in all fields, and leave a great impact on construction and development through the application of science and knowledge that They obtained it during their university studies in its various stages.


He added that An-Najah University attaches great importance to scientific research and puts all capabilities in front of its researchers at various stages, whether they are faculty members or students, based on its mission to support and encourage basic, applied and developmental scientific research as one of the most important and largest landmarks of teaching and research in Palestine.
