West Bank: Israel launch an arrest campaign
Today, Tuesday, the Israeli forces launched a massive arrest campaign in various areas of the West Bank.
In Ramallah, the Israeli forces arrested a number of freed prisoners, including: Hanan Barghouti, Iman Nafe’, Bagis Barghouthi, Muhammad Ateewi, Mo’men Barghouthi, and Ihab Barghouthi, after raiding and searching their homes in the town of Kober.
In Tulkarm, the Israeli forces arrested Raed Al-Mahr, after raiding his home in the Artah suburb, south of the city, and Issa Hassan Touba, from his home in the town of Kafr Jamal, south of the governorate, and Mahmoud Shreiteh (Al-Taher), from his home in the Palestinian Housing neighborhood in the northern neighborhood of Tulkarm, to put pressure on his brother Alaa to turned himself in, and was arrested several times for the same reason.
In Nablus, a 45-year-old citizen was injured by Israeli soldiers in the face during their storming of Balata camp.
In Hebron, the Israeli forces arrested Ali Khalil Al-Shawahin from the town of Yatta, and Raafat Masalmeh from the town of Beit Awa, after raiding and searching their homes.
These forces also stormed Al-Salam Street in the city of Hebron, removed a banner bearing national slogans, and searched a number of homes in the town of Yatta belonging to the Abu Qubaita family.
