وافق يوم امس اليوم الوطني لاسترداد جثامين الشهداء المحتجزة لدى الاحتلال الاسرائيلي والتي مضى على عدد منها عشرات السنين، الامر الذي يدل على طبيعة هذا الاحتلال الغاشم والذي يتجرد من كل ما هو انساني واخلاقي، بل هو احتلال عنصري واحلالي ومجرد من القيم رغم انه يدعي غير ذلك.
فكل الشرائع السماوية تمنع احتجاز الجثامين، بل تدعو الى الاسراع في دفنها، وعندنا في الاسلام «اكرام الميت دفنه» ، ولكن دولة الاحتلال القائمة على القوة والتي ارتكبت وترتكب يوميا الجرائم بحق شعبنا وارضنا وممتلكاتنا ومقدساتنا، لا تعير اي اهتمام لهذه الشرائع، بل وتعمل على نقيضها تماما.
وتعتقد دولة الاحتلال انه من خلال احتجاز هذه الجثامين سواء في الثلاجات او في مقابر الارقام، بأنها تعاقب الشهداء، ومن وراءهم ذويهم وكل الشعب الفلسطيني، في محاولة يائسة منها لردع من تسول له نفسه القيام بعمليات ضدها او مقاومتها بأي طريقة كانت رغم ان القوانين والاعراف الدولية تجيز للشعب المحتل مقاومة الاحتلال.
ان احتجاز جثامين الشهداء يعتبر في العرف الدولي جريمة حرب يعاقب عليها القانون ومحكمة الجنايات الدولية، غير ان تساهل العالم وخاصة الولايات المتحدة الاميركية والدول الغربية ذات الماضي وربما الحاضر الاستعماري مع دولة الاحتلال يحول دون معاقبتها وارغامها على وقف انتهاكاتها التي طالت البشر والحجر والشجر، وكذلك جثامين الشهداء الذين لا تعرف عائلاتهم اين موجودة واين تحتجزها سلطات الاحتلال الغاشم.
ومعاناة اهالي الشهداء المحتجزة جثامينهم تستدعي من الكل الفلسطيني التحرك وعلى اعلى المستويات من اجل وضع حد لسياسة المحتل الغاصب الذي لا تربطه بالانسانية والاخلاق روابط، بل ان تصرفاته وانتهاكاته تدل على مدى وحشيته رغم اننا نعيش في القرن الحادي والعشرين، والذي من المفترض ان تكون حقوق الانسان على سلم اولويات العالم.
فالشهداء هم اكرم بني البشر الذين ضحوا بأرواحهم من اجل ان يتحرر الوطن والشعب ومن واجب الجميع ان يرفعوا الصوت عاليا من اجل ارغام دولة الاحتلال على تسليم جثامينهم ليتم دفنهم بما يليق بهم وبما قدموه من تضحيات، ووفقا للشريعة الاسلامية، حتى لا يبقي ذوو هم يعيشون الالم والمعاناة اليومية، ولكي يتمكنوا من زيارة اضرحتهم والترحم عليهم.
وهنا لا بد من الاشارة الى جهود الحملة الوطنية لاسترداد جثامينهم والتي ما تزال تعمل ليل نهار من اجل ذلك، وحتى تكشف للعالم قاطبة جزءا من جرائم الاحتلال الذي يستغل احتجاز جثامين الشهداء في محاولة للنيل من صمود شعبنا ولكن لا يمكنه ان ينجح في ذلك.
وعلى جماهير شعبنا التضامن مع اهالي الشهداء المحتجزة جثامينهم، حتى يتم الافراج عنها لدفنها في ثرى فلسطين الذي استشهدوا من اجله.
فمواصلة احتجاز الجثامين هي الى جانب انها جريمة لا تغتفر فهي ايضا وصمة عار في جبين الانسانية.
