The club confirmed in a statement, today, Tuesday, that the occupation, since 2015, has remarkably escalated the number of arrests, crimes and systematic violations that have increased significantly over the past year and the current year, and the occupation has continued with all its systematic and consistent policies of abuse.
The issue of administrative detention, along with the escalation in the level of crimes, constituted the most prominent change in the data regarding the reality of arrest operations and the numbers of administrative detainees, specifically since last year, as the occupation continues to issue hundreds of administrative detention orders, and the highest percentage among the ranks of administrative detainees was recorded in more than 20 years. During this year, their number reached more than 1,300 administrative detainees.
The issue of prisoners has witnessed important and pivotal milestones since 2015, especially since a new generation was thrown into prisons, and the occupation system worked, with all the tools at its disposal, to consolidate its crimes, by inventing racist (legislation), laws, and military orders, to target detainees, prisoners, and their families, in An attempt by the occupation to undermine any escalating state of struggle in which the Palestinian seeks self-determination.
Over the course of these years, the prisoners in the occupation prisons continued their struggle against the measures of the fascist occupation regime, with all the tools and forms of struggle that they possessed, and the most prominent of these tools was the hunger strike, whether through individual strikes that imposed themselves since late 2011 and continued, alongside them, the collective confrontation. .
The number of prisoners today in the occupation prisons is more than (5,250) female prisoners, including (39) female prisoners, (170) children, and (1,913) administrative detainees.
