The Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza announced on Monday that the death toll in the Gaza Strip has risen due to the ongoing genocide and horrific massacres against unarmed civilians.
The ministry confirmed in a statement that the toll has reached 63,557 dead since the onset of the aggression, while the number of injuries has risen to 160,660 since the beginning of the aggression, with several martyrs still trapped under the rubble, and rescue teams unable to reach them.
It was noted that 98 martyrs and 404 injured individuals arrived at hospitals in the Gaza Strip during the past 24 hours, while the total number of dead and injuries since March 18, following the violation of the ceasefire agreement by the occupation, has reached 11,426 dead and 48,619 injured.
It clarified that the toll of those who reached hospitals from the aid dead during the past 24 hours was 46 dead and 239 injuries, bringing the total number of dead from the struggle for livelihood who reached hospitals to 2,294, and the injuries to 16,839.
Hospitals in the Gaza Strip recorded 9 new deaths in the past 24 hours due to famine and malnutrition, including 3 children, raising the total number of deaths to 348, among them 127 children.
The death toll has risen to 63,557 dead since the onset of the aggression.
