On Friday, the Secretary-General of Islamic Jihad, Ziyad al-Nakhalah, accused the Palestinian security services of pursuing and arresting members and cadres of his movement on American and Israeli orders.

In a speech at a central festival commemorating the launch of his movement, Al-Nakhalah said, “The model of the Palestinian Authority and its security services, which are supervised by American generals, in terms of training and preparation, and the provision of budgets and weapons, is only a small example of everything that is happening in our region.” like he said.

He added: "Israel is killing us with an American weapon, and our so-called security services are pursuing us and arresting us by an American-Israeli decision as well."

Al-Nakhalah attacked the international position biased towards the occupation, and the continued provision of support by America and its allies to the occupation in all fields, directing criticism at the Arab countries that he said were rushing to normalization and stood by "Israel."

The Secretary-General of Islamic Jihad renewed his movement’s position rejecting the Oslo Accords and what followed, and said: “The Oslo Accords are exactly like a mother who killed her child and gave her a doll instead and the doll became the child and the mother lost her mind, because she began to believe that the doll was her real child.”

He added: "Thirty years have passed since Oslo, and we are still in the same place. We still disagree on the description of the organization and its role, and those who head the organization and others still believe that the doll is the real child."

He continued: “What does the organization or authority mean? Settlement is filling the West Bank like a cancer, Jerusalem has been Judaized as a city and a mosque, the killing continues, the arrests have not stopped, and the demolition of homes under false pretexts is still continuing.”

He continued: "Israel says: There is no Palestinian state, nor do those who support it, and everything that is happening on the ground is evidence of that. Therefore, this deception must stop, and we face the truth as it is, and we bear our responsibilities and we all stand up without exception."

He continued: "Our battle continues, and our people want their freedom. The resistance forces must rise to the challenge and meet the ambition of our people, and not meet the general secretaries to fill the void of time and issue decrees that fundamentally contradict the aspirations of our Palestinian people."

He stressed that the necessary unity is based on confronting the occupation and not accepting it, through a coherent national program that does not know compromise or courtesy, and does not know contradiction, neither within it, nor with the slogans of its bearers. like he said.

He added: "We will not suffocate in the middle of the road. We have paid dear prices and we still must and always must remember that we are not a passing people in this sacred geography."

He continued: "We are pushing ourselves and our children into the battlefields and we realize that we will pay a heavy price, but doesn't Jerusalem deserve that?! Doesn't our march towards Palestine deserve that?! Doesn't the history that we write with our blood deserve to be as we want it to be?! .. Who did not fight for this? "He was killed by endless humiliation and subordination."

He stressed that the resistance continues and will not stop, referring to the battles it fought in Gaza, the West Bank and elsewhere, and the Freedom Tunnel operation that resulted in the formation of the Al-Quds Brigades in the West Bank, and the subsequent battles in Gaza in which the occupation cities were within range of its missiles.

He said: The brigades of our movement are present, fighting and defending the Palestinian people throughout the West Bank, from the Tulkarm Brigade, which responded to a major aggression against its camp, to the Nablus Brigade and the Tubas Brigade, whose presence did not stop jihad and resistance, to the Jabaa Brigade, and the Aqabat Jabr Brigade.

He stressed the importance of the unity of the resistance forces in order to achieve the goals of the Palestinian people, the importance of paying attention to the popular incubator of the resistance, and that the issue of the prisoners will remain the daily concern of the resistance to liberate them.

He said: We will remain united with the Hamas movement and the resistance forces in Palestine until the goals of our people of freedom and liberation are achieved.
