Raids and arrests in the West Bank

Israeli occupation forces launched a campaign of raids and arrests in the West Bank at dawn and early Wednesday morning.


In Qalqilya, the occupation forces stormed the town of Azzun and arrested Nasser Salama and his son Amr, Ashraf Salim and his son Muhammad, Saeed Mazid, and Ibrahim Badwan, after raiding and searching their homes.


At dawn, the occupation forces stormed the city of Qalqilya from its eastern entrance, and deployed in several neighborhoods, including: "Al-Iskan, Al-Masakwa, and Al-Wad," and searched a number of homes, without any arrests being reported.


In Ramallah, the occupation forces arrested journalist Ibrahim Abu Safia after raiding his home in Beit Sira.


The occupation forces also raided the home of the freed prisoner, Salama Al-Qattawi, in the town of Birzeit, north of Ramallah, and handed him a notice to report to their intelligence services.


Meanwhile, the occupation army raided a number of homes during raids on the towns of Birzeit, north of Ramallah, and Beit Liqya, as well as the villages of Budrus, west of Ramallah, and Beit Lilo, northwest of Ramallah, without reporting any arrests.


In Bethlehem, occupation forces stormed the village of Husan, stationed themselves in several neighborhoods, and raided and searched a number of homes. The owners were identified as Firas Ibrahim Hamamra and Muhammad Mahmoud Hamamra, but no arrests were reported.
