West Bank: Israeli forces injure a Palestinian citizen and arrests others
A citizen was injured and others were arrested, at dawn and early Friday morning, during the Israeli occupation forces’ storming of various areas in the West Bank.
According to local sources, a young man was injured by live bullets in the thigh area in Qaddoura Camp, and was transferred to the Palestine Medical Complex, after Red Crescent crews were prevented from reaching him.
The occupation forces also arrested the young man, Muhammad al-Rum, after raiding and searching his home in the Qaddoura camp, while the young man, Salah Yasser, was arrested after raiding and searching his family’s home in the town of Silwad.
In the Jalazoun camp, the occupation forces stormed and arrested: Mujahid Saed Al-Shani, Ali Omar Al-Orabi, Mustafa Ramadan Safi, Shadi Hassan Safi, Daoud Issa, Youssef Tawfiq Issa, Muhammad Yusri Zaid, and Muhammad Rajai Hamidat, after raiding and searching their homes.
In Nablus, the occupation forces stormed the town of Beita, raided and searched a number of homes, and arrested: Osama Khaled Maali, Anwar Jihad Maali, Omar Muhammad Daoud, and Laith Daoud.
Security sources reported that the occupation forces stormed the villages of Azmout, Deir al-Hatab, and Salem, east of Nablus, and arrested the citizen Muhammad Hawamdeh from Azmout, after searching his house.
In Tulkarm, the occupation forces arrested the young man, Habib Yousef Taqatqa (18 years old), after raiding his grandfather’s house in the town, who is a high school student, and the young man, Muhammad Nahi Hafayza, from his home.
The occupation forces also raided a number of citizens’ homes in the town, specifically in the Al-Hafayda neighborhood, searched them, and interrogated their residents.
