The Arab Republic of Egypt condemned Israel's bombing of the tents of the displaced in Mawasi Khan Yunis, southwest of the Gaza Strip, which resulted in the death and injury of more than 100 citizens.
The Egyptian Foreign Ministry expressed in a statement today, Tuesday, its condemnation of the continued Israeli massacres against civilians in the Gaza Strip, in light of the absence of any effective international action to put an end to this human suffering, which has become a real challenge to the credibility of all humanitarian standards and values, and a violation of the most basic rules of international humanitarian law and human rights.
It considered the continued commission of these crimes in this manner, and the disregard for the lives of innocents and civilians, a threat to regional and international peace and security, calling on all international actors to avoid the policy of double standards and double standards, and to assume their humanitarian and moral responsibilities to stop this humanitarian tragedy immediately.
Egypt reminds all parties that ending the suffering of the Palestinian people in a just manner and restoring the security and stability of the region does not end with reaching a complete ceasefire in the Gaza Strip, but with the success of reaching a just and lasting settlement to this conflict, the only basis of which is the two-state solution based on the establishment of an independent Palestinian state on the lines of June 4, 1967, with East Jerusalem as its capital, calling for intensified efforts to restore the hope of the Palestinian people in self-determination and regaining their freedom.
