A new experience and a future choice, albeit one that carries a return to pre-1957 freedom and the formation of Jordanian political parties, after decades of ban and lack of licensing.

It is clear that the new political will and decision, represented by the election and party laws, is moving towards generalization and changing the rules of the political game in our country, so that parties and elections are the criterion and tool for the individual citizen’s access to decision-making institutions.

For decades, regionalism, regionalism, and personal relations have been the means for most of the access to high official and governmental positions: 1- the House of Representatives, 2- the Senate, 3- government ministers, 4- ambassadors, 5- and perhaps general secretaries and company directors, which are the highest positions. Which provides for those who reach it status, elevation, influence, and gains, and for this, the individual in our country was moving towards strengthening his position among his family, clan, sect, diversity, or region, and he gained presence and choice, and the lack of professionalism or personal creativity made the individual empowered and persistent. Without the regional sectarian familial weighting tools.

And if the parties of the Islamic current are excluded: the Muslim Brotherhood, the leftist current: 1- the Communist Party, 2- the Democratic People’s Hashd Party, 3- the Popular Unity Party, and the nationalist current: 1- the Socialist Ba’ath Party, 2- the Progressive Ba’ath Party, who have credibility And they have a history, references, and a state of presence despite the weakness of some of them, but they have lived the experience of prevention and authorization, and they have lived since the end of the Cold War, the defeat of communism and socialism in 1990, the defeat and occupation of Iraq in 1991 and 2003, and the destruction and dismemberment of Syria since the events of the Arab Spring in 2011, and before that its participation in digging Al-Batin under the American flag, the failure of the Muslim Brotherhood movement in its management of Egypt, Tunisia and Morocco, the failure of its "revolution" in Syria and Libya, and its uniqueness in managing the Gaza Strip, these six parties are living in a state of decline and retreat, for reasons beyond their control, which led to engineering themselves by themselves as a result of dialogue and reaching To an understanding with the royal court, Adnan Abu Odeh, and with the government of Sharif Zaid in 1991-1992.

Personalities rushing to form parties, and heading towards this option as an alternative to regionalism and regionalism, in reaching decision-making institutions, so that the option that has been “engineered” and relied upon towards the birth of parties, their abundance and pluralism, because the future political decision is moving towards the parties being the title, the tool, And the option for Parliament elections and the formation of governments.

Despite the Jordanian reluctance mostly to contribute to the membership of parties, with the exception of those who were "engineered" and supported, the retreat and hesitation is due to the legacy of rejecting the parties and condemning those who participated in them and losing many of their rights, and the absence of latent gains and aspirations towards reaching the ministry, the prosecution, or notables, but the trend today will be different. About yesterday, and in the future, the parties are the tool, and for this we will find Jordanians queues in front of the parties’ offices and headquarters, because they will be the choice and the tool, towards the individual citizen’s access to the advanced government positions.

We need some time, but as long as the option is to form parties, they will succeed despite all the obstacles and gaps. Engineering is the strongest and is the available option, towards the future.
