Hamas: The occupation continues its religious war against sanctities
Hamas spokesman Hazem Qassem confirmed that the performance of Talmudic rituals and dancing by an extremist group of settlers inside the Ibrahimi Mosque, with the participation of the extremist Minister of National Security, Itamar Ben Gvir, is nothing but a continuation of the religious war waged by the occupation against our Islamic and Christian holy sites in Jerusalem and Hebron.
Qassem said in a statement today, Wednesday, "The occupation and its leaders are determined to provoke the feelings of every Palestinian, Arab and Muslim with these disgraceful violations, which are criminal and terrorist violations that reflect the mentality of a criminal fascist occupation, and do not value the feelings of any Muslim on the face of the earth."
He added, "The occupation government continues its aggression against our people and their sanctities, and is striving with every effort to impose hegemony on the Ibrahimi Mosque in all ways and means."
The Hamas spokesman pointed out that all the methods and attempts undertaken by the extremist fascist government cannot change the facts of history and reality, because these are sacred places for our Palestinian people and there is no place for strangers in them.
He stressed that our Palestinian people will continue their legitimate struggle to preserve the identity of our Islamic and Christian holy sites throughout the Palestinian land.
Qassem called on the Palestinian people to travel to the holy places and bond there in order to thwart the plans of the occupation and its extremist fascist government that seeks to implement its Judaization plans against our Islamic and Christian sanctities.
