Hamas Spoksman: Netanyahu government is deceiving the world that one battalion remains in Rafah only and is disavowing the negotiations
Al-Qassam Brigades spokesman, Abu Ubaida, said in a video speech, Tuesday evening, that the Israeli army “is still trying to restore its image, and is only getting more disgrace and disgrace,” stressing that Benjamin Netanyahu’s government is trying to fool the world that it eliminated the Qassam Brigades, and only those in Rafah remained.
Abu Ubaida stated, “Iran’s response, in its size and nature, established new rules and confused Israel’s calculations,” referring to the unprecedented attack carried out by Iran on the night of Saturday and Sunday, during which it launched hundreds of drones and missiles towards Israel, most of which were intercepted before they reached the country.
The spokesman for the Al-Qassam Brigades stated, “The enemy is still stuck in the sands of Gaza, after 200 days, with no goal, no horizon, and no liberation for its prisoners.”
Abu Ubaida added: "The world witnessed the heroism of our mujahideen and their painful strikes, not only in repelling enemy attacks, but also during their withdrawal."
He continued: "Our strikes on the enemy will continue and will take new and diverse forms."
Abu Ubaida said: “One of the lies of the enemy government is its attempt to delude the world that it has eliminated the Al-Qassam Brigades, leaving only the Rafah Brigade remaining.”
Abu Ubaida added: "We will not give up the basic rights of our people, most notably withdrawal, lifting the siege, and the return of the displaced to their homes."
He said, "The enemy is trying to renege on all its promises in the negotiations, and wants to gain more time," stressing that "Ron Arad's scenario may be the scenario most likely to be repeated with the enemy's prisoners in Gaza."
He stressed that "the ball is in the court of whoever is concerned from among the enemy's fans, but time is limited and opportunities are few."
Abu Ubaida asked: “We say to the enemy crowd, where is Hisham al-Sayyid? Mengistu, Hadar Golden, and Shaul Aaron? They have been prisoners with us for 10 years.”
He pointed out that "the so-called military pressure will only push us to maintain our positions and preserve the rights of our people and not neglect them."
Abu Ubaida said: “We appreciate every military and popular effort that joined the Al-Aqsa flood, especially the fighting fronts in Lebanon, Yemen and Iraq.”
He also pointed out "the hysterical reaction to the resistance action on various fronts, indicating the importance of resistance action."
Abu Ubaida added, “The first front of the resistance is the West Bank front, and we salute every inch of our free and proud West Bank,” calling on “the masses of our nation to escalate their movement in support of the resistance.”
Abu Ubaida stressed that "the resistance will remain faithful to the sacrifices of our people, and we carry their pain and hopes," adding that "the enemy is stuck in Gaza."
