An-Najah National University achieved a new achievement in the international rankings of universities, as it ranked first in Palestine and the Arab world, and fifth globally in the HE Higher Education Ranking.

The HE Higher Education Ranking is a distinguished classification that is published by the Turkish Higher Education Quality and Assessment Council (HEQAC), as it measures the performance of higher education institutions according to a number of criteria and key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure specific aspects of the work of higher education institutions.

Universities are evaluated in this classification according to 25 criteria and 177 performance indicators that measure the quality of higher education around the world, such as access to sustainable education, achieving justice and equality in the educational process, ensuring quality and accreditation, developing digital access to the educational institution, future vision, and achieving the goals of the United Nations for development. sustainable development, and Vision 2023; As well as enhancing transparency and academic freedom for higher education institutions.

An-Najah University achieved this achievement by surpassing all Palestinian and Arab universities, and came in fifth place in the world, as only 146 universities around the world were able to participate in the ranking out of 71 countries around the world.
