International Justice issues new instructions regarding the Gaza Strip
Today, Thursday, the International Court of Justice called on the Israeli occupation to ensure the entry of aid into the Gaza Strip “without obstacles.”
Today, the International Court issued new measures ordering the Israeli occupation to take the necessary and effective measures to cooperate with the United Nations without delay, in accordance with the Genocide Convention.
It said in a statement that Israel must urgently provide basic services and humanitarian aid without obstacles on a large scale.
It called on Israel to increase the capacity and number of land crossing points into Gaza and keep them open for as long as necessary.
The International Court of Justice affirmed that “Israel must ensure that its army does not commit violations of the rights of Palestinians in Gaza, such as preventing the delivery of aid.”
It indicated that Israeli authorities must submit a report to the court regarding the measures they will take within a month from today, Thursday, March 28.
