Broad solidarity with the prisoners Palestinians
The decision to form a special committee for administrative detainees to arrange and prepare to confront this outdated detention, which is derived from the laws of the defunct British Mandate, is a step in the right direction to force the occupying state to stop this administrative detention, according to which detainees are imprisoned without any charges being brought against them under the pretext of confidential information. I obtained it by stating that the detainee is an activist or leading activities against the occupying state, and that his presence outside the prison poses a threat to the occupying state.
The formation of this committee to confront the crime of administrative detention, so that it ends with an open hunger strike, is the last weapon available to the captive movement, including administrative prisoners, to put the world before its responsibilities, especially the Palestinian side represented by the leadership and all factions of national and Islamic action, as well as legal and media institutions, human rights and the defense of human rights. captive movement.
Reaching the hunger strike stage in the face of Israeli intransigence requires support from outside the prisons, and this matter must be shared by everyone in order to prevent the occupation from being isolated by the prisoners on hunger strike, as happened with the captive martyr Khader Adnan, who performed his hunger strike and the occupation state’s obstinacy in meeting his demands for his release It led to his martyrdom, with the need to point out that the external support for him was not at the required level, and this matter must be taken into account in the prisoners’ strike to protest their administrative detention so that there will be the broadest operations of solidarity with them and at all official and popular levels and all institutions, because without that, the occupation He will persevere in attempts to harm the prisoners during their strike and not provide them with the necessary remedies if this strike continues without the occupying power backing down and meeting the demands of the administrative prisoners, or what is known as administrative detainees.
And declaring that this confrontation comes in fulfillment of the blood of the martyr Khader Adnan, as well as to confront the continuous increase in the number of administrative detainees, is also a correct step and an attempt to fill the shortcomings in the operations of solidarity with the martyr Khader Adnan, which were limited to intermittent activities and with a modest contribution that is not worthy of this prisoner leader who was arrested Several times, each time he went on hunger strike until his demands for his release were fulfilled.
The Administrative Detention Law has been abolished from the laws of the world as a whole, with the exception of the occupying state, whose goal is to imprison our people in the framework of the occupying state’s attempts to undermine their resolve, steadfastness, and rejection of the occupation, just like all their people. The end is only correct, and that the occupation will end no matter how much it tries to prolong its occupation through its crimes and violations against our people, their land and their sanctities.
It is true that there is a clear failure of the captive movement in general regarding broad solidarity with them, but the prisoners are an advanced vanguard that has offered and continues to offer its freedom in order for our people to obtain all their inalienable national rights of return, self-determination, and the establishment of their independent state with Al-Quds Al-Sharif as its capital.
Let efforts unite for the largest campaign of solidarity with the administrative and sick prisoners, led by the prisoner commander Walid Daqqa, because solidarity is an individual duty on every Palestinian, Arab and Muslim.
