This evening, Thursday, the Israeli occupation forces detained a citizen and his son in Masafer Yatta, and stormed the town of Carmel, south of Hebron.

According to local sources, the occupation forces stopped the village council vehicle he was riding in with his son at the entrance to the village, forced him to stop it in the middle of the road, and seized its keys. He added that the occupation soldiers informed him that his detention and that of his son would continue for several hours, before they left the place.

In a related context, the occupation forces stormed the town of Al-Karmel, east of Yatta, and deployed on the main roads, obstructing the movement of citizens, before seizing two vehicles, without any arrests being reported.
