UN rapporteur: I do not understand why ICC did not order the arrest of Smotrich
On Sunday, the United Nations Rapporteur on Palestine, Francesca Albanese, expressed her surprise that the International Criminal Court had not issued an arrest warrant against Israeli Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich, whom she described as “the mastermind of the genocide against the Palestinians.”
