A citizen was injured by Israeli occupation forces’ bullets during the ongoing aggression on Tulkarm and Nour Shams camps

Tonight, a citizen was injured by the occupation forces' bullets in Tulkarm camp, as the occupation forces' aggression against the camp and Nour Shams camp east of the city continues.

The Palestinian Red Crescent Society said that its crews dealt with a citizen (63 years old) who was injured by a live bullet in the face.

Two young men were injured by the occupation forces’ bullets in Tulkarm camp, one of them (24 years old) with a bullet in the foot, and the second (19 years old) with a bullet in the hand.

Meanwhile, the occupation forces sent more military reinforcements towards Tulkarm and Nour Shams camps, coinciding with the continuation of their aggression on the city and its camps for 10 hours.

According to local sources, the occupation forces pushed new military vehicles from the western entrance to Tulkarm city, towards the two camps, which are besieged by large numbers of occupation soldiers deployed in their streets and alleys.

She added that the occupation forces deployed their vehicles at all entrances leading to the two camps, imposed a tight siege on them, and deployed their snipers on the roofs of the buildings.

The occupation bulldozers caused great damage to the infrastructure and property of citizens in the two camps, including the destruction of the water networks feeding them, which caused them to be cut off.

The occupation forces also burned a commercial store belonging to the family of the martyr Hussam al-Malah in the middle of Tulkarm camp, who was assassinated by a special force of the occupation army a week ago. This caused suffocation among the citizens due to the thick smoke resulting from the fire.

The occupation bulldozers stormed the neighborhoods of Al-Muqata'a, Qaqoun, Al-Foul, Al-Madaris and Al-Salam in Tulkarm camp, and bulldozed and destroyed the streets and citizens' properties.

In Nour Shams camp, the occupation bulldozers destroyed citizens’ properties, including homes and shops, specifically in Al-Manshiya neighborhood, and burned a shop belonging to Ibrahim Al-Shabrawi in the aforementioned area, which caused a fire to break out inside it and burn it completely, at a time when they began removing the tarpaulins in Al-Shuhada neighborhood in the camp and burning them.

Local sources reported that the fire engine of the Civil Defense in the town of Anabta arrived at the camp, extinguished the fire, and prevented it from spreading to the rest of the neighboring shops.

In addition, the occupation forces raided dozens of citizens' homes in the Al-Manshiya neighborhood in Nour Shams camp, searched them, and turned a number of them into military barracks, subjecting their residents to interrogation and field investigation.

They also arrested the young man Saleh Al-Ghanem from his home in the Al-Masqoufa neighborhood in the Aktaba suburb east of Tulkarm, and severely beat him and blew up his vehicle.

The occupation forces stormed the city this morning with dozens of vehicles and personnel carriers, accompanied by 6 heavy bulldozers, starting from the northern entrance, followed by additional reinforcements from its western, southern and eastern axes.

The occupation forces fired tear gas bombs at citizens, in the vicinity of Al-Younis roundabout in the northern neighborhood of the city.

Military bulldozers razed the infrastructure on Al-Muqata'a Street adjacent to the eastern entrance to Tulkarm camp, the vicinity of the Martyr Saif Abu Labda roundabout, and Nablus Street adjacent to the entrances to Nour Shams camp, amidst the sounds of explosions being heard in these areas.

Earlier, the occupation forces' vehicles and bulldozers roamed the streets of Tulkarm city, obstructing the movement of vehicles and citizens, causing traffic jams in the city's main streets.
